They have all these little ducks all over the place
    Randy B.

I was in Milwaukee on business for a week and this little coffee shop was in the parking lot of the Embassy Suites. So happy they were there. It is a drive thru/walk up set up and it was popular at most times during the day, with cars lined up to get their drinks. They kind of remind me of an old carhop, minus the skates. The employees are outside taking orders and running drinks out to cars as well as the walk up customers, cool concept. I love to see a small business thriving like that. Their prices are very good, service is great, super friendly and the coffee is excellent. This is a winning formula for a business. The place is not huge, but well run and wait time is only a couple minutes if that, they take your order and then knock it out quick, which I am sure is part of the reason for the long car lines, people don't want to wait 6-7 minutes or longer to get a coffee like at the big chains. The place is clean and welcoming, mostly young people working there it has a great vibe to it. If you are in the area or live in the area, try them out, probably will become your new spot. If I lived local, they would have my business, great coffee and great experience. Thank you. Too bad I live in California. Enjoy!

Great friendly service and clean ambiance. I am taking one star away only because my brunette tastes like cream and sugar, and not nearly enough coffee. My husband liked it and finished the drink so it did not go to waste.

I tried this for the first time a few weeks ago, and I've been back twice now! I'm not a coffee drinker, but I love their lemonade. I get strawberry and peach, and it's delicious.

What a great drive-through coffee place! Got exactly what I needed for a little pick up in the afternoon iced espresso mocha hit the spot. Staff outside is so friendly and speedy! Can't wait to try their other items.

Stopped here to grab an afternoon pick me up and I can't say that I'll be returning. It's a drive thru only setup with ordering from your car via a staff member enters your order on an iPad. Upon pulling up I was greeted by someone with an iPad and asked for my order. The outdoor display menu was too far away for me to read. So I asked if they had matcha tea and I ordered a medium iced matcha. I was told to pull ahead to pay at the window, but never given my order total. Prior to pulling up I tried looking up the menu, but again, no prices--not a fan of the lack of transparency. Turns out the only menu with prices is after I already placed my order and it was at the pick up window. At the window I was shown my total on an iPad and could pay via Apple Pay with option to add tip. They ask for your phone number to create a 'digital punch card' for future visits. The inside of the coffee stand had a lot of inventory supplies and there were about 4 employees. My drink was made pretty swiftly... it was basically a cup of ice. About $6 later I received a couple of sips of matcha and ice.

The amount of ice in my 7brew drink

I usually have a great experience here. The service is wonderful and employees are very nice. Shoutout Henry (almost positive that's his name) we LOVE you!! However, today I had an undesirable experience. I waited 30 minutes which is fine and I understand the location is very busy. I usually expect to wait a while and I am fine with it since the product is usually good. However, the product was the issue. I ordered a medium 7 energy with strawberry and watermelon, asking specifically for light ice. However, I was more than disappointed to see that they had given me EXTRA ice. The drink was delicious, but was finished in 5 sips because of the amount of ice! If I'm paying 6-7ish dollars for a drink, I expect to get what I asked for. I don't expect a cup full of ice! I also bought my mom a drink, I got her normal ice but she had less ice than I had!! Still a lot of ice but nearly had the amount I had. This is ridiculous!

One of the few coffee places where a large is actually a large! Their wide range of customizability from sweetness, to milk alternatives, foam, and more really allows for patrons to shape their drink to exactly their spec.

The menu features a good amount of options for different coffee and tea drinks with various syrups and extras. There are a couple of seasonal type specials too. There is a small bakery case with treats from Beans n Cream in Madison, but there isn't much food otherwise. A couple of Kind and Cliff Bars. There is a basket for food pantry donations as well and a local business bulletin board. When we stopped in shortly after 8am on a Saturday morning there was a steady flow of people. The line moves pretty quick and our order was ready in a short amount of time. I got an iced chai latte and my husband got a London fog latte and a breakfast scone. The scone was alright, filled with classic breakfast flavors, but not our favorite. The staff were great in explaining where the bakery items come from and so friendly. I do wish they had some other food items available but for coffee/tea, it's a great stop! Overall a good coffee shop but I wouldn't really stop in for more than that. I would stop again for a drink!

Coffee is now ubiquitous with daily life in America, which brings me to Qamaria Coffee. Hatem and Munif are two Yemeni entrepreneurs with a passion for Yemeni Coffee and the joint goal of wanting to share it with the world. They founded Qamaria Coffee in 2019 to accomplish this task and in January 2024, they opened a location near Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI. Qamaria offers a variety of dessert options, including a Chocolate Tres Leches, Pistachio Tres Leches, and Caramel Tres Leches cakes. I went with the caramel version, which is described by the cafe as "A decadent caramel treat inspired by tres leches cake, creamy, sweet, and irresistibly smooth". If you've never had Tres Leches Cake, it's a light sponge cake soaked in three types of milk (evaporated, condensed, and whole) that's popular in Latin America. The cake originated in Nicaragua during the 19th century, so on first glance it's not exactly a Yemeni dessert. Doing some research, Middle Eastern variations exist that feature cardamom or rose water and some Qamaria locations do have a Rose Tres Leches. It's fine that the Greenfield location did not have that variety as I honestly would have got the caramel version anyway. My slice was perfectly moist as there was plenty of milk soaked in, but not so much that it made a mess or compromised the structure of the cake. The bottom layer was soft and Tiramisu-like in texture, while the cream on top was rich and thick. Personally, I found the caramel flavor to be mild, but delicious. As it is served chilled, it paired nicely with a hot cup of coffee (which they have a plethora of options to choose from). Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

This is not your typical coffee shop or cafe. There are some very interesting drinks and food items, that you will not find anywhere else. I typically get a hot Tea Latte (London Fog or Chai Latte), but they don't offer those. I was initially disappointed but I quickly got over it. I ended up getting the Creme Brulee Croissant, and a Ancient Brown Sugar Tea. Let's first talk about the Croissant, truly amazing. Like a Creme Brulee (which I love) it has a layer of caramelized sugar on top. The taste and texture was amazing. The Brown Sugar Tea, was very good, but very sweet. I skipped the boba part (tapioca pearls), but might try it next time. The place was quiet and cozy. Some other customers came in and were either working or having quiet conversations. Great environment to bring a book and read. I'll be back, and this time with a friend.

Ordered a simple chai latte, and what I ended up getting was something else, likely one of their collagen mixes. I brought it back, and after a little discussion, we decided they could steep a chai bag, steam and froth the milk, and make a latte out of it. And it worked. However, the vanilla and hazelnut sweeteners they use are sugar free, and for me those tend to have an unpleasant aftertaste and can even make me a little nauseous. Not a huge issue, but I did mention it as I was leaving, and the barista understood right away. Mismatched chairs and tables from the 70s, maybe older based on the prints. I feel like I'm the only one in here today that remembers seeing and using a LOT of this stuff when was younger! I noticed a couple shelves with items for sale, likely from local small businesses. It can get really loud in here, which is to be expected with the high ceiling and large open area. Unfortunately that also means it can be difficult to have a conversation with people at your table. I chose to visit for lunch since I was in the mood for something light and new to me. What I did not expect was to leave still hungry. I ordered the equivalent of a caprese sandwich, however the tomato slices were so thin, the cheese sparse, and the pesto was almost nonexistent - if not for the green stain on the bread, I'd have thought they forgot to even add it. Definitely not a sandwich worthy of the $13 price tag. No complaints on the drinks. I wouldn't mind stopping in again sometime for coffee, but if you're hungry for more than a bakery case item, you may wish to go elsewhere.
