Went by chance on March 7- was excited it was keychain day the line was LONG! Per usual we didn't know what we wanted though so the line allowed time to figure that out. We ordered extra drinks and size medium to score the keychains. As we pull up to the main/entrance we see a sign that they are not taking part in the promo!!! Are you kidding me like you should tell folks when they order! There was not only the longest line I've waited in to date but people were even parking cars and forming a person line! Additionally the event was in fact being advertised so it seems really odd to the post that you aren't doing it! This was our first time visiting this location and the drive thru line was so insanely long but there was someone taking walkup orders. Not sure if this is a normal thing but it's the only reason we didn't just leave. We were able to get our order placed quickly. And the team member was very helpful. I have been a customer of 7 Brew. Today was the worse experience. The music was so loud, it could be heard on moorland ave. The worker couldn't even hear me. The young man at the register went to retrieve my beverage and was wrestling and goofing around with the girls inside, with my drink in his hand. He came out and almost was bit by a car pulling forward. I had to yell to him to please bring me my beverage. The girls inside the store were all jumping around and more interested in play and social time than doing their job. I was going to call to talk to a manager but it was apparent there was no supervision on site. I hope it changes or customers are going to be lost. I was in Milwaukee on business for a week and this little coffee shop was in the parking lot of the Embassy Suites. So happy they were there. It is a drive thru/walk up set up and it was popular at most times during the day, with cars lined up to get their drinks. They kind of remind me of an old carhop, minus the skates. The employees are outside taking orders and running drinks out to cars as well as the walk up customers, cool concept. I love to see a small business thriving like that. Their prices are very good, service is great, super friendly and the coffee is excellent. This is a winning formula for a business. The place is not huge, but well run and wait time is only a couple minutes if that, they take your order and then knock it out quick, which I am sure is part of the reason for the long car lines, people don't want to wait 6-7 minutes or longer to get a coffee like at the big chains. The place is clean and welcoming, mostly young people working there it has a great vibe to it. If you are in the area or live in the area, try them out, probably will become your new spot. I needed an afternoon pick-me-up and found 7 Brew Coffee on Yelp. It's a bustling drive-thru style coffee shop. They have QR codes on the cones as you drive up--scan them. This will get you their menu. They have 7 specialty coffees, which all sound dreamy. We were a little menu confused and so I went for a simple flavored mocha (iced) for my first time. It was great. Their sizes are apparently big. She asked if we'd like a small, medium, or large. I said '16 oz? Is that your medium or large?" She replied, "That's our small." Whew. Glad I asked. Their prices are super reasonable (under 10 bucks for two 16 oz flavored mochas). And the service is friendly and most of all--speedy. They have a system and it works. Get to it! read more

Randomly drove past this place and remembered a bunch of people telling me it was good, so we decided to stop by and try it. The drive-thru line was pretty long but it actually moved really quickly. The only thing that threw us off was the GPS taking us to the hotel next door at first, but once we found it, everything was smooth. The coffee was really good and super flavorful. Okay 7Brew, you're growing and becoming a big time business. With that comes a professionalism. What can you do to support this location and getting them a working printer??? Or an alternate option for producing customers with a receipt for their transaction???? For months the printer has been "broken". Leaders have no answers and openly admit they are not having support from above to have a plan in place to help provide proper receipts for consumers after a transaction. The inability to provide ANY form of a receipt for a transaction from a company of your size is unacceptable. Email? Text? Time to get an APP for ordering? Any other options if a working printer isn't in the budget. I absolutely hate to write it here, but, I have been asking for months, yes with an S, and there has been no progress and each time the staff on sight has no answers or support. Your team on the ground requested that I help them by reaching out to get this resolved!! you have to value and listen to your team! We always want to make sure a business is operating properly and within the LEGAL guidelines. Consumers especially paying with cash, need a receipt option. What is the action plan for getting this resolved? I have emailed the one and only email address and the one and only way to contact the company with issues. I have requested a response back within 5 days which includes a resolution or the complaint will be escalated to the proper channels to protect consumers. Stopped here to grab an afternoon pick me up and I can't say that I'll be returning. It's a drive thru only setup with ordering from your car via a staff member enters your order on an iPad. Upon pulling up I was greeted by someone with an iPad and asked for my order. The outdoor display menu was too far away for me to read. So I asked if they had matcha tea and I ordered a medium iced matcha. I was told to pull ahead to pay at the window, but never given my order total. Prior to pulling up I tried looking up the menu, but again, no prices--not a fan of the lack of transparency. Turns out the only menu with prices is after I already placed my order and it was at the pick up window. At the window I was shown my total on an iPad and could pay via Apple Pay with option to add tip. They ask for your phone number to create a 'digital punch card' for future visits. The inside of the coffee stand had a lot of inventory supplies and there were about 4 employees. My drink was made pretty swiftly... it was basically a cup of ice. About $6 later I received a couple of sips of matcha and ice. read more

I usually have a great experience here. The service is wonderful and employees are very nice. Shoutout Henry (almost positive that's his name) we LOVE you!! However, today I had an undesirable experience. I waited 30 minutes which is fine and I understand the location is very busy. I usually expect to wait a while and I am fine with it since the product is usually good. However, the product was the issue. I ordered a medium 7 energy with strawberry and watermelon, asking specifically for light ice. However, I was more than disappointed to see that they had given me EXTRA ice. The drink was delicious, but was finished in 5 sips because of the amount of ice! If I'm paying 6-7ish dollars for a drink, I expect to get what I asked for. I don't expect a cup full of ice! I also bought my mom a drink, I got her normal ice but she had less ice than I had!! Still a lot of ice but nearly had the amount I had. This is ridiculous! read more

I've always been a 7brew fan and frequent here a lot actually. But this morning my experience was awful. I did a walk up and they took 15 minutes before they even greeted us. Then when they took our order they didn't ask for my phone number for points. We finally got the drinks and they were the wrong drinks! I got a banana bread mocha and it was definitely the wrong drink. I'm very upset and the line to wait is too long to even tell a manager. You wouldn't even think there's a manager because it's ran by a bunch of 14 year old kids. Disappointed and will not give my business to these horrible customer service staff. read more

I don't come too often as it's a bit out of my way but when I do come the service is always fantastic! Even if they have a line of cars line moves quickly and efficiently. If waiting in line isn't your jam, they do have a walk up option as well. Sometimes they have music going which helps hype me up for my day too! Everyone is always friendly and willing to answer questions. The only downside I see is that there's no stickers or writing on the cup to confirm something was made sugar-free, dairy free, etc. But I love all the sugar free options! They have so many flavors and types of creamer. You can order a drink hot, iced, or as a chiller (similar to a Frappuccino with no whip). They have signature drinks or you can make your own with their house blend. We loved our drinks: an iced house blend with vanilla & cream, a brunette (hazelnut + caramel mocha flavored) chiller, and an iced chocolate & macadamia nut latte with oat milk. So so excited! We were in line for this location's swag day (giving away a t-shirt with purchase of large coffee starting at 5:30am). We got there around 5am and we were the first in line. Two of the owners greeted us and thanked us, along with several other employees. Everyone was very excited - their energy was great! We even won a year of free coffee for being there so early!! My only complaint about the drive through itself is that it's a bit hard to see the menu from the lane (luckily I pre-gamed & I'm sure the employees would've helped with any questions). I ordered a matcha with oat milk & a shot of peppermint syrup. Overall, this was akin to a Starbucks or Caribou matcha; it's pretty sweet already, so the peppermint pushed it a little too far. I couldn't believe how quickly I got my drink after ordering, but it ended up being a bit disappointing temperature-wise (it was more lukewarm than hot). About a week ago around mid afternoon I was craving a Pina Colada slushy so I drove to 7-Brew for this tasty refreshment! I will note that I have had hundreds of amazing experiences at 7-Brew, so it's always my go-to place! Upon pulling into the 7-Brew lot, I suddenly got the urge to order an iced Blondie, which created a war within my brain. Pina Colada v. Iced Blondie. As I was pulling into the drive thru lane, I was still torn and completely undecided. As Izzy (7-Brew employee) approached my car, I knew that it was game time, however my brain was still in battle mode over the two drinks. I explained to Izzy this ginormous dilemma and she came up with a simple solution...the classic rock-paper-scissors competition! I thought it was a great idea to settle the battle. We decided on a single elimination round. If I won, I would go with my original choice, which was the Pina Colada and if Izzy won, I would order the Iced Blondie-Both great options. We tied games 1 and 2, but I ultimately won the 3rd battle. I was delighted when I tasted the first sip of the Pina Colada and was super happy with this choice! What a refreshing drink and priced just right! Today, I returned to 7-Brew for an iced Blondie and an iced Chai Latte. Once again, I pulled into the drive-thru lane and was greeted by Izzy. Izzy asked if I needed to rock-paper-scissor it today!? I informed Izzy that it was a memorable experience and was one of if not my favorite drive-thru experiences ever! I informed her that today I have my mind made up. My iced Blondie drink was phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about the amazing staff, great drinks, and it's all reasonably priced! Drive-through coffee is great, the people are wonderful and they explain and give recommendations about the menu. It's a little expensive but comparable to most coffees you don't make yourself, I had the cinnamon bun iced coffee, which was amazing, so much flavor! I had the pumpkin spice iced coffee, which was also flavorful and perfect! There are a lot of workers, they have great music, and a wonderful conversation while you're waiting for your coffee. I came here on a Saturday morning after my mom and I took my dogs for a walk. They are set up as a drive through and they walk up to your car to place your order. Be mindful as you drive because the baristas/employees walk between/around cars in line as you wait for your drink. They were excited to see my dogs in the car and offer them a pup cup (which they enjoyed!). My drink was ready very fast! I had a drink called "blondie" and it was good but very sweet. In the future, I would likely try a drink I could customize more. read more

This is a brand new only drive thru coffee shop in Brookfield. I stopped in twice so far once to try a hot coffee then next was iced. First it just opened recently and they have many workers taking your order from your car and you proceed and stop by a small door area and they hand off your drinks. Ok I had a white chocolate mocha hot and it was a little too sweet for me and I'm not sure how they prepare it but almost tasted like it was made with a powder or chocolate syrup im not sure I liked as much but that's just my preference. I however liked my iced caramel coffee it wasn't as sweet to me and you can see the caramel and it wasn't bitter. For just opening they had a smooth easy process going in drive thru and workers were Friendly and they do have a rewards program to join for free drinks ect. They do have non coffee drinks as well like smoothies and energy drinks and teas. No food as far as I know. While I wasn't too happy with my usual coffee shop closing in that area I'm happy to see another place to go to and have something different . I'm sure I'll frequently go here and try many other drinks they offer. read more
