Nice well lit, comfortable, casual place to relax and unwind from gambling. Very comfortable and cozy with comfy chair options. I love the assortment of cold or hot drinks.Fast, friendly service.

Loved this coffee shop! It's tucked inside Potawatomi so unless you have plans to visit, it's not something to easily just come across. However, I'd probably make plans to return even just for a coffee/work sesh. The place is clean as ever. Very bright and open, looking out to the casino entry point on the second floor. Plenty of hustle and bustle and people watching. Also lots of seating in both booth-style and small couches. Oddly enough I wasn't there for coffee, but instead a quick bite to eat. To my surprise, they have a solid menu of sammies from english muffins and croissants to wraps and paninis. The Turkey Club Panini stuck out to me so I went for that and it was a good pick! Plentiful in the turkey, bacon, and melty smoked gouda cheese (YUM). Also loved the berry refresher drink. I'd definitely say you should you stop in and try this spot if you haven't already.

Cream City is a little cafe located within the Potawatomi Casino Hotel. Cream City offers coffee, tea, and non caffeine fruit spritzers. I ordered the blueberry spritzer and got a free mini muffin with it! Both were very good. The vanilla latte was made too sweet for me even after I added an additional espresso shot. I am not sure if it was due to the amount of vanilla syrup or if they just forgot my third shot. What I like the most about this shop is the boutique area. There are different blends of coffee beans, shirts, hoodies, and book bags for purchase.

Cream City Coffee is my go-to stop after a visit to the casino. I usually grab a slice of their banana or pumpkin bread, which never disappoints, but since it's spring, I decided to try the strawberry cheesecake Danish--and like everything else I've had here, it was absolutely delicious. Their coffees are also consistently flavorful and well-made. I've yet to try something I didn't enjoy. This place is definitely a hidden gem for sweet treats and great coffee!

Stopped by on a Saturday morning to enjoy coffee, a bite, and then do a little gambling. The coffee shop itself is squeaky clean and comfortable. There's both table and comfier seating options, The service is kind and efficient. I ordered their maple spiced latte. The espresso tasted bitter and low quality. There was no maple or spice flavor in the latte, which was overall ho-hum. My dining companion got their s'mores latte which did have a lovely s'mores flavor but still had the bitter espresso to contend with. For my breakfast, I got their spinach artichoke savory pastry. It was basically a white bun with a scoop of spinach artichoke dip added. It was blander than I expected. It was by no means bad, but just a solid ok. A bit of a swing and a miss for me but nice to have a coffee shop at the Potawatomi casino.

I love how clean and spacious the atmosphere was. Very friendly service . I love the turtle coffee and the ham and cheese croissant. The turtle coffee was perfect. Not to sweet not too much coffee . It was very fulfilling. I definitely recommend you stop in and try it.

The cookies are large so snacking on them is a dangerous road to go down, but oh, so worth it! I left then on a plate on my counter and as the day went on the cookies started to disappear. Luckily I had family to help me, but these are great cookies! No pictures of the whole cookies because they were started on before I could grab my camera. They will be gone by bedtime, I'm sure. These have flavor, unlike some others that are just plain dough with little flavor except for the chips or m&ms. Every bite is great!

I ordered two pastries that were breakfast style, and sadly when I left and went to eat them 5 min later realized they microwaved them. You can buy the MOST amazing pastry made with love and perfection and put it in the microwave and it's garbage. I am shocked a bakery would EVER do this. I took a nibble of each of the two and threw them away. Other pastries (cookie) were great. Seriously! What baker allows a microwave!?!? Stop doing this. Get an air fryer or just serve room temp and they would be great instead of in the garbage pail right outside your bakery. You've got a great place here ruined by 20 seconds of harm.

I have seen posts on FB about this place so of course I wanted to try it while I was in the area…read more The place itself gave Parisian cafe vibes that was clean with cute decor and plenty of seating. Unfortunately that's where it stopped for me. They had baked goods on a wall display and a display by the counter, along with cake in a refrigerator. Unfortunately, none of it looked fresh nor did any of it stood out to me or was very appeasing. The regular croissants looked very dry and flaky and the chocolate croissants were flat and smashed looking. Even the cake in the refrigerator looked dry... I did end up buying a lemon blueberry scone along with an almond danish- and I feel like I wasted $10. My 10 year old child thought the scone was old and stale. The almond danish basically was phyllo dough with a big dollop of almond paste- I couldn't even eat half of it. They do have a menu with soup and croissant sandwiches, but they're very over priced. $18.50 for a bacon egg and cheese croissant!?! Hard pass for me. Some advice should you choose to try this place, keep an eye out on your receipt. While I do hope it was an honest mistake- the guy working there was nice- he charged me $6/piece for the scones and the danish when they were actually $5/piece. I did bring it to his attention before I paid and he did adjust the prices. Whatever he rang them up as- was not listed as a "scone" or "danish."
