Once it reached closing time, we were then told that they were closed and could no longer take our order, despite the fact that we had already been waiting there before they closed. The doors were still open, and the website was also showing that the location was open, which made the situation even more frustrating and confusing. We have never experienced this at any other location. Unfortunately, after being treated this way and having our time disregarded, we will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.
