Tried out another stop on my coffee passport this morning and this place has got to be one of my top! I got the Iced Toffee Brown Butter Bourbon Latte (with my dog printed on it!!) and it was delicious! The owner was also kind enough to let me try his iced chai latte which truly was the best one I've had in Dallas! He also gave me the full experience including explaining his story with his coffee shop and with smelling the different coffee grounds! Stopped by here to grab a matcha latte since I love trying a new coffee shop every now and then, and supporting small business establishments. This place is tucked away and I honestly probably would've never known it existed if it wasn't for having googled it nearby. It's a small shop, so definitely a pop in an grab coffee type of place next to a Korean Restaurant. Not a place for working or honestly even meeting up with friends. It doesn't have much seating. The staff was super friendly and great at giving me options for how to match my latte with some of the other flavors they have. I ended up getting a Strawberry Lavender Matcha. The service was great and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I really liked that they do their own infusions -- it made the experience feel unique and intentional. Being able to smell the grounds before ordering was such a cool touch and helped showcase the different flavor notes in the coffee. The latte itself was excellent -- you could actually taste the quality of the beans and pick up on the flavor notes instead of everything just tasting overly sweet. With just a few seatings for hangout. This isn't a spot to hang for long. Although it is cozy I ordered the toasted pistachio 3/5 star - not creamy and not sweet. Mine kinda taste watered down. Coffee here isn't strong And hubby ordered the ice toffee brown butter bourbon latte- sweeter side and not as creamy. I do taste the infused bourbon in it. Service was ok. They make most of their own pastries (and give generous helpings) and craft all their own signature drinks on top of being a coffee roaster. The entrance was a bit confusing to find but it was out of the side of the plaza and there was plenty of parking. When I walked in the owner greeted me and told me all about their bean roasts and which ones he liked the most. He even offered to print a picture of my choosing on my latte since it was my first time. I got the Bourbon Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte with oat milk and sat down at a bar top to enjoy my drink while I worked on some emails. A tiny coffee shop tucked into the corner of a strip mall near Preston and George Bush. There isn't a ton of space inside to spread out or lounge for a while (I definitely wouldn't bring a huge group here). But what it lacks in space it makes up for in character and quality of product. I was very impressed with the coffee I received; if you prioritize a really good cup of coffee that will leave you buzzing, you should try this spot. I didn't have a chance to try the food items, but the gentlemen who served me told me they were made in-house. He also shared some helpful information about the coffee beans they had for sale; some of which were quite unique. This isn't where I'd come to work for a while or read a book, or even to catch up with a friend (just due to space constraints). Stumbled upon the coolest coffee shop yet on my quest to find the holy grail of roasted espresso beans! I greater immediately by the owner, "Jason" and he proceeded to let me "smell" the samples of grounded coffee he had sitting on the counter. First off, he roasts all his own beans. He has several different varieties to select from and they're all single based varieties (no blends). I believe they're all medium roasts as well. This little shop has the most unique bean infusions I have ever come across ever! Not only did my iced brown sugar bourbon latte taste incredibly delicious, but the artwork/design simply blew me away!! If you get a chance to stop in, talk to the owner, he's really cool and will tell you all you want to know if you're a "bean nerd". Also, he makes almost all of how own pastries and his bags of beans have "roast dates" listed (very important if you're into home espresso making). Super impressed with this place and will definitely return to try other options! read more

Such an amazing find ! I was on the hunt for a new coffee shop to try and this place did not disappoint ! The cafe is small but decorated very nice and it is extremely clean! They have such a unique menu with options for coffee that I have never seen before. Jason, the owner, was so nice and provided me with a lot of information about the shop and the sources of the ingredients as well as the methods behind the coffee. As a non coffee drinker I had no clue what to get, but he recommended the iced Toffee Brown Butter Bourbon latte (w/ oat milk). I also appreciated that they had non dairy milks!! The latte was so cute ! He even did one of those print things on top of the froth (not sure what it is called but it looked so cool )! Now on to the taste..... when I tell you this coffee was SOOOOO good.... It was rich and delicious and I absolutely loved it. I also tried the lemon cake which was delicious as well! I was in the mood for coffee and was intrigued by the name of this coffee shop as well as their choices. The shop is intimate and eclectic. First time having a seasonal infused latte and I must say it is unique and I have nothing to compare the taste to and I did finish it. "I am so loved" is inspiring and reminds me of Jesus Christ's love for each of us that are created by God. I also ordered a pumpkin loaf that I was told was homemade. It smelled delicious. It was moist and the edges were cooked just the way I like it. Shout outs to M and the owner Jason! I arrived 15 minutes prior to closing and M took the time to ask if it was my first time here and provided recommendations! Quaint little coffee shop in Plano. It's a fairly small space but the air conditioning seems to struggle to keep it cool. So if you like your coffee shops freezing you may want to get your order to-go. There's WiFi and seating for about 15 but it's pretty cramped so you would probably only comfortably seat like half that at most. There's a good selection of different flavored coffee and espresso drinks that mostly lean a little on the sweeter side. They have neat little colored latte art that is printed on top of your lattes. Restrooms are shared with the adjoining Kabayan Filipino Store & Cafe. It's easy to miss this little coffee shop. Parking and the entrance face Lloyd Dr. You could also probably park at Kabayan and come through their space to get to the coffee shop. read more

This cafe offered very attentive service, though it was a bit of a struggle with the person in front of me. I had high hopes for the house pastries, but they didn't wildly impress me on sight (and I was happy with the alternative that I sought out). From a drink perspective, they heavily promote the specific beans and process they use for their coffee, which sounds nice but isn't for me, but the strawberry matcha as an alternative did not disappoint. It doesn't look like much (unlike their artsy coffee drinks), but the reason for this is that there were quite a lot of actual strawberries mixed into the very green matcha, a color combination that ends up kind of brown. Tried this place out since I noticed the signage change. You walk in and are hit with a cute, cozy, spot perfect for a little coffee date or just to relax and hang out. The owner, Jason, was very informative about his products and took the time to explain the options to me. His excitement about the infusions and artwork is really quite contagious! I tried his Whiskey infused Caramel Irish Cream Latte with artwork and received a beautiful, flavorful latte! I do not like alcohol but can appreciate the way his infusions blend with the flavors, it's smooth and subtle... and very delicious! I also tried the homemade banana nut loaf and lemon loaf. They taste like my momma's so it's 10/10 for me. Look forward to trying some of his other creations! read more
