It's a really cute 2-floor coffee shop and the service is friendly and quick. It provides the perfect space to meet someone over coffee, or to work from the shop. The coffee here has a signature sweet cream, which is delicious, however it disagreed with my stomach both times I had it. The first time I got and iced latte with their regular milk (I'm assuming whole milk). It tore my stomach up!!! The second time I went, I got the same latte but opted for Almond milk instead. Why did it also mess my stomach up?!! It's so upsetting to me, because I love the vibe of this place and the way that the coffee tastes, but unfortunately, my lactose intolerance hates Summer Moon. I don't have this problem with Starbucks, 151, Dutch Bros, or Paris Baguette. It's so disapointing, because I'm a sweet cream iced latte kind of girl, but I think it's a wrap for me.

The options are yummy and unique. They take great pride in roasting their own beans and blending great flavors. I went today Monday June 1, 3:35pm staff was great! Seems they are busy and had a shelf full of online/pick-up orders. I typically walk in and see what they have to offer and buy 5lbs on average. When I asked the lady at the front she gladly went to look, unfortunately they didn't have Colombia in the medium roast, but that makes sense! Colombia is a Hot Hot item! They are also a smaller roastery, I bet it takes the staff plenty of time to get a solid roast for all those different coffees, so I never nag them for not having the coffee. The coffee is great, it's local, best of all, it's fresh. She gave great alternatives to my pallet, as I love a light and medium roast, but I need a large quantity. I got the Ethiopian Guji, usually my second choice, and she packed it right up for me. I was in and out in 5 min. They do sell soaps like someone in the reviews said, but it's just a couple, alongside with a minimal amount of merchandise on their shelves. Long story short, they are people too, and the vibe you give out, is the vibe you'll get right back. I overheard the roaster and it seems they are sweet and passionate about what they do. We quickly perused the remaining pastries and chose a dark chocolate croissant for me as well as a milk chocolate cannoncino for the kids to share. I added a medium, hot, almond milk latte to the order. The pastries were served in a cute white box, rather than being thrown into a paper bag like other places do. I'm happy to say they stayed intact or the drive home. The croissant was warm and the cannoncino chilled. The croissant was dense, not fluffy or flaky, there was almost a doughiness to it. It was packed with chocolate and I could tell it was dark chocolate. I wasn't a fan of the dense dough and after a few bites I was done. The kids both tried to finish it but said it tasted lemon-y and weren't fans. The kids liked the chocolate and pastry of the cannoncino. At first sip the latte tasted good. Well balanced espresso and almond milk. However, after the foam settled the cup was maybe 3/4 filled and my stomach got really upset within a few minutes of drinking the latte. Not sure if it's the type of almond milk used or if the cup used to steam the almond milk had previously been used for cow's milk, but either way it didn't sit well for me. I'm glad we tried Palmieri and would definitely recommend it to others. It's an out of the way spot that has plenty of indoor seating and decent parking too. Veggie omelet: 8/10 the crust is flaky, the ingredients are fresh and well balanced. There is an even ratio of veggie to egg. It boils have used a but more seasoning. 2nd visit: Coffee: Graham cracker latte, 10/10 strong toasty coffee flavor. I could not taste a distinct graham flavor although the balance of flavor is there. It is pleasing to the palate. Cranberry Cider: 10/10 great flavor. It was warm and inviting. It felt like a warm hug near a fire place. Bacon, cheddar, chive, scone: 10/10 seasoned well due to the mix of ingredients. The bacon was crispy, the cheddar is present and gooey, the chive is like the hall monitor that keeps everything together. The scone is moist and not too dense. I enjoyed it. Breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg: 10/10 the bread is thin and crispy. They took the cheese off by request. The bacon has a great flavor but could have been crunchier.
