Five stars for our morning coffee on the way to the North Carolina highlands and we stopped here to get our caffeine dose. Mrs. K. is a tremendous fan of the 7 Brew chain, very specifically their "Brownie" coffee. I'm perfectly happy with an americano (since they don't have plain drip) with cream. Super easy to stop here even if I had to work my way around the awning in my 10 foot tall Sprinter van. The young lady who served us was friendly and chatty and really interested in our RV while the coffees were being prepared. Once on the way, the coffee was awesome. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Don't bother calling or emailing them because they WON'T respond. I truly believe this location has a gift card scam going on. A couple of weeks ago I went to get a gift card. Had no issues. I paid and got a receipt without asking. A week after that I went to get 4 more gift cards for teacher appreciation week. I tell the girl I want four gift cards. She rings it up and turns the iPad around to ask for a tip! Interesting bc I wasn't asked that the first time. I run my card and she said that the iPad is glitching. She asks me to run it again and asks for a tip again! I run the card and she said she can't process my card. She goes inside and gets another iPad and rings it up again and asks for another tip! To ask for a tip 3x while getting gift cards is exactly what is wrong with tipping culture! I ran my card for a third time and then she asks me to run it again for a fourth time. I asked for my receipt twice. She ignores me! She gets my gift cards and I ask again for my receipt. She tells me she can't print them. I said odd since I came here the other week to get a gift card and they gave me a receipt. Something tells me to check my bank statement while she gets my receipt and I see I was charged 4 separate times even though I was only supposed to be charged once. I show the girl my transactions and she really could have cared less. She gets a manager and I show her and she was like well yeah bc you got 4 gift cards. I said yes I did get 4 gift cards but I got charged 4x the amount? And I asked her for a receipt as well. The line at this point was so long. They are trying to figure things out and then a third person comes along to my car super aggressively saying "what's going on??" At me as if I'm the problem. I asked if I can pull around so cars behind me can leave. I pull around and the second girl said the other 3 transactions will fall off. I again ask for a receipt! I asked her what happens if these transactions doesn't fall off. She then calls another manager by phone. At this time I'm explaining things 4 times and I've already been here for 20 mins for 4 stupid gift cards. Manager on the phone could have cared less because she's probably annoyed she was bothered on her day off. Didn't apologize. Just said it's a technical issue and not their fault. Ummm yes it is. It was because your worker charged me 4x. I asked for a receipt again. They tell me they can't give me one and hands me the gift cards one final time. I asked her to check the balance on the gift cards. She was hesitant and does and came back and told me all four gift cards had a $0 balance on them! My POV-I purchase gift cards, get charged multiple times, no receipt, I have $0 balance on all 4 gift cards, give them to teachers, teachers tell me $0 balance, I go back to 7brew to tell them.....and I bet the first thing they will ask me Is where is my receipt! If I didn't push everything I would of been charged 4x the amount with no product, and no proof of purchase. I told everyone about this and they all said it was shady. I ended up connecting with a 7brew employee at a different location and she said the iPads do glitch sometimes but never that bad and there should be no issue for a receipt. I will never come back to this place. Waste of time and money. Absolutely horrible. And don't bother to ask me to email you all this! There is no point to repeat myself multiple times. read more

Fantastic Yelp event!! This location has a drive thru with the beautiful,sweet and fun Ella ready to take your order before you get to the window. I decided to throw caution to the wind and let Ella recommend my drink , and she did me right! I got the cinnamon roll hot . I then pulled up to the window where Charlie, who was so kind and efficient confirmed my drink order and gave me my wonderful bag of swag. The coffee was just like eating a cinnamon roll! I recently got to try 7 Brew through a Yelp event. They have a variety of hot and cold drinks. And you can customize different options to get your favorite caffeine kick. As soon as I turned in the parking lot there was an employee smiling and waving to greet us in line. Since it was my first time there I definitely needed some advice. After hearing the descriptions, the cinnamon roll, Signature White Chocolate and Brown Sugar Cinnamon Breve, was exactly what I was craving. It definitely hit the spot. While they were preparing everything another employee chatted with us, smiling the entire time. It was such a nice experience I went back 2 days later to try the blondie. Now that I know where they are, it wasn't much out of my way to add a stop after an appointment. I had the same wonderful experience with their genuine kindness! For the blondie, I got it hot and didn't make any adjustments. It is listed as their original caramel and vanilla breve. It is available in both sugar-free and milk alternative options! These ladies are so awesome that when I pulled up they started playing my son's song on their radio. The song is "Fool For You" by Jay Gallant which is my 13 year old son's first single (R&B/soul). I have been several times now and the staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks are definitely on the sweeter side, so if that's not your thing just ask for half syrup. Great new coffee place here in GreenVegas! Well thought out, designed double drive thru and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable without being creepy, if you know what I mean. I do like the vibe there. They are like any other local or national/ international coffee chains or café restaurants that offer coffee and drinks with high levels of high sugar and intense flavorings- however they DO offer levels of sweetness and flavor- which is good. I do like their regular, black coffee. It's really good and on par with local GreenVegas "Bridge City Coffee" about a mile on the same road heading towards the city. They offer a variety of "energy drinks involving "Red Bull" and other varieties I believe as well as shakes. They concentrate on drinks only - NO FOOD!! Which is good IMO. For me, the "deal breakers" are their later hours and what makes this good coffee place great are the sugar free options. NO CHAIN OFFERS MORE SWEETENED SUGAR FREE OPTIONS!! As a type 2 diabetics, it's SO great to have this available and offered. I look forward to trying their selections of hot or iced teas as well as the "Italian sodas". One thing though, I would like to see how an extended hours or 24 hour coffee place would do here. I have been driving many miles out of my way to go to the 7 brew on wade hampton. The coffee is amazing and normally the service is quick and the team is friendly and skilled at their job. Today was a bad exception. When we arrived there was only one car at the window of the drive thru. I suspect that the driver of this car was an employee or affiliated in some way as they had a 7 brew sticker on their back window. There were 4 team members around the car chatting with the driver and passenger. We waited assuming that they would come take our order. No such luck. Another car pulled up in the other lane and an associate left her chatting to take that order. Did the team member for our lane come and get our order? Heck no, he kept chatting. Finally the driver of our car rolled down the window and started yelling, hello we are here? In the mean time several more cars lined up behind us. Our order person finally came and took our order. We went to the window and one of our drinks was made incorrectly. The barista took it back and stated we made it wrong because he didn't tell us. When she brought back the revised drink I asked if she was the manager. She said yes. I told her about our experience. She listened, did not apologize or say that she would address it, just left to make more drinks. I yelled after her because I wanted some assurance she would deal with the issue. Instead she told me that it was not an appropriate time to complain because she had so many drinks to prepare and they were super busy. Hmmmm. Perhaps they were slammed with drinks because the person who was responsible for getting orders in a timely manner was chatting instead of doing his job. I asked the manager if she was going to address the issue and she said she would. It was clear from her tone and body language that she really did not care what I had to say or that my experience was terrible. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. read more
