Such a great experience! The lady who took our order in the drive-thru was extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. The exterior of the building was very clean and well-maintained. Our coffees were made very quickly. I ordered a Medium Iced Smooth 7 with almond milk and extra sweetness. We also ordered a Medium Iced Cinnamon Roll with almond milk and extra sweetness. I love how you can customize everything very easily, including the level of sweetness. Definitely recommend this place! read more

This review is for the experience I had Saturday, March 2nd after my long morning at work. I personally enjoy the coffee at QuickTrip, Casey's, and Scooter's, but had to try this new place that popped up across the street from the Scooter's by my one of my jobs in Independence. I got off work, needed a huge energy boost since my friends and I wanted to visit for a while afterward, so I swung by this cute, little coffee joint while heading to their place from my work on 291. The type of service was interesting but very pleasant. While I was in line at their drive-thru an employee approached my vehicle with a tablet of some kind and asked what I'd like. I looked at the menu she brought me and I made a choice from what I saw. I went with a small iced chocolate coffee with almond milk. It was really rich and sweet. A bit too sweet, but that was alright. It gave me the boost I needed, which was the goal of course. But I'm pleased with my first experience with the business. ^__^ read more

7 Brew has become a favorite fir drive thru coffee. Their Large (and they don't have some puffed up made up name for their sizes) are actually huge. I usually get a large iced latte with an extra shot of espresso made with Oat Milk. Sometimes I add a flavor syrup. 7 Brew has a lot of different flavor syrups. Their energy drink that is carbonated is quite good, and you can get it in lot of different flavors. One thing that they offer that has disappeared in the area is an Egg Nog latte. Egg Nog Lattes are what I live for during this season. The service is quick, the music good, the barista/servers are friendly. The only thing I don't like about 7 Brew is they have no. OMGOODNESS! THE best sugar-free Iced mocha I've had since Starbucks lost my business after discontinuing their sugar-free mocha syrup. As a diabetic, I watch the amount of sugar I consume. So it's important to stick to a strict low sugar diet. The best part is that the flavor of 7 Brews espresso was head and shoulders above the other specialty coffee venues, including Starbucks! I'll never frequent Starbucks again after trying this place. The only thing I'd love better for this place is if they opened a location closer to my home in Blue Springs. Seriously, the flavor of their beans is absolutely stellar! Which makes all their coffee items amazing. I highly recommend you try (7B) 7 Brew at 291hwy and 23rd streets in Independence of you're out on the east side of town. They have an extensive beverage menu, which include all sorts of fantastic sounding drinks. They have the latest tunes playing while you wait on your car for your order. They are strictly a drive-thru operation that utilize a few planes as necessary, and several of their 7 Brew crew are taking your orders at your car window, with a very quick and efficient process. Their system allows you to save your orders by your name and/or phone number, and all you have to do is give them your info, and they'll pull up your favorites. So easy. Was a Starbucks fan until I came across 7Brew. Thought the products were tasty and somewhat cheaper. Until today when ordered a medium cold coffee without ice for my daughter & they filled it halfway, for the cost they said it would be an additional dollar!?! WTH... that's ridiculous & they've now lost my business! Back to making cold coffee from home. #DUMB read more

New location recently opened. One morning they had a free drink promotion so I drove up to check it out. Free small Beg if I signed up to receive ads. Ordered a smooth 7, frozen and blended. I went to 7 Brew at, 2220 S M 291 HWY, Independence, Mo 64050, Store # 0054, on Wednesday, 2/28/2024, 1227/12:27pm. I was with my husband to get some drinks. I have been going to this location since they opened. I have never had an issue until this day. My husband ordered a drink with light ice, and I proceeded to order my drink. I explained to this gentleman that I didn't won't my drink full of ice. He proceeded to tell me that I would have a $1.00 up charge for a cup of half ice for my drink. I explained to him that I didn't won't it full of ice. How is it that my husband can order light ice, but I have an upcharge for basically the same thing? He proceeded to tell me "that's company policy". That made no sense to me. I asked for his Manager, and he proceeded to tell me that he is the "General Manager" for the store. I asked his name, and he refused to provide that to me. He said for safety reasons he instructs his employees to not give their names as well. I explained to him that as a customer I have a right to complain, and that I'm not threatening him, or making any accusations of harm to him. He refused to provide his first name even. To me this means that you are not working with a good work ethic, and are ashamed of your policy, and procedures because if you truly stand behind what you are telling your customers you have no shame in providing your name. He also at eye level, had his pants not fastened, and I had to be exposed to his improper dress attire. Which is shown in the picture below. I really feel this needs to be addressed. read more
