You can't go wrong with what you choose whether it's coffee or rebels (rebels are my fav). My husband got the Golden Eagle and I got their OG Gummy Bear Rebel. So many people have been raving about this place and I don't believe we have one near me yet, but I was out in a part of town i rarely go to and saw one of their locations. I was excited to try it. It wasn't really in the mood for coffee, but I have a friend who said that theiriced teas are really good, so that's what I got. I think the base iced tea, you could choose between green or black- I like that their tea is actually brewed and they offer choices, but I think it may have also been sweetened. If I had known that, I probably wouldn't have gotten peach and pineapple syrup in it also because it was a bit too sweet for me. Next time I will know to just ask for unsweetened iced tea as the base. I also got popping Boba added. I like that you can mix and match a lot of flavors and add on different kinds of sweeteners and syrup and fun stuff like Boba. I like it that they have several sugar-free syrups to choose from. The young man who took my order and the two people who were making drinks were super nice and I look forward to coming back next time I run across a location. Disappointed Twice - Not What We Expect from Dutch Bros Honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with our recent visit to Dutch Bros. We came in around 7pm on a Thursday, and right from the start, it felt like we were an inconvenience for ordering. The staff seemed like they couldn't wait to rush us through - no one even asked for my rewards number, no receipt was given, and they passed the drinks so quickly that my husband ended up with some spilled on his hand. This isn't the first time either. The last time we came here, it took over 10 minutes for our drinks, and we had to walk up to the window to get them ourselves. At this point, we're done with this location. We'll make the extra drive to the Dutch Bros on Shawnee Mission Parkway from now on. They didn't have anyone outside so each car had to order at the window and then wait at the window for their order ...we only ordered two drinks and they were done after ordering them within a minute so not sure WHY it took freaking 45 minutes to get to the window. They were well staffed and friendly. Mediocre drinks-- not really worth the time we waited in line though. I can sit down in a restaurant, eat a whole meal, pay & leave in less time than it took to go through the drive thru here. Definitely don't go if you have little kids in the car with small bladders. --------------- Holy MOTHER of Jesus. If I would have known the wait was going to take 3 years I would not have come here. I'm so glad to see them expanding into my home town finally, we can always use a GOOD chain option for a quick morning stop. If you come here on the weekends, always expect a wait - it's at legends in a typically busy shopping area, I don't know what people expect from that. Not to mention, it's so busy because it's so good! I've never had anything on their menu that I haven't loved, but I of course have my few favorites. Only downfall for me, is the locations available here. They're all over 30 minutes from where I live so I can only get it when I am out in any of those 3 areas. I understand being busy, but when I see 3-4 workers run out of the building, open the door of a customer vehicle and stand there talking to the customer with a packed drive through is absolutely insane, almost as insane as a $10 drink... We regular this Dutch Bros for coffee and order the same thing every time. A simple iced coffee, with vanilla flavoring and creamer. Lately the consistency with this drink has been awful, with the drink consisting of 70% cream and almost no coffee. We were there at about 130 today. I believe we waited in line for probably 15 minutes at least? There were about five cars ahead of us and it took Way too long to be serving so few customers. When we finally made our way around the corner we could see that there were two young ladies outside taking orders, one being trained by the other. Then we got up to the window to get our order and it took another I would say at least 6 to 8 minutes just for them to get our order started and finally made. They were also very nice and helpful and professional. However, our orders were not even made correctly. I asked for an extra shot and to leave room on top, because otherwise there would just be way too much cream for my taste. Instead they filled it up almost to the top with cream, just like they usually would, and unfortunately it also doesn't even taste like it was ever good coffee at all, and/ or they forgot the extra shot--weak and bland. I had a large Americano brew coffee and found it to be weak and boring. Definitely not worth the $4. McDonalds coffee is better. Heck, QuikTrip has better brew coffee. My wife had a hot decaf mocha with skim milk. It had an odd taste and she (nor I) could drink it. That was a waste of $5.
