Paige answered me almost right away was very helpful to not only help me reserve the space where the couches are, but add chairs as needed and be accommodating. My visit was on a Saturday morning. At that time they were not busy, which made our coffee quite peaceful to hold conversation. They were able to work with me on food modifications, and I ended up having a lettuce wrapped burger, as well as some delicious coffee drinks. I ordered some seasonal specialties they had and was not disappointed. The service was very nice, and they brought your food and drinks out to you. The space itself is very fun. It's a lively open colorful atmosphere with cute signs and is well decorated. It would be a very nice place for conversation, reading a book, or working. They also have a game room with a pool table and board games to choose from for some game time. They have an events calendar too! I would highly recommend this place as I feel like it's friendly for individuals and families alike. It will be in rotation of places I visit going forward.

Though it's been a good handful of years since then I still miss Teavana dearly. Giraffe Coffee was a fun experience and Angel, the lovely person working the shop was such a delight. Very sweet and engaging. ^__^ She prepared my small frozen blended coffee, which I had with almond milk & hazelnut syrup. Honestly, the coffee was WAY too sweet for my personal preference, but of course I still had a nice time there. The boost of energy was why I did it! It certainly provided that and a mild tummy ache afterward lol.. Next time I'll have to try one of their teas! My only reason for swinging by the mall as soon as I got off work was to do some product exchanges at another business there, which was successful. Never hurts trying someth'n new and all! Again, next time I'm trying one of their teas. It's still really weird for me knowing Teavana isn't there anymore, and honestly I don't think I'll ever be "used" to it. I couldn't taste either the vanilla or the coffee, and there were some strange white bits floating throughout the drink that made it even more off-putting. To be fair, the service was friendly, the drink was made quickly, and the shop itself seemed like a nice place to sit down and get some work done. The atmosphere was pleasant and I could see why people enjoy spending time there. Unfortunately, none of that could make up for the coffee. The drink was genuinely unpleasant, and since that's the main reason I came, I can't overlook how bad it tasted.
