When I politely asked why, he told me it would be "too expensive for me." I then asked the price of a latte--he said it was a little over $5. I replied that I would gladly pay that amount for a house coffee with caramel drizzle instead. Still, he refused and repeated that it would be too expensive for me. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and shocked by the interaction. This was not just poor service--it was offensive. I truly wish I could give zero stars.
