The Cinnamon Scone was tender, moist and full of cinnamon flavor, but I wish I'd had her warm it a bit - as she offered. It was cool from being in a refrigerated case. The atmosphere here is high ceiling industrial, but exposed brick and a lovely walnut paneled wall give it a warmth and a stately library touch. I'll return. read more

I finally visited this Stadium Trace location and was pleasantly surprised. It's sandwiched right between Super Chix and 5 Guys, there's not much street parking so you may have to just park in Aldi's large lot just across the street. The interior decorating was surprisingly "cozy" with a fake fireplace and mood lighting. See the pictures. The staff was very friendly and their choice of drinks and food would be a welcome to most. They serve sandwiches, soup and even salad. On this my first visit, I only got a small cup of their "frozen". That's what they're labeled on the menu, but they're essentially a frappuccino. I picked the "Frosted Turtle". Loaded with chocolate, caramel and hazelnut, this was one of the best frappucinos I've had. Yom Yom Yom Yom. Trying to find local coffee shops in the area with solid coffee, and OHenry's was highly rated, so gave this location a try! The cortado was amazing, very smooth with no acidity or bitter aftertaste. Very impressed with the cortado, because this is a staple coffee drink that's not always as smooth as it should be at cafes. The honey cinnamon latte was a bit disappointing, because the espresso to milk ratio was off -- it was very milky and the espresso notes were very subtle, so it just tasted like honey cinnamon milk with a hint of coffee flavor. I also asked for half sweet, but it was still overwhelmingly sweet. Interior is very cute -- has a modern rustic chic feel, very spacious and seems like a good place to get some work done. I'm happy to be the first to review this location of O'Henry's. Conveniently located in the Stadium Trace Village, I found the location spacious and comfortable. I visited on Sunday morning, and ordered an Iced Cafe Mocha. No surprises, it was exactly what I expected. Macey, the golden pup, and I sat outside at one of the four storefront tables. The area is covered, but as the sun came up it heated up fast. We sat at the inner most table, and it was shaded for a little longer. But my friend and I stopped in and she got a cup of coffee and I got the iced tea. I liked my tea a lot. It had good flavor without being overpowering. My friend did not like the flavor of the coffee she got and regretted not just getting regular coffee. We each got a breakfast biscuit. It was just OK. Didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The food and coffee is good. However yesterday morning, customer service was lacking for the guy in line before me and me. We had 10 people get there order before us. This is your go to coffee stop! I work nearby and this location is super convenient. I tried the frosted turtle frappe and wow it was the perfect balance of sweetness, and coffee! In my opinion much better than a chain coffee shop. This is a local business and I definitely love supporting them especially during this time! I also tried the connecuh cheddar biscuit and it was the perfect bite and a true southern taste. I like that the sausage was cut up inside the dough so it was more like a muffin and easier to eat than a traditional biscuit. This place is a must go! read more

So happy to have an OHenry's in Hoover. Located next to Super Chix and Edgars in Hoover. Stopped by today for some iced coffee and got great customer service. They have tons of flavored sweeteners, went with the hazelnut and fiancé got the classic vanilla. (Ask for half the sweetener if you don't want it super sweet) they have classic iced coffee and cold brew as well. Beautiful open space to sit and relax, work, or chat with a friend. Good coffee and good food but they need a better system for tracking orders. We come here pretty frequently and about half the time, at least one of our food orders is forgotten about. Usually the team will immediately make it once we ask about it, but it happens much more frequently than it should for a place that's been open for a few years. Key takeaway: if you come here and notice that food from people who ordered after you is coming out before yours, they likely forgot about your order and you should ask about it sooner rather than later. read more

There were barriers in between the customers and cashier and the tables are pretty spaced out. I do not drink coffee but I really enjoy sitting at coffee shops.
