When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. We'd use Acosta again if we ever need another junk removal in San Diego. Now if only they had a Northern CA branch to help with my own post-move cleanup.

I get that people have bad days but when your the first point of contact for a business, how you treat potential customers matters. I can now tell you that this company is one of the best i have used for "anything" in the last 20 years. The employees were so nice and hands on from a-z. There was not a thing we asked that they said no to. There was not a time they didn't go out of their way to help.
