I put in a request for an alignment and they responded quickly and were very reasonable in cost. The owner and mechanic Martin explained the concerns with my car, I knew it was driving and felt funny. Martin drove my car with me to show me the concerns. I didn't feel like I was being pushed to get anything I don't actually need. They are able to get the part and replace it with a very reasonable cost and can do it as soon as I am ready. Update: The pictures below are a response to Mike's comment on my review. The pictures of our chat prove that you confirmed the price with the tires. I'm not sure where the communication falls off here. I hesitated to write this but I think it's important for people who aren't comfortable in auto shops to know what they are signing up for. I spoke with the owner Mike on Yelp about getting a specific brand of tires. He gave me a quote and told me I could come tomorrow. I double checked with him just to make sure. So I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I arrived they said they don't have the brand I wanted. Also, that they could order the tires but it would be $700 instead of $360, which was the original out the door price. Mike wasn't there. I had to talk to him on the phone to read him our conversation to prove what he said to the mechanics there. Seems like they get good reviews but call someone and get them on the phone or just come in person because the communication is not there. read more

Found this place through a quick online search of reputable tire shops near me. I was able to get in same day and the service was quick and easy. They give you genuine information and do not try to upsell you. Has great customer service. I came in unprepared and Mike, the owner, was very patient with me and even offered me refreshments. Before leaving, I mentioned I think something may be loose by my tire, without hesitation he checked and helped me with a temporary fix to get me back going! Please don't come here if you're a girl. Sucks that places like this still scam and take advantage of women not knowledgeable and with no one to get advice from, you walk in thinking they won't scam or take advantage but they do. Called to get a replacement run flat tire and today went I went to my dealership they told me the run flat they had given me was patched. They informed me that run flats should NEVER be patched because it's dangerous. So this establishment just places tires that endanger peoples life's? I would understand if they would inform you if that and I acknowledged taking the risk but than was never the case. And at that point why not just patch the tire I went in with? Let me add that I had my tire replaced on December 8th and today is December 26th and I brought in my car bc that same tire was reading low air and they informed me of the issue with the tire. So upsetting, $150 later in less than 30days I will have to purchase another tire. Shops like this need to take responsibility and ACCOUNTABILITY for their actions and have some INTEGRITY in their work/products. Truly sucks to be in this situation. read more
