I was given a bad used tire. I've had to pump air into it every day after buying it from them. It's like 7 Days Tires stands for 7 days of having to pump air into your tires! I wasn't even going to buy a used tire. I was just going to get a nail taken out and have the tire patched up like last time, but I was told the tire was bald, so might as well pay $35 for a used tire than $20 for the repair. I asked if I could pay by card, but the employee insisted I pay by cash. So, I have no receipt. I can't help but think if I had just had the tire patched instead, I wouldn't have to keep going to the gas station every day after work to pump air into that one bad used tire. Anyway, if you're just coming in for a patch, this place is great. But if you're going to buy a tire, especially a used one, you might be safer going somewhere else. Also, ask for a receipt even if they insist you pay cash. read more

I brought my car in on a Sunday to get some rear brakes replaced. After leaving my car for over an hour, the owner tells me that the brakes couldn't be delivered on Sunday and for me to return first thing Monday morning to get my brakes fixed. It'll take 30 mins max, he says. I come back Monday morning, and the guy isn't even at the shop and the gentleman who is there has no idea what I'm talking about. I ordered tires for my Tesla and asked me to Venmo $100 to order the tires. When they called, I asked if they ordered the right ones and they assured me it was. When I took my car in, it was the wrong size. So I asked for my reimbursement of $100 that I had paid for the tires. The guy said he didn't have any cash, so he asked me to go on Sunday. I went there on Sunday and he said he still didn't have the cash. I asked him to Venmo the money and he said his manager was out and will take care of it as soon as he is back on that day. I did t receive the money and so called back next week and he said manager was out of town again and he cannot help. Not sure why it wasn't addressed when the manager was in town. Will try going back again. I wouldn't trust this business. I am not sure if the other glowing reviews are real. I called them this morning for a quote on 2 tires as something had been on the freeway that had damaged the front tires and it was the best price we came across. Drove right over and the quoted price was for the incorrect size. I will take the blame for that as I talk fast sometimes and it is also loud inside a tire shop. The correct price was just a few dollars cheap and best price anywhere close to us in van nuys . The gentleman that helped me at the counter was personable and very nice., he remembered me from the call a little earlier. I was to van nuys and back home in less then an hour. I love this shop. I called them and asked about pricing for a patch job, which will cost $20, then decided to just get 2 used tires for $45/each including balancing and installation. Luckily they have the same tires which i have which is Michelin Primacy. Now my ride is smooth as a butterfly. On top of it, it just took 10mins to do it. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS. read more

I went here a few weeks to get my brakes done. I'm not so sure they knew what they we're doing because I had to go somewhere else to get them re-done unfortunately. I spent $350 to have to spend an additional $375 with another company. I had to wait over 2 hours for my brakes to arrive. They didn't offer me any compensation. The worker stayed in the back smoking weed until my parts arrived. The restroom was gross, and the overall experience was just really bad. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

When your day goes from bad to worse this place can definitely make it better. I don't much about tires or cars but I do know excellent customer service and genuine nice people. Usually men try to hustle women but not Mike. I only had a certain amount in pocket and he was able to with what I had. He even checked out all my other tires to make sure I would be safe to drive and have no fear that a tire would blow out again. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Mike really made me feel welcomed and at ease with the whole situation and talked to me like a person. Some places just talk money and forget that you're an ACTUAL human being that is having a hard day. Come by, get your car looked at and fixed. Got a flat on superbowl Sunday. By default I went to Firestone and was told it would take an hour for someone to just look at the tire and see if they could change it. After complaining about the wait time the girl who worked there told me to go to seven day tires if I wanted fast service. She was not wrong. Mike had my tire changed for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay and in under 10 min. I made it to the superbowl party right on time. Mike, Tito and everyone else on the team who's names I don't remember were super professional and friendly. You could really tell that they love what they do and are great at it. Hopefully no more flats for me but if it happens, Mikes my man. read more
