Came here before and the service was fine. Got me in and out. I don't know maybe Sundays they don't really care that much but I was parked for at least 25 to 30 minutes and I see no one in sight. I decided to call because another customer came and I asked him if he worked here And whoever answered the phone finally decided to come outside versus just seeing a car sitting in front of your shop for that amount of time and not say anything... You think someone would've came and said hey, I can help you out or what do you need but that wasn't the case they definitely have to work on their Sunday. Customer service definitely will not be returning here again. Thanks for nothing Update: this is the owners response lol, I cannot make this up. Someone get these people a E-book on customer service and operating a well managed business that isn't just focused on $$$ and cares to establish trust between the customers and public. If im wrong then George bush is still the president

Terrible experience. I communicated with the owner prior to having my vehicle towed there. I gave him all the information he asked for about my vehicle and he communicated that he could and would replace my tire. My vehicle was towed to the location only to be denied service. They did not even have the tire for the vehicle and then blamed me. The owner told me I never asked for a replacement and after I showed them a screenshot of our exact conversation, he told me the car never came to his shop, which it did. Zero accountability. Wasted my time and money.

I went to the tire shop to get run flat tires for my car and was fortunate to find 2 matching tires. I bought them at a great price. I bought a 3rd one, same specs but different brand. I was asked to return for another one since all my tires needed to be replaced. I observed that the tire was not rotating smoothly when I drove, so I called the shop and left an explanation of the problem. I received a call about 2 weeks afterwards, telling me to come and install a fourth tire which was now in stock. I was also told that the 3rd tire which was not properly aligned would be fixed. I called in the day I was to return my car, took my car in, had the new tire installed and the tire which needed alignment was taken care off. I drove off feeling confident, comfortable and very pleased with both the deal I received on the tires as well as the excellent service rendered at the shop. I will go there again and will always refer people. Thank you 7- day tires for such stellar service. read more

I have a big dully truck that takes an unusual sized tire. I usually got to another closer used tire shop but they didn't carry the tires I needed. They actually not only recommended I come here to 7 Day Tires but even called ahead to make sure that I wasn't making a wasted trip. I get there and am immediately greeted by Mike who was expecting me. Very nice gentleman. They had my tire on in no time at at a very reasonable price. Greatest tire shop I've been to in the valley, great customer service fast and friendly. Won't rip you off with used tires like most tire shops around the valley. They let you choose the tire if you want to. I purchased a used parrelli tire for 35$ with almost 90% thread looks basically new. I highly recommend this place! read more

I wanted to buy four new tires and requested quotes from a few tire shops via Yelp. Mike from 7 Days Tires got back to me in no time, and gave me the best quote out of all the shops! The price was great, him and his guys were fast, helpful and super nice too. I got four tires installed plus an alignment, and I was in and out within an hour. Could not be happier. Gave me a quote over phone specifically double asked pricing because I was driving almost two hours to them.... On arrival they were trying to double charged me and when I tried showing online conversation we had prior they didn't even want to look at phone. Ended up going up the street to next tire spot and the experience at TIRES BY STAN was AMAZING! they gave me a great (better) price and we're super friendly and more organized and clean. read more

My wife and I were headed to the grocery store when suddenly our tire went out. We went to the gas station to attempt to put air in the tire but there was no saving it. We ended up driving down the street to 7 day tires where they quickly removed the damaged tire and immediately replaced it. The guys here are fast, efficient and friendly and with 15 minutes we were able to head out! I've visited them a few times before and we will definitely be returning as well as recommending them to all of our friends! Thanks again guys! read more

I came in to 7 Days Tires because my car would not accelerate as you could see in my video. I was extremely nervous and I showed them that my air intake hose had a tear and they immediately began helping me. The owner called to see if they could get the part I needed and within 20 min it was there. Martin the mechanic got straight to work and showed me my air intake hose was actually completely torn, mind you I had been to another mechanic not to long ago, Arleta Mufflers saw how ripped it was and they didn't tell me I was lucky that I'm nosy and went up to see what they were pointing at. Turns out as Martin from 7 Days Tires continued working on my car him and I both noticed the workers at Arleta Mufflers DISCONNECTED MY O2 SENSOR !!!!! I was APPALLED to say the least they purposely tried to fuck up my car !!!! Safe to say I am extremely grateful to have ended up at 7 Days Tires the experience overall was amazing and I would rate 10/10 if I could they were extremely friendly and got everything done within 30 minutes. I literally scream out of relief and excitement when it was all done. Thank you guys again 5 stars really isn't enough. The price was also extremely affordable and no where near what I was expecting read more

Came here after a blowout. Friendly guys that seemed alright helped me out. I came back a week later after another tire went bad on me. They knowingly gave me the wrong size which caused my tire sensor to read incorrectly causing swerving over 65 mph. They denied it. I came back for a replacement and they tried to sell me a tire with a HUGE bubble on the side. Then they acted as if they didn't notice it. They finally were able to replace the tire after waiting a week. THEN the first tire I bought here went bad after having it only two weeks. Never ever come here EVER. We will see if they are just and give me a refund. I'm not going to hold my breath... read more

"I visited this tire shop yesterday to replace all four of my tires, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional and efficient, and what stood out the most was that they didn't try to upsell me on anything. They offered competitive prices, which I really appreciated. The quality of their work was excellent, and they even included a free tire rotation service and free fix flat for the future. I'll definitely be coming back when I need more work done. The owner is the guardian angel for my 2006 Bmw 330ci. When ever it comes to my unlucky nature of attracting nails and them puncturing my tires to needing tires because of burning out at the drag strip in Irwindale or even just natural wear, he is the best man in the valley. He's a very charismatic man that doesn't try to sugar coat anything, he tells you what your options are, the positive or negative consequences, and the price. In a world with deceitful businesses, he gives me hope that there is still some honest and well rounded business men/women. read more

Customer service is top notch here.. my lug nuts were too short for my new wheels so Mike (the owner) personally drove me to 2 different auto part stores to get the lug nuts I need for my car. If it wasnt for him i wouldn't have have car back that day. What a guy.. I got great tires at a price I didn't even have to negotiate for.. it was that good of a deal paired with that kind of customer service just leaves you feeling taken care of! I came in to have two tires replaced. When they didn't have the right size tires for my car, the shop owner, Mike, was very helpful and willing to work with me. He ended up driving out to hand pick the right size tire for me and brought back two options for me to choose from. On top of all that I got a great deal on the parts and labor, Frankie the tire pro did a great job. I drive for uBer & Lyft and while driving the freeway my car was shaking badly when driving over 60 mph. It was Sunday so thank god that 7 day Tire was opened. My tires were beyond bald. I only expected to change 3 tires since I don't get paid until Wed, but they changed all tires for a great price. Which allowed me to get back on the road to work. I had spoken with the manager, Sevada, over the phone, and when I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, David. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He genuinely took the time to understand what I needed and how they could help, which immediately set a different tone from other places I had contacted. As anyone knows, car repairs can be expensive, so I was preparing myself for a hefty bill but the owner went above and beyond to help make the cost more manageable. I truly appreciated that level of consideration. Sevada handled ordering the parts, and they were flexible enough to schedule me for a time that actually worked with my availability. When I brought my car back in, Akop completed the work and I was very impressed. He was incredibly efficient and got everything done on his own in about two hours. I was back on the road with the rest of my day ahead of me. From start to finish, the level of care, honesty, and professionalism stood out. It's not easy to find a shop you can genuinely trust, but I'm really grateful I found this one. Instead of answering professionally, the employees became visibly irritated and told us that if we didn't trust them, we didn't have to get service there. To make matters worse, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived, an additional $40 was suddenly added with no clear explanation. Customers have every right to ask questions before spending their money. No one should be made to feel like an inconvenience for wanting to understand the service they're paying for. I would not return, and I do not recommend this business based on my experience.

Roadside assistance gave me a jump and explained that my battery might be bad but my alternator was reading 14 so it most likely is a bad battery. Got a brand new battery from AutoZone thinking my problem was solved. After having to get another jump I brought it to Pacific on Friday and was told I needed a new alternator and was even shown the reader that read 12.44. I explained what I was told just 2 days before but the mechanic who put the reader on my car kept saying it needed replacing. Another guy then brings me in the office to show me the part costing $881 on the computer and proceeds in a dramatic fashion to tell me it's expensive but labor isn't big so he'll give me a good deal taking it from $990 to $840 and they can do it today. I would've been insulted if it wasn't so funny to me that they would think I was that dumb. After getting the BS speech I let him know I'd need to call my brother. While waiting I had already submitted requests for quotes on Yelp and immediately took my car to Dave's Quick Lube. I explained what the issue was but after running a diagnostic he said it was electrical but my alternator was actually good. Recommended I go to Golden State Auto Repair so I headed there to get my car looked at. They found out a lever was broken something was draining my battery, fixed the problem and only charged me $250! Today was the 1st day I was able to start my car up no issues. BEWARE. It's bad enough to be overcharged but to not even give accurate diagnostics is insane. Not sure if it was me being a woman or black but either way this was a disappointing experience.
