If you're going to raise prices that dramatically, the quality should at least stay the same or improve not get worse. I made an order on their app and it was made pretty much as quick as possible. I picked my drink up at the window, and the young man there just handed me my drink. I tried their iced Annihilator for the first time (usually I go for the Golden Eagle at other locations), and it was really, really good! The espresso and chocolate macademia combination was just solid. I just got the 16-ounce, since I wasn't sure how it was going to taste. But...the iced Annihilator is now another favorite.
