Pizzas are always displayed dried as a chip.. they are fully aware too.. they tell you not to get it because it's dry but don't offer to make a fresh one. All the staff are so friendly and the customer service is EXCELLENT! I always get greeted with a smile from each person working! There are always pots of fresh coffee brewed; several flavors including French Vanilla, Blueberry and Hazelnut as well as Regular Roast, Brazilian Bold (my FAVE) and Columbian dark. 7-eleven has this new app for your smartphone. It has coupons, coffee rewards, etc. This is the only store that gives me problems scanning my app/bar code. But it's always the same cashier that is there every time I go. A short, Hispanic, chubby guy that gives me attitude, patronizes you, and acts like he's right when he talks down to the customers. I have no issues with the other workers there, except him. I would have to give this 7-eleven a one star because I can't give it 0 and write a review. Anyway, that guy doesn't wear a name tag and is just the rudest, un friendliest of all the 7-eleven cashiers I've ever encountered. He must loathe his job so much that he takes it out on customers. As I was leaving today, upset, and fuming over the way he treated me, another customer stormed out, cursing at him and telling him to do his job right and with a smile or to get a new job. This is by far the worst 7-eleven I have been too. They are poorly stocked and the customer service is horrible! I went in tonight and was rushed, the man working stood there and watched me make my drink and then rushed me to the checkout counter. I told him I wanted to scan my 7-eleven app on my phone because I knew I had a free drink. (After purchasing the drink I was then) But he said no he couldn't do that this time because he had to go smoke a cigarette! Excuse me but you are on the clock and you are going to refuse me service? This is the 3rd time I have gone to this 7 eleven for Ben n Jerry's ice cream. And this is the 3rd time the ice cream has been frost bitten and /or melted and refrozen. I love this 7 eleven for other things but for ice cream its a no go. I brought back the one that was bad and the cashier said I could grab a new one, well that one was equally as disgusting if not worse. I hope corporate sees this review because as far as ice cream goes, they need to be more eager to put away the ice cream when I comes in. Either that or the freezers have been broken for 3 years! I just went to this location about an hour ago, and let me tell you... NEVER AGAIN!!! It totally blows cuz it's right in my neighborhood. I'd rather drive! I went it for a simple transaction... I lost it at that point and proceeded to tell him TO LEARN SOME ENGLISH. Again... I am NOT racist or anti-ANYTHING. But how much is a law-abiding citizen of the United States supposed to tolerate???Seriously??? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I think it doesn't matter how you make a living. Have respect for yourself and most importantly, respect for others. Especially when you're in a position where you're gonna be dealing with the general public. And if you can't handle it...
