Staff is friendly, good supply of items but they need more security. Lots of homeless hanging around and even a group of guys that just drink in the corner. I go here mainly to buy Lotto tickets. On occasion, I'll buy the kiddos Slurpees from here or grab a beer for the hubby from here. Oh, and I'll get my morning coffee ($1.49 for 16oz.) from here, too, if I forget to make some at home before I leave for work. This 7-Eleven is brightly lit and the staff here all seem nice. The parking lot is shared with a laundromat right next door. There is an invisible boundary line in the parking lot between the two businesses (lol) so just be "aware" of where you park! read more

Pros: This is the friendliest 7-11 I have ever seen. Jayson, Angelo & Joel do a great job at keeping the store clean during the morning hours. They always have a large selection of coffees, other locations only brew limited selection. Cons: Coffee refills are more expensive then other 7-11s. I have no idea what died in here last Monday (2/2) but it was disgusting. The smell was horrible when you entered in the store. It smelled as if the refrigeration had went out. There were fans on the floor but they were not on and really should have been to air the place out. There were transients outside as well as rude girls selling girl scout cookies. I came in to use the ATM which was broken. I had cash luckily and went to get some coffee. There was a little boy and his mom in the aisle. The kid was putting his mouth on the cups and putting them back. It was gross. I left and didn't get anything. read more

The sales associate MERLY was speaking with another associate as she was checking me out, I handed her a five dollar bill and she gave me $.17 back, when I looked at the receipt I told her, "hey I'm missing two dollars". MERLY said no you only gave me three dollars. I only had a five on me so I said, "hey can you just look at the camera". she refused And said why don't you call the police. so I ended up calling the police and leaving so I called them back before they got there because and let them know I had called corporate and I was too angry to stay. I was getting so angry I was ready toGo off on the real. I've came up short there before and I believe it's with the same associate. I have no proof of that but, today I had proof and caught her stealing ass. I've been coming here for years!! Cashiers come and go it seems. But i am writing about last Thursday morning around 6 am the cashier looked like he HATED his life and his service proved so. I understand u were the only cashier in site but u could've helped or at least seem like u cared. There was a sale on water for 2 for nine, and i desperately needed water at home. so my mother asked the cashier if there was any more he looked at us with puzzled face like he knew no idea what we were asking about. He then shrugged n said no i don't see any there so no. Smart ass. So then we grab our big bottles and decide to take a case as well. I worked at Walmart and other small stores who kept the barcode on had or imputed a number so it rings up automatically so the customer doesn't have to grab. Well my mom asks the cashier to ring up for a h20 he then tells her with attitude well i need to scan ?! By that point she was furious and i was not so happy cuz how do u treat customers with attitude and so early9-10 times ur the first person ppl c fuckin smile. this place needs to get shut down! i say this statement bitter sweet because sadly me, family and friends and my husband have been coming here since we were kids. anyone that lives by this 7-eleven already knows this is your neighborhood 7-eleven and idk who the hell these new owners and i am assuming they are new because i have never seen them in my life except for the night my husband got a haircut from his friend and we needed change so we can pay him it was only 10 bucks, so we went here my husband just grabbed 2 bags of chips that way they would give him change back because that was what they told him to do if he wanted change he needed to buy something so he did my husband asked him for 5's 10's or 1s whatever was fine they gave him back all 20's ?? my husband comes to my car and i tell him you need a 10 why did you even buy anything if they weren't gonna give you the change you needed anyway?? i went in the store this time and i walked up to the guy who was at the register (mind you i am 6 months pregnant) and i explained to him that they told my husband to purchase something if he wanted change and he did but they gave him what he didn't need if he could please change the 20 for smaller bills or just give me a refund for what we bought immediately the girl, which i don't know if it was his wife or what but she started yelling at me and telling me that my husband needs to speak up because he never said he needed smaller bills which was a lie, then when i told her she needed to calm down and not raise her voice at me she told me fuck you and flipped me off (in front of kids and customers who were all in shock)and then the guy started yelling at me and telling me to get the fuck out of the store as im standing there 6 months pregnant i told them wtf are they serious???? i demanded they give me my refund now , the girl reached over and snatched the bags of chips out of my hands and threw the money in front of me and i told her that i was gonna call the cops if either one of them got near me again i asked that girl why the hell they were trying to fight a pregnant girl and thats when the cashier guy told me fuck you and your baby :0 i was at a loss for words a guy stepped in and told them if they were talking to his daughter like that he would have done serious damage to them other customers were telling them what was there problem and they put there stuff down and walked away my husband had been in the car waiting he never expected something like that to happen when i finally left and told him he was so angry he went back in there and told the guy not to ever talk to me or any woman like that ever again and the cashier started trying to jump over the counter and was threatening to fight my husband. my husband laughed at him and came back to the car i cant believe these fucking people the number one thing you dont do when you are running a business is fuck with the locals thats just a bad idea all around but how they seriously treated me i wont forget it its mind blowing i will never go there again and i am contacting the better business bureau to open a claim against them. do not buy anything from these disgusting people!! read more
