Really great experience picking up my medicine. The store is exceptionally clean, bright, and very well maintained--you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything spotless, neat, and inviting. The aisles are well organized, clearly labeled, and spacious, making the layout easy to navigate and stress‑free. Everything looked orderly and hygienic, especially around the pharmacy area, which I really appreciate. The pharmacy team truly deserves special recognition. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and highly professional. They made sure everything was correct, explained things clearly, and kept the process moving smoothly. When I'm in a rush this is the location I come to but this is not my first choice. Overall the store is pretty average for CVS but it seems they have a stocking issue at times. I'm not sure if its because I happen to go when everyone else is sick but when ever I need cold medicine or vitamins they seems to not be in stock or I just got the last one. Also they seems to run out of the name brand but always have the CVS brand which personally I don't mind but I know some are picky. There always also seems to be long lines with most of the times only having one, two cashiers open if you are lucky. Some workers have decent attitude but just seem slow. Others are just rude and seem like they do not want to be at work. Honestly I just go to target that now has CVS inside. This is always my last resort. read more

I am a local and have visited this location many times. I am solely writing this review for one of the store associates, David. I have needed to do a couple DIY projects this year. One was for my dads funeral services in June and I ordered a repositional poster that came out beautiful! The online ordering system is a breeze and pretty straightforward. I went to go pick up my second order for my other DIY project for my wedding. They said that only 1 of my items out of 5 that were ready. I was super confused because I showed the first associate that was helping me my order number and my order list. He seemed like he was confused just as much as I was but just told me to wait on the side. David saw that I needed help and he helped out the remaining customer standing in line and closed his lane so he could help me out. He went the extra mile and called the photo center to try to figure out what was wrong and why my order never got completed. Turns out their printer was malfunctioning, but he called me and updated me through the whole process. He was such a sweetheart! read more

*my review is for the Covid vaccine appointments* My five year old needed to get her vaccination and this was one of the closet locations available. Made an online appointment. Before you arrive, there will be a check in text message when you are fifteen minutes early. We got there half an hour early so we just walked around the store. Once the check in kit up, we checked in. There was a corner area with some chairs and a little cover (not so covered) area for privacy. The nurse on duty was Denise and she was very friendly, patient and professional. My daughter attempted the vaccine 2 times but threw a fit and was hyperventilating to the side. My husband had to come and we needed to wait until she was 50% ready. Denise was very kind and just let us allow everyone else to go first. On the third try, my daughter almost ran away again and it took myself and her husband to hold her down. Yes, it was awful but Denise was super fast, precise and got it done under very difficult circumstances. As expected, my daughter was whaling about the whole procedure. We couldn't thank Denise enough. She was so kind even though my daughter was crazy. Thanks for making a great experience despite of a not so great situation. My daughter had zero arm soreness or bruising from the injection :) thank you again. read more

There is nothing more valuable than time. This pharmacy closes for lunch and this detail is not reflected in any professional posting online or in store. I was told to sit for "5 minutes" to wait for my medication and was never called. After 20 minutes I approached the desk and was told they had been paging me which is NOT TRUE. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have helped. Between waiting for their lunch to end and waiting for them to call my name this process took well over an hour. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. First of all, the store was not supposed to be closed yet since I got there at 11:30 and it closed at 12am. This is not that bad, what really ruined the experience was this old, rude fat lady with orange hair that I met. After a long EMT shift, I needed to run to CVS because I needed to change my pad and I was GUSHING - this was an emergency. This lady could clearly hear me asking her for a pad, but just kept saying "the store is closed blah blah". First of all, nothing else is open right now. Second, the store is not even supposed to be closed right now. So me and my wife went to CVS last night to do our Passport photos. Well after taking them and having them printed we went to go pay. Well both cashiers and the night time store manager said they couldn't scan the coupon because it was on our phones. Ok I get that part, but in the coupon it it clearly says "Cashier: Please scan barcode or enter coupon code". Ok so if they can't scan the coupon then all they needed to do was enter the coupon code. Well the night time manager says "it is CVS policy not to enter coupon codes". So if it CVS policy not to enter a coupon code then why but a note for the cashiers to scan coupon code or "ENTER" said coupon code. This CVS has gone down the drain in recent time. They're no longer 24 hours open anymore. They close hella early. There's some pretty snooty cashiers up front. There's always a line to check out. Pharmacy drop off is "okay". And as of tonight, pharmacy pick up sucks huge hairy ones. Hubby dropped off 3 scripts for our twins at 10:30 this morning. I'm here right now, at 6:10PM, and I'm told they need more time to get the scripts ready. Really?!?! You need more than 8 hours to get 3 scripts ready, two of which are the exact same drug with the exact same dosage??? The only difference is the names. My oldest twin is with me and you can hear his hacking cough as we wait. I was told that "there's a student and not the regular pharmacist". Just finding a 24 hour pharmacy is hard, but on a cold night is even worse. In recent weeks, I had to battle through some major cold with heavy coughing that just won't stop. My doctor gave me some prescriptions and I was ready to go. I stopped by my usual CVS pharmacy near work, but that one closes at 9pm. So I tried to go to Wal-Green near my home. Even that was closed early. Getting a little desperate, I tried to search up any pharmacy that opened up at night and needed to dial up a few places. Magically, there's another CVS near my home. (apparently there's three CVS Pharmacies in the city of Norwalk within 2 miles of my home). I walked into this place and luckily someone who who worked the late shift could fulfill my prescriptions. I was very grateful for the kind service as I really needed it for that night. I stopped by to also get some over the counter cough syrups and other cough drops in case I needed. There seemed to be huge loads of hair products and detergents along the far east end walls. If I need to dye my hair, I now know where to look for. The only thing that botthered me about this place was the formation of a line to the register.. With the new format, the register is now up at the counter instead of having stations isle. The people in line would formed strange snake twist as a line. It can get confusing and people would be wondering if the line is for all register or just for the one the line is forming in front of. I was the unlucky who got yelled at for stepping up and cutting in line. Hey, no one moved for 15 seconds and I took it! Great news....it is 24 hours. Bad news is that they would only allow $10 cash back after 10pm for debit withdraw at the register for security reasons. Just don't try to cash out big at the late of the hour.. read more

It was the 3rd day of spring. At 10Am in the morning the ambient temperature outside was a comfortable 69 degrees. I could hear the birds chirping with a volume of roughly 12 decibels. As I got there I noticed that hoards of People were arriving with me. As I power walked to the store to guarantee that I am the first in line, the remaining people walked right past me and entered the store like they were royalty demanding to be served before the peasants. They were just normal customers. I was escorted into the store to take my mandatory vaccination, and it was all good until I was stabbed with the needle. I closed my eyes and a tear ran down my cheek. The pharmacy asked me if it hurt."No" I whispered, under my breath, as I wiped my tears away with my 1 remaining functioning arm. The bandaid that she placed on my arm somehow cured my pain like mothers touch. As I sat there for 15 min waiting, I felt a surge of energy!! Just a thought, maybe you should have more than one cashier working the pharmacy during peak hours. I've had to endure a 30 minute plus line twice within a span of a week. The parking lot is filthy. I found trash scattered around and a seagull wrestling with a bag of McDonald's. I browsed the makeup aisle. They were well stocked. Most CVS' I come to are always out of what I'm looking for. I was pleased to find a display of the new Maybelline Color Tattoos, and the best part was that the limited edition case was fully stocked! I had to make a stop at the restroom. The doors have a security code so customers need to be escorted by an employee. That's fine, I get it. They don't want people shoplifting. The women's restroom has apparently been out of order for days. So I had to use the mens. The seat was covered in graffiti, and the smell wreaked of a port-o-potty. If my bladder wasn't about to burst, I would not have set foot into here. They seriously need to clean that up! It's ridiculous. After that nasty experience, I decided to not even purchase any cosmetics, and I never say "no" to cosmetics. read more
