The Phamacy needs work. They don't notify u when your meds are available. CVS will always sent a text for instance, I kept having to complaining to doctor for me him to reorder meds when it was already there but Walgreens failed to notify me. When my husband went to pick up my meds they said it was still not there when I verified that the doctor did indeed sent it. I went to two different pharmacies, trying to find a medication. This was the second Walgreens I came to and they were out of the medicine. Super frustrated driving from store to store. Do not schedule your Covid Vaccine here. I scheduled a Covid vaccine appointment for today 2/16 at 2pm. Received a confirmation email saying to come 15 minutes early. Arrive at Walgreens 1:48 11930 Studebaker Rd Norwalk CA 90650 and waited. Pharmacy closed. No pharmacist on duty. Waited until 2;13 and finally left. Sign states out to lunch til 2pm. Photo Headache I have always purchased my photo needs at Walgreens and this one being so close to where I live I've ordered now two posters for same day pick up. The first one said it was ready so I came to pick it up and they forgot to press print and noticed that they were printing my poster board on a regular photo paper I tried to let them know but they insisted it was the right paper. I decided to come back later I looked up the description of my poster board and they were of course wrong. I came back at 230 and they were still trying to give me the regular photo paper, I had to tell them no that is not what I ordered said it would take 20 mins to make the one I had came to pick up twice now, but I now had no time to spare. I had to purchase a poster board and pay for the regular picture they had printed they threw in a 2nd picture that the printer did not print correctly for free (yippee). They didn't even want to help me out with any kinda discount for my trouble I had to ask and in return I got points towards my account which turned out to only be a dollar. Purchase number two stick and peel poster they had no idea they even made those And this guy was the lead. I decided not to get mad and just wait for them to print it took like 10-15 not bad, safe to say if I need posters done I will go to the one in whittier off telegraph my original store. This is the WORST Walgreen's Pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. They treat you great the 1st time you turn in a prescription, but after that BEWARE. If you call in a refill, their automated calling system calls you when it's ready... EXCEPT it's NEVER ready! They tell you after you get there, 'Too Soon!' You say, but you called, 'Don't care. It's 3 days early!' You ask when it will be ready? They don't go by the date that you refilled it last month, they go by the date YOU PICKED IT UP. How am I supposed to remember that? They want you to be completely out of your medication first before you pick up a refill. Then they talk to you like you're a druggie or selling the meds. You can say, 'I'm leaving for 3 days and my meds will run out before 3 days!' They say,' too bad!' And if you didn't pick it up until 4:00 last month, you have to wait until 4:00 this month! They are getting many complaints on social media that their new , 'NOT REFILL DATE BUT PICK UP DATE' has been in effect! They treat you like you are a drug addict and at this rate they make people rather buy off the street than deal with their attitude! As soon as I see my physician I'm getting a new one written and I'll go to the moon before I take it in to another Walgreens! The WORST!! read more

We went in there for an item to be picked up curbside. But unfortunately, the site was down. So my wife have to go down and the person he asked was you (edgar). And before she can complete her question. You just said "take a line" turn your back, and left. Later after picking up a few items. She was able to face you and politely tried to talk to you that she have not finished her question. Your reply? Theres only one line in a very rude tone. I am giving only 3 stars for sub par service for most of the time I visit. I have had instances where the cosmetics employee looked at me closely to see if I wanted to steal makeup. I know this happens a lot at these drugstores because many bums hang out in them and steal but I clearly was not one of them. I have integrity and morals to pay for things when I go to stores. I do not appreciate being looked at like a suspect when trying to shop around. It makes me feel uncomfortable and not want to shop in that store. Anyway this was last year, on to the present... Lately I have gotten very decent service from the front store employees, I cannot say the same for their extra slow pharmacy. I don't go to the pharmacy much but I have tried theirs twice to pick up prescriptions for my son since I live nearby. The first time I waited a while which is probably normal but when they finally called me up they had my sons name linked to some person's address in Texas which was a fail on their end so I had to wait double time for the same bottles of meds! I guess the pharmacist thought this was funny and instead of apologizing she chuckles, I'm sorry but I didn't think it's funny to waste people's time like that because of your carelessness. This did bother me a bit. Second time dealing with pharmacy was this week. I came to get my sons prescription after he just had surgery that same morning and they say they don't have his antibiotics after having me stand in their window for 20 minutes while I can see them in the double mirror chatting, all 4 employees in the pharmacy. One Hispanic girl with a ponytail girl handling the drive thru window told me she would be with me 3 times and never ended up helping me. The Asian woman with short hair (pharmacist) comes over and tells me to go to some other location a bit far away to get my sons meds. She then never gives me back the paper prescription I asked for back, she said she would keep it there. So I drive all the way to the other location to find a very helpful Pharmacist except that he doesn't put my sons ibuprofen in the bag. I find this out after getting home which is on me yes, but then I call this Norwalk Walgreens back to ask them if I can get the ibuprofen there instead.. knowing they do have this in stock. The Hispanic girl answers and after telling her what happened she tells me "oh you can come buy it here in the store, I can't pull it back here for you." So something that is suppose to be covered, I come to pay $8 for and then today I get a call saying I didn't pick up my ibuprofen. Honestly the money wasn't the thing that bothered me most, it was the inconvenience of it all. It wasn't simple trying to go from pharmacy to pharmacy while trying to hurry back to care for my son post surgery. I proceed to tell the woman on the phone what happened and she tells me I am allowed to pick it up from ANY Walgreens if it is in the system. Wow! Complete LAZINESS on this pharmacy employee's end. Not only would it have cost me another drive and gas but I had to go pay for it all the while she knew she could have taken care of me as a customer. She decided not to! I really don't get how slow they could be back there, with absolutely no customers they all stand there for long periods ignoring you at the window. I usually try to understand people's roles but I truly have no respect for what happened here. This employee totally failed in the customer service department, I thought this mattered to Walgreens but I guess it doesn't. read more

Small Walgreen, but they have the nicest and very helpful employees. You just have to stand still look confused and any one catches you looking lost they will ask you if you need help. Not many places proactively come to you if you needed. Many establishments' employees wait for you to approach them for assistance. Not with this one . The employees and almost everyone of them will go to you asking if you need help, and all you got to do is look a little confused or look busy looking for something you need. Great job! read more
