I totally understand not every order is standard, but as a customer you shouldn't feel awkward ordering a drink. What made it stand out even more is that I had gone to Pure Grind Coffee & Juice Bar the day before, and their barista actually asked around and tried to help make my drink the way I wanted it. That kind of effort and kindness goes a long way. I'm big on supporting local businesses, so this review isn't about being dramatic just honest. Why would customers want to drive this far w how expensive gas is to find out your business is closed? Most people work 9-5 PM. It's so shocking a business owner would just say "come earlier" to someone that wants to support their business. People work and can't make those times?? I tried supporting your business on three different occasions and this is your response. You take no accountability or even apologize for any inconvenience.
