Been a coffee bean fan for years. It's been my fave coffee and been to many locations. To my dismay, since it is near the outllet and costco, never felt ignored and unwelcomed compared to other locations, where I've been greeted warmly. This location needs re orientation on customer service and courteousness. Who would want to have a coffee and snack in a very unfriendly ambiance. I even have to ask if they're open or about to close? I passed 1 person as i enter cleaning the floor , 2 people in the counter who just stands there as if nobody is there in the front waiting to be asked for my order. No one made an eye contact, uttering any word to tell me to wait and they will attend to me shortly. After few minutes wondering, maybe that one person is in charge of taking orders. But isn't it teamwork and efficiency should be shown. Isn't customer satisfaction also vital for the store and company. No wonder , the place was just empty and went over some reviews and it's also low. I don't think they're busy , they have drive thru...and no customers inside but there's staff around. I just don't know if they are happy with their work or is it just another busy day for them, but no matter what it is, it's reflecting on their work ethics. read more

I'm a Coffee Bean regular. Not to this location but to the store/brand as a whole. Every single day no matter where I am, Coffee and from Coffee Bean Only. I say this to say, that I with all my spirit hate leaving any bad feedback towards the brand. However This location needs some TLC. I visited around 730am on a Friday. When I pulled into the driveway , maybe 1 car ahead of me but there's a young lady outside taking orders. I presume it gets busy to why she's out there. I'm giving her my order, and I can feel her rushing me. I have orders that require specifics. And if not prepared proper, yes I am one of those. Get my coffee correct. Myself and boyfriend order the same drinks every day, so I know how to order them and what I'm asking for but again I can feel the young lady rushing my order. A top her annoyance of my adamantly trying to give her my order she's struggling to hear over the construction. Her face and energy read just go.. Got to the window, of course my boyfriend's Ice Blender was incorrect. And the girl at the window basically looked at me like so what when I told her it wasn't right and we wanted Caramel in it. She told me it doesn't come with Caramel. Lol. Mind you , I'm holding the drink out to her to take back. My boyfriend was gonna suck it up, but the girls attitude was irritating and giving she didn't want to and that we should just deal. So for that I wasn't. I told her we want it done correct and she with a grudging smile took it back and told me it would be $1 for the caramel and was funny and damn near drowned the cup with it. read more

I had to stop here on the way to a funeral service. Needless to say I was in a rush. This joint took my order quickly and served us quickly. However, they gave me the wrong drink. I ordered an iced blended coffee hazelnut with half dark chocolate. However, they gave me something, don't know what it was but it was good. It reminded of a grab bag from the ice cream man. You don't know what you're gonna get but you'll like it because you're a fatty. Overall, the ice blended coffee was blended smooth, normally i like it fit and thick. But I can never resist a tanned and smooth drink of a woman. The place was clean and the servers were polite. This location is a busier than others and they also have a drive thru. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but the drive thru had one car and the inside had 6 guests total including myself. As I walking in there was a foul smell and the floor was sticky. They were out of quite a few baked goods so I purchased just a drink. As I sat down and waited for my drink I notified the table had a sticky spill on it. I also notified that there was a pile of boxes near me. All the boxes were milk and food but they were all on the floor in the sun. I don't believe proper food handling is happening in this specific scenario but it did make me question their other best practices. Once my drink was prepared I went to the counter to retrieve it. Once I touched my cup it was partially their sticky counter. This location needs to do a bit of house keeping throughout the day as they are located in a high traffic area. read more

This was my first time at Coffee Bean, Ayleen assisted me, I made her aware is was my first time, I made her aware I'm not a true coffee drinker and she recommend me a latte, I chose the White Chocolate Latte and it's so good and sweet, somewhat taste like horchata.. the service was good, drive through was clear, literally got my drink within 4 minutes, I was able to make it to work. Really cozy spot to relax and enjoy a treat. I got the Cookie Butter Latte and a chocolate muffin and both were so good. The latte was creamy and perfectly spiced and the muffin was rich and moist. I like this location and enjoy their drive thru. I wish coffee bean had more low sugar or no sugar added options as a health conscious girl. My brothers who are not as health conscious really enjoy their drinks. I also like the environment inside, great for doing school work. I wanted something that was low in sugar, the barista let me know that they had ran out of chai powder but was very accommodating and thorough when explaining my options. I ended up going with the chai rooibos which wasn't my favorite but that's just down to preference - hopefully next time they'll have the chai!
