They went beyond helpful to track down a prescription that I really needed this evening. I had already looked for it at another pharmacy & they said it was at Walgreens. So, I walked to the Walgreens in Brighton. If wasnt there. It was at another pharmacy, in Thornton. I couldn't get there in time. I tried using my doctor's service but, that didn't seem to work. This wasn't a medication that can be transferred from a pharmacy to another. The pharmacist took a long part of his day to track down one of the doctor's to make it happen. I have not seen this type of customer service in a long time. I want to say thank you. A+++ service!!!

Heck, they even had Harry Potter wands and a hand mirror, a cute Chihuahua that when pressed did La Bamba. Cheesy but kinda cool. If all days I didn't take my cellphone inside! Will add a image if that next time. This store stocks what you need in a pinch, cold drinks, frozen lunch/dinners, snacks, cosmetics ,photo services and even fragrances. This is my go to stop in emergencies and when I need a cold bottle of water on my way to work.

As soon as I offered to pay cash, the story change to that it couldn't be filled because she would need to verify that it hadn't been filled in 7 days (another lie). She finally admitted that they were only open for 15 more minutes and she had to fill 100 prescriptions leftover from Monday. It is Wednesday evening. I don't understand how corporate Walgreens doesn't step in. It's a disgrace to the brand. Just close the door if you can't service people. Some other pharmacy will fill that spot.

I was left in tears after many calls to this location trying to track down a rx I had set up for delivery a week ago..a delivery that was still sitting in their location. Unbelievable. Alot of "it's not our fault you decided to have it delivered and it was never done. Not our issue". I am not able to pick it up and that is why I paid for delivery. My dad died very recently and this back and forth with walgreens over medication that I cannot be without had me in tears...more than tears. I asked for a manager thinking it was my only possible hope for some compassion..Ha! A guy with a very strong accent came on the line. I could tell instantly this was going to be another disappointment. After explaining myself again he put the phone down and to my absolute disbelief I could hear him complaining about me while telling someone that he doesn't have to do any of this for me. I think he either thought he muted the phone or that I couldn't hear him...but this just made things even worse. I am so sick to my stomach right now...I've got a call into the corporate office.
