This place is convenient because it's open 24 hours inside but but lately the last 2 or 3 times that I've come here there's no one working in the front for one, that's just bad for business because someone could just come in here God forbid and take stuff and also there's no one there to help the customers. Therefore on this particular morning nobody was up front I heard someone after waiting almost 10 minutes singing in the back with the music so loud he could not hear the door ring or me having to raise my voice for help even with the freezer door open. The store has been clean the few times that I've been in. There can be some shady looking characters loitering around. Homeless seem to gravitate towards it too. El Cajon PD seems to make their presence known though. It is always busy when I drive by on my way to work in the morning. They probably have good coffee! No gas at this location.

It was quickly clarified that I had not taken anything as it was still in my hand. Of course nothing even resembling an apology from her. Though the man did apologize. I continue in line to pay for the 59 cent fountain drink, string cheese and "perfect" bar I selected. Upon my turn she asked if my drink was a slurpee, to which i replied that it was a fountain drink. She said it looks like a slurpee. To which i removed the lid and showed she was once again completely unfounded in her accusations (let alone that I have been coming regularly for 3+ years and the management is well aware that I don't take things that don't belong to me). She continued with her abhorrent attitude, which unfortunately, along with her foul mouth, is her modus operandi (M/O), saying, and I quote verbatim, "Do me a favor and don't come in my store again tonight, I don't got patience for mother******s like you". At that point there were 3 people in line behind me who all witnessed this behavior. Also I alerted him previously to this employee's abysmal behavior, how she was representing his business - and he reviewed the footage and apologized saying he would speak with her. I eagerly await the results of his notification this time. Will he make excuses for her behavior this time? Or will he find another late night staff member with an appropriate attitude this time? I received two texts from them saying they had my prescriptions ready. Neither was ready. One they knew nothing about and the other they did not have a record of the 5 refills. I will never set foot in this CVS (or any other CVS for that matter) again. I am now going on my third day without my epilepsy meds. Just staying home waiting for a seizure to start - hopefully not. It will be a few days before CZS "might" get my refills corrected. Stay far, far away from this incompetent pharmacy if your medicines are anything more than aspirin. They left me sitting around waiting to seize up. That's just so much fun (NOT). I moved to Sav-On in Albertson until I get this straight since CVS can't do anything right. A completely unprofessional, inadequate, error prone pharmacy, and I get to stay at home waiting to go unconscious and crack my face on the floor again. There is only four pumps so at times it can be crowded with cars. So timing is everything. Besides gas, they have a fully stocked convenience store full of chips, candy, nuts, jerky and ice cream. Everything you can think of to eat and drink on the go. They also have a decent collection of beer and wine. Support local business especially the good ones.
