This will probably be one of my quickest reviews because ordering a smoothie has never been easier. There is an ordering kiosk near the register so employees can focus on making drinks. I ordered a medium Strawberry Surf Rider with mango added. My husband got the small Apples and Greens smoothie. There is also a free boost you can add to each smoothie, so we both chose multivitamins. It was packed in there, which made sense. It was a hot Sunday and what better way to cool down and start your morning than with a smoothie. There was some construction going on in the plaza, but it did not affect the inside vibe. Seating is limited though. We waited about 10 minutes before my name was called. An employee let us know they were out of multivitamins. The only boosts left were protein, soy protein, and energy. We decided to go with energy. I do wish I got the multivitamins because working in a school setting means you want all the extra nutrients you can get. I was a little nervous the energy boost would keep me up and ruin my Sunday reset nap, but I still knocked out later, so it was not an overwhelming amount of caffeine. The Apples and Greens smoothie was really good and refreshing. It was balanced and did not lean too sweet from the apples or too grassy/earthy from the greens. My Strawberry Surf Rider fell a little short on flavor. This is usually my go to order and it normally tastes like a frozen strawberry lemonade. This time it was more ice and water forward with less tartness and sweetness. I am not sure if adding mango changed the balance, but it was still refreshing overall. I love Jamba Juice in general and frequent various locations. This location is near my mother's house so I do go there quite often. Unfortunately of all the locations I go to this one has the worst level of service. Quick and easy. Order online if you can. They don't have any of the old favs on the app so you would have to go in the store to order those. My favs are the ones without yogurt or banana, they just completely take over any smoothie. Caribbean passion and Pomegranate pick me up... yum! They have gotten pricy over the years and they changed up their rewards programs so I've lost out on history points which sucks. This location gets pretty busy and packed. Store is clean and staff is friendly and fast. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my drink. My order was ready upon arrival I believe I was about five minutes early from the time it was supposed to be ready . My only complaint is that one of my drinks was not filled up to the top . I've had many mango smoothies from jamba juice and this one was definitely not up to their usual standards. The first sips were all icy and not smoothie. And by the end there were about 8 cubes of mango at the bottom that were never blended into a smoothie. It was obvious to me that they did not blend the ingredients long enough and so the ingredients were very separated in the smoothie. If you like to eat chunks of mango that's great but I'm sure these were just frozen mango cubes that they use and not fresh and it was not tasty and the ingredients were not blended well at all. read more

Nice cashier around 3pm today. However, the people making the drinks didn't even call out the orders they put out. I asked one of the workers making the drinks if one of them was mine and she pointed the wrong drink to me. Already back home and realized she pointed the wrong drink to me. Thursday, May 13, 2021 Jamba Juice is always good. I'm here about the service. It wasn't good. I called multiple times over a half hour span and no one answered the phone. I arrived at the location and no one was in line and they were not busy. I called while looking from my car. No one answered. I called while standing in the store while they asked for my order. No one answered. I asked: "Do you guys' phone not work?" One of the ladies responded: "We've been up front all this time, so we don't know." Me: -__- I took the 'L,' and ordered. No problem there. Then the lady told me I can use the app to order. I told her that I called, and that should have been enough. She made the mistake of keeping it going: "We were busy." Me: "I called you over the past hour in 15 minute intervals. Then I called you while standing in here. No one answered. I get that you are busy, and I'm wondering what it'll take for one of you guys to answer the phone." Then a third person walks out of the back (where the phone was) Me: -__- The lady: "Okay." Then they were passive aggressive about giving me my order. They walked it outside as opposed to having me come in like everyone else. Which, didn't do anything because I had to go back in and get a straw that was missing, napkins and a receipt - Which is weird because I'm sure you just do those things naturally as someone who is in food service. It's whatever, man. Learn to take constructive criticism without having an emotional breakdown. It's not a big deal. Just answer your phone next time. My small peanut butter moo'd was pretty good. Although it was not served in a full cup it had a nice and smooth texture with a slight hint of banana. I like more peanut butter and banana flavor but not bad for trying something new. My cashier Caitlyn recommended this one as it has frozen yogurt in it which added to that smooth texture and it was a good recommendation. The flavor and service at this mall Jamba Juice were just alright. The stars off are for the large chunks of ice and fruit in the medium Mango-A-Go-Go, while the small Mango-A-Go-Go was very smooth. The wait time was short, but I would rather wait a little longer for a properly made smoothie than a incorrectly made drink. Please blend the drinks better next time by allowing the smoothie to blend for a longer period of time. Other than a decimated medium smoothie, the shop was bright and cheery with other smoothie goers waiting along the walls and a well marked gender neutral restroom I included in pictures. I've been here before with a similar outcome and it leaves me wondering what a Robeks mango smoothie is like instead. I really appreciate how clean the store is, it makes me feel comfortable getting my favorite Carribean Pasion smoothie!! And it's great location allows me to just drop by after work and pick a drink on my way home, not having to park and walk inside the mall to finds the store. I would definitely recommend this store based on it's convenience, quality, and customer service. I was really unhappy with my large "freeze squeezed juice." This is right off the menu. It's not all fresh squeezed and that is poor advertisement. I ordered the great green juice. The apple and lemon was freshly squeezed but then she poured the juice into a blender and added the veggies to blend. I asked her why the veggies were not being juiced as I thought everything was juiced and she told me their juicer couldn't juice veggies because it just shreds it. If Jamba Juice can't juice all the ingredients then the menu should read as such. I would've simply ordered a green smoothie or gone to Whole Foods. Customer service was good and it's clean inside. I went into Jamba Juice yesterday after the gym to get a chunky strawberry bowl. Right away I noticed there was only TWO people working. There was about 4 people waiting for their drinks, and when I walked in to get in line to order another 4-5 people walked in behind me. I can't imagine how overwhelming this may feel for the team members working, but it didn't stop the main person at the front to give me excellent service. I appreciate the good energy and communication from this person. The wait as I expected was set to be a little longer than usual, but this was communicated to me right away, and very kindly. Once cashier helped finish making other people's order, they still greeted me attentively to take my order. I can't remember his name but he was wearing glasses and was working around 2pm on 1/5/22. Just wanted to let this person know that you are doing amazing, and your efforts are noticed!! :) This cashier is truly going the extra mile to be prompt and efficient, yet still courteous and friendly. I am sure this is not the easiest thing to do when being short staffed, and working in a super busy store. More workers like this please Jamba! While pregnant, I have a smoothie craving, I go everyday to Jamba Juice. They removed my favorite smoothie off the menu which is Tropical Sunburst, it's been gone for a couple years. I screenshot the recipe off their website and I just bring it in. I always tip heavy because I know it's not on the menu and feels like more work for the employees. This location said no they could not make it! Then when I argued back saying I buy it everyday (not at this location) they proceeded to say no, with an attitude. I told them the other locations just take the aloha pineapple and make substitutions, they asked me how. I don't know how their system works! It's pretty basic, they just offer smoothies, if you're looking for all the other stuff Jamba Juice has to offer you need to walk to the other end of the mall and go to that Jamba Juice location. I like this one though because it's never crowded and it's not as loud as other locations. The service here is consistent, they've always been friendly with me and my little dude who often takes a bit to order, so I appreciate that.
