A long line does form due to the many exercise-related classes offered by many businesses within the plaza. Staff were very nice, patient, and helpful. They answered questions and helped pick my drinks. I ordered the "Bloom Latte" with matcha which was the current special and the "Love" latte in a mug. Both were very delicious and flavorful. Pastries are also available but I believe the earlier the visit the more pastry choices you have. I visited around 4:30 pm and brownies were the only pastry available. My drinks were enjoyable so I definitely will try to go earlier in the day to try something new, and maybe get to choose a pastry.

When I got home, my wife was so happy. She ate part of her croissant but didn't finish it. My son did the same and only picked at the edges. I ended up finishing mine and the rest of my son's. About 8 hours later, after grilling dinner, both my wife and I suddenly became extremely sick. Severe stomach pain, nonstop trips to the restroom, and all the signs of food poisoning hit us hard. Our guest had just started eating dinner while my wife and I were both stuck dealing with the symptoms. The symptoms carried throughout the entire night and are still lingering. Both of us have been dealing with fevers, body aches, nausea, stomach cramps, and constant trips to the restroom. It completely ruined what started as such a special Mother's Day for our family. I normally don't leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share our experience. I truly hope this was an isolated incident, especially on a busy holiday, but I also hope food handling and quality control are looked into so no other families have to spend Mother's Day ending like ours did.

The 3rd drink I ordered was a SF Ice Caramel Pumpkin Brûlée w/ the toppings. I no longer trusted the process and didn't feel safe drinking that drink. I went to the register for them to make the correction and they wanted to look the order up, fine! But I didn't have time to wait for them to remake drinks correctly and left with a refund. I don't know what the deal was today! The gentleman who took the order was nice but clearly out the order in wrong and the girl who issued the refund was irritated that I requested the refund.
