    Had to ask for a remake of their regular matcha. The left was watery, right side is newly made. The color difference shows.

    As the other comments have mentioned, this coffee bean location has their internet down 4/5 times. It's frustrating not being able to scan for points and then only accepting cash or a physical card. The customer service isn't great either. I've live nearby for a year now and come here a few times every month. I still stand by what I said, 4/5 times their internet isn't working. The parking lot is also annoying to drive through. I can't give up coffee bean, so I go to the Rialto location from time to time. They've never given me an issue and always have great customer service.

    We had an early morning meeting in Fontana, and we dropped by for a quick bite and coffee. This restaurant was clean and the staff was cheery. We shared their breakfast sandwich: bacon, egg and cheese on an English Muffin. This came out of the cold case and heated up for us. Considering its cold/premade start in life, it wasn't too bad. The egg wasn't overly cooked (keep your expectations in check, and at least it wasn't only egg whites) and the bacon added some beneficial richness. I liked the protein start towards my long day ahead of me. Their regular coffee was okay.

    This is my second time visiting this particular location. I like how they keep the noise to a minimum unlike Starbucks. The customer service was great maybe because I had the shift supervisor ring me up. They do have new Matcha drinks - Reg latte, iced mango matcha latte and the cookies and cream. I was sure the best one was the cookies and cream but I didn't want to spend the extra calories!! Got the og and it was good, matcha matchaaa same old, same old It's a small location with only 1 restroom that probably needs cleaning every hour but I was able to get some work done here! Missing a couple of stars due to lack of cleanliness in the coffee shop and restroom.

    The food is always good. My favorite is the Vegan Brownie. They offer a few Vegan items, which is why I go there. The Service is so, so. I think the employees are just overwhelmed. The company needs to hire more employees. They have gotten my order wrong the last two times I've gone. The employees are nice and hardworking I just think they need more help. The Ambiance, it's clean and busy but the lack of employees makes getting your orders a long wait.

    Five stars for the baristas but 0 stars for the general manager. Coffee bean is known to me and my family as the best in terms for customer service and ofcourse best coffee and bakery items. Usually, employees are so nice and friendly. Employees are never rude to us and we always had a smile on our face but today the general manager was so rude and had no patience. She does not deserve to be a general manager at all. The other two employees were so nice and friendly. I felt bad for them. While we were ordering, yes we were a little confused yet no one should be rude. She could have asked us to slow down nicely not rudely. If she stays as the general manager in this location, I am sorry you are going to lose customers. We will still come back because of the baristas. Shoutout to the baristas for the best treatment and the general manager need to learn to behave first. She doesn't deserve to be general manager. She constantly stopped my cousin from speaking. He could be a little fast but we are customers. She can't behave like that with a customer.     4/1/25 10:52 AM, I decided to stop at this location and give it another try after having had multiple bad experiences. I usually would go to the Rialto location where the customer service is up to par, and they make my coffee taste good, but again, I decided to try this location because it's closest to my house. Upon arrival, my order was taken through the drive-through, and I had no problem waiting. As I understand, I'm not the only customer who is ordering coffee. I get to the window. The girl wearing a beanie has an attitude. She tells me my total doesn't greet me, and I'm a little confused because I just pulled up to the window. I don't know this person. I don't expect a grandiose greeting, but I expect to be treated with kindness as a paying customer. She closed the window, and I waited for my card and drink. She hands me my drink and card and closes the window. There was no hi, and we'll get that out for you right now. I'm a barista at a full-service restaurant, and I understand that it gets stressful, and sometimes the orders don't stop. Still, it is part of your job description to be kind and greet customers (even if you don't mean it), and I believe that if you cannot handle that, you can leave. I don't know why she had such a bad attitude or if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but it's uncalled for and rude. I also firmly believe that it reflects poorly on the manager and the company because if you hire these people, you believe they can adhere to the job description. I don't think the employees can do that on this day. Barring isn't easy; knowing how to make coffee and get them out on time isn't easy. I can respect and appreciate that, but it was just flat-out rude and uncalled for, like I said.
