Worst worst location ever. I've been twice this week to this location & if you don't have 30 minutes to sit around for SIMPLE things don't go. A few days ago it took 17 minutes to pour one large tea.. today I go in & because the drive thru had a few cars, I order two teas. Two cake pops & a sandwich. I get the teas quick for once. After asking about the food, they said one min. 15 mins later I ask about it again. & they haven't started it. As the other comments have mentioned, this coffee bean location has their internet down 4/5 times. It's frustrating not being able to scan for points and then only accepting cash or a physical card. The customer service isn't great either. I've live nearby for a year now and come here a few times every month. I still stand by what I said, 4/5 times their internet isn't working. The parking lot is also annoying to drive through. I can't give up coffee bean, so I go to the Rialto location from time to time. We shared their breakfast sandwich: bacon, egg and cheese on an English Muffin. This came out of the cold case and heated up for us. Considering its cold/premade start in life, it wasn't too bad. The egg wasn't overly cooked (keep your expectations in check, and at least it wasn't only egg whites) and the bacon added some beneficial richness. In my past 3 visits here, supposedly their internet is down so you can't scan for points on your app, you can't use your app to pay even though I had just loaded my card with $50 and Apple Pay is out of the question as well. Their employees seem to have an "too bad so sad" attitude about it. It's sad that a place which should be a better experience than the other corporate coffee monster, ends up being a crap experience 2/3 times. Definitely not coming back. Service is good however when it comes to the drive-through I have said and waited for 20 minutes to get my coffee that's ridiculous. I have to admit their pumpkin spice. Frappuccino is way beyond better than Starbucks but the wait time it's easier to go to Starbucks and there's always an issue with the credit card machine or to even cash out your points or use your app. I have missed a lot of coupons, free promotions because their machine is not working and the nearest Coffee Bean isn't real alto. I'm not gonna drive 10 to 15 minutes. Customer service is great. The girls are working hard. I just wish the management would work on the drive-through wait time but the location is always clean. That's my only complaint. I will definitely come back when their machine is working and there's no one in line. I will recommend it if you have been tried it. I got here at 11:19 am and I'm now leaving at 11:37 am. I walk through the front and they see me there but don't acknowledge you're there so I'm waiting about 2 minutes just standing there before someone comes to take my order. Mind you .. there was no one in line but me, store wasn't even full and the drive through was not full either. I wait awhile and get one of two drinks ... they forget about my second drink until I can finally get someone to make eye contact with me to ask about my second drink. They made that one pretty fast and then place it on the counter with no straw. At that point I reach over to get it myself because the last time I went they did the same thing and had to wait another two minutes to just get a straw for my drink. I don't know what's going on with this place. I'm a local and my husband and I enjoy our coffee once a week but we might need to go to Rialto or find another coffee shop. It's constant with this store. Moody looking baristas, long wait times, forgetting orders, and then don't even ask about their system. It's a coin toss to know whether it's going to work or not. What's the point of having the rewards app if you can't use it half the time there. Just very disappointing. read more

This is my second time visiting this particular location. I like how they keep the noise to a minimum unlike Starbucks. The customer service was great maybe because I had the shift supervisor ring me up. They do have new Matcha drinks - Reg latte, iced mango matcha latte and the cookies and cream. I was sure the best one was the cookies and cream but I didn't want to spend the extra calories!! Got the og and it was good, matcha matchaaa same old, same old It's a small location with only 1 restroom that probably needs cleaning every hour but I was able to get some work done here! This location is always a hit and miss sometimes a really good sometimes the coffee is off. One thing that stays consistent is our time in the drive-through. It's ridiculously long. The food is always good. My favorite is the Vegan Brownie. They offer a few Vegan items, which is why I go there. The Service is so, so. I think the employees are just overwhelmed. This was my first and last time visiting this location. I sat in the drive through line for a total of 36 minutes. When I finally arrived to the window I observed a man( Aidan) who looked at me and continued to stand at the window and fidget with the white papers that hot food usually comes in, mind you he was not taking orders on the intercom, just standing at the window, fidgeting. I observed the barista behind him continuously preparing drinks. There was a drink that had already been sitting on the counter behind him. He looks behind him, then looks at me, then walks away from the window. He then comes back to the window and at this point he has still not opened the window to say anything, and continues to stand there and fidget with the papers. I didn't order anything hot, he's standing at the window, I'm confused as to why he is not expediting the window if he's working it. When Aiden finally comes to the window it has been a total of 5 minutes that I've sat at the window (after sitting in the line for 30 minutes) he doesn't apologize for the wait he tells me my total. I ask him if the drink is ready, he then proceeds to tell me that the drink, I observed sitting on the counter since I pulled up to the window " is right here". I then ask him. If my drink has been sitting there the entire time why would you not expedite the window? He then tells me that there is an issue with their POS system for the drive thru and that he has to use the one at the counter. This makes absolutely no sense. I ask him why would you not come to the window and explain that to the customer or great the customer since we are sitting here waiting and he tells me a simple sorry. I hand him my card he goes and charges me and is back within 30 seconds. He hands me the drink( which is a frappe) if you're unaware of what a frappe is like when it has sat for a while it's no longer a frappe it's a just a regular drink without ice atp and to add to that the cup is filled half way with whip cream.( it was a large) This place has terrible customer service and I feel bad for the people that were ahead of me( I could visibly see the woman who was in front of me in her car was upset as well as she drove off) and the people that came after me for visting this place and dealing with this terrible customer service. This was an extreme missed opportunity with customer service and service all around. Simply greeting the customer and explaining the circumstances either on the intercom or at the window would have went a long way with my experience. read more

Five stars for the baristas but 0 stars for the general manager. Coffee bean is known to me and my family as the best in terms for customer service and ofcourse best coffee and bakery items. Usually, employees are so nice and friendly. Employees are never rude to us and we always had a smile on our face but today the general manager was so rude and had no patience. She does not deserve to be a general manager at all. The other two employees were so nice and friendly. I felt bad for them. While we were ordering, yes we were a little confused yet no one should be rude. She could have asked us to slow down nicely not rudely. If she stays as the general manager in this location, I am sorry you are going to lose customers. We will still come back because of the baristas. I usually would go to the Rialto location where the customer service is up to par, and they make my coffee taste good, but again, I decided to try this location because it's closest to my house. Upon arrival, my order was taken through the drive-through, and I had no problem waiting. As I understand, I'm not the only customer who is ordering coffee. I get to the window. The girl wearing a beanie has an attitude. She tells me my total doesn't greet me, and I'm a little confused because I just pulled up to the window. I don't know this person. I don't expect a grandiose greeting, but I expect to be treated with kindness as a paying customer. She closed the window, and I waited for my card and drink. She hands me my drink and card and closes the window. There was no hi, and we'll get that out for you right now. I'm a barista at a full-service restaurant, and I understand that it gets stressful, and sometimes the orders don't stop. Still, it is part of your job description to be kind and greet customers (even if you don't mean it), and I believe that if you cannot handle that, you can leave. I don't know why she had such a bad attitude or if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but it's uncalled for and rude. I also firmly believe that it reflects poorly on the manager and the company because if you hire these people, you believe they can adhere to the job description. I don't think the employees can do that on this day. Barring isn't easy; knowing how to make coffee and get them out on time isn't easy. I am not quick to give a bad review to anyone, but I am not pleased with this location. First of all, I love CB. Their coffee drinks actually taste like coffee, and they have a great rewards program. However, when I come to this location, they often say that their system is down, so I can't get points. A few weeks ago, I tried to get my points by manually entering my purchase information on their website. It didn't automatically go through, so I had to contact customer service and send a picture of my receipt and wait. After all that, my points finally showed. Then, I visited yesterday, and gave my phone to be scanned, which she did--or pretended to do-- but my points never showed. I didn't realize until I got home that I never got that "Thank you...leave a tip" message that always pops up. Also, by this time, I had thrown away the receipt, so I won't get points for the two drinks I had just ordered. Businesses have loyalty programs so they can keep loyal customers, but this location doesn't seem to understand how it works. I often stop at this location when I'm grocery shopping next door, but I won't be back. I'll stick with the Rialto location. read more

i try not to come to this location too often since they never put enough of the powders- not of matcha EVER or any of the flavor additives to the coffees- and today was the same. i ordered a cookie butter ice blended (i never order my usual matcha from this location) and unfortunately they forgot to add coffee and they didn't put enough of the cookie powder, so i essentially paid $7 for a cup of oat milk and ice. the service is always okay but truly could not be a worse coffee bean location- they also charge like a dollar more than either rancho location read more

My daughter's drink was made first and I waited for my drink while the baristas who took my order was also making drinks just looked at me. I thought my drink was taking time to steep as it was a tea with boba. Then another barista asked me if I was waiting on a drink. I said yes, she made it. She handed to me and I wanted to make sure it was the correct size. She answered with an attitude. I am glad I didn't leave a tip ahead of getting my drinks. Tipping culture is getting out of hand.
