The matcha is not watered down it's bold in flavor. Definitely not sweet so ask for sweetness level is you like a sweet matcha. Place is clean, small and cute! Staff is so friendly. They are always sweet and respectful. I accidentally forgot to ask for cold foam and although it was my mistake they didn't want to charge me. I still paid because why not. This place is a bit far from me but it's definitely on the top of my "if we are near and it's open we going here" list.

A long line does form due to the many exercise-related classes offered by many businesses within the plaza. Staff were very nice, patient, and helpful. They answered questions and helped pick my drinks. I ordered the "Bloom Latte" with matcha which was the current special and the "Love" latte in a mug. Both were very delicious and flavorful. Pastries are also available but I believe the earlier the visit the more pastry choices you have. I visited around 4:30 pm and brownies were the only pastry available. My drinks were enjoyable so I definitely will try to go earlier in the day to try something new, and maybe get to choose a pastry.

Very straightforward, but really well balanced. If you've never had chicory coffee before, it has a deeper, slightly earthy flavor that stands out from a standard cold brew without being overly bitter. It feels inspired by Louisiana/New Orleans-style coffee rather than the super sugary "dessert coffee" trend that a lot of places lean into right now. What I especially appreciate is the price point. At around $5.75, it feels reasonable for a specialty coffee drink that still tastes unique and intentional.

I've been to the location in Costa Mesa and remembered having a positive experience there which is why I didn't hesitate to set my navigation to this location. Walking in I didn't get a single greeting even though there were 4 employees working with no customers that they had to tend to. I almost felt like I was walking into a kumbaya and I was inconveniencing the employees interactions. The interior also is so... bare... and looks like they didn't even attempt to try to make the coffeeshop seem or feel cozy and inviting. It's been a while since I've felt like I should have just spent my money on the nearby Starbucks instead of going out of my way to support small businesses.

I have always received a warm hello and greeting from him every time I have taken the short route and cut through the Klatch coffee on my way to the Sprouts deli. He made the perfect recommendations for some lovely beverages the last two times. Loved, loved loved my cappuccino shake. Andrew always followed up to ensure my drink was good. A special shout to the fantastic Jennica as well. She is spunky and just a bundle of energy with great and natural customer service. I was also lucky to meet the Regional Training Manager Candice who sets the tone for this level of excellence. She was magnificent! I love that these coffee encounters have led to some great conversations about driving to NY, the movies( The Obsession) that are playing right now and babysitting. Love these kids. This Klatch location is impeccable and spotless. This team with perpetual smiles gets through the line in a jiffy. Huge props to the owner and Manager who have brought together this wonderful, warm and solid team. Klatch Coffee is my new go to coffee spot. That kind of consistency and customer service really matters. She's a great manager, and I truly appreciate my coffee mornings because of people like her.

It's a very cold windy morning for us Californians so I truly appreciated this. The level of service the worker of Starbucks had was above and beyond. She was friendly and kind. She also knew the items she was demoing. The ambiance of this location is simple and casual. It's inside a grocer so not the best location to come and enjoy coffee with friends. There were plenty of seating but I can see them getting full. There was plenty of outdoor seating. Service here is lacking. I ordered a few things. I had questions about sugar free options. I was interested in the ube matcha or the lavender matcha . I didn't want both of them! Since I was asking about both of them, cashier rung me up for both of them. One of them had the sugar free option I wanted and the other didn't. They call your name when it's ready. They forgot to call my name on the ube macchiato. I happened to notice it sitting there with my name on it. I didn't order it though so I stood there confused. No one was interested in helping me. She finally called my name for the drink I did want. I asked her if both were mine, she said yes. I'm really confused and looked at my receipt. No wonder my bill was $30! I didn't want to go through the trouble to get a refund. I'm now hyper caffeinated and sugared up! Sad thing is I didn't care for the coconut ube macchiato. It tasted weird to me. I let my teens have it since I can't finish both. They didn't care for it either. I did love the lavender matcha though! I do appreciate that they are now using glass cups for in house drinks. I got the spinach, feta and egg wrap. It was flat and lacked taste. My son liked his sausage wrap which was more like a burrito.
