Loved my experience here at this location. I ordered an iced Protein latte in my personal cup but recieved a hot non fat latte. No big deal. Didn't notice the name tag was not my name after drinking a few sips in my cup. The barista had put someone else's personal cup drink in my cup. But I told her it was ok as I would drink it. Not a problem. Then the cashier gave me a :Your next one is on us" Card and I was so thankful but that was not necessary. this location is in fig garden village.. my drink was good . the coffee shop was clean . there was no greeting upon entering or picking up my drink . there was a group of male employees chatting with each other . they did deliver drinks to the young women who had ordered .. so the service lacked for sure. read more

I gave them a four just for the restroom. This place has a lot of people coming in and out. It was very clean compared to the amount of people that were going in and out, even though there was a few pieces of paper here and there on the floor and the bathroom needed to be mopped because obviously somebody walked through there when it was wet as for the food and the drink, it was delicious. My drink was perfect, smooth and creamy just like I asked and also my croissant was very soft and delicious but the restroom yeah they need to put a fan in there the humidity it makes it gross just to be inside, but other than that I would've gave it a five star with the workers meme, upbeat, and very friendly. read more

Wow, best Starbucks I've ever experienced. Visiting from Florida and stayed for a couple of weeks. Joey & the female manager are exceptional, a real authentic family vibe. really care about each and every customer. Store is clean, friendly and I highly recommend this store. Haven't had a bad experience at this location. Staff are nice and friendly. Store is clean, great location. There's no drive-thru, but it's nice to walk to and sit inside/outside on a nice day. My drinks always come as they should. My go-to drinks: Iced/Hot White Mocha, Mango Dragonfruit Refresher, and-- come Pumpkin season... it's the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Food/Snacks always good. I recently tried their new Jalapeno chicken pocket... It's a small, but yummy snack. Love their grilled cheese, their breakfast sandwiches are good, and I love their Marshmallow dream bar. It's funny how I always find myself at this location only during the holiday season! Usually this time of year; Black Friday and during Christmas Tree Lane walks. Each time during my visits they are sooooo busy but they definitely handle the busy crowds so well. The staff is amazing, they work fast and efficiently. The store is clean. Just bought a venti Iced Gingerbread Latte. The app indicates 6 pumps of syrup and 3 shots of espresso. The drink tasted like it MIGHT have had 3 pumps of syrup and no shots of espresso. Bummer. This is by far one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Friendly staff who always say "hello" and a great place to study. At times the music can be a bit loud but it's a calm location where you can get stuff done. Drinks are done expeditiously and I've never had a problem with my order. Nice spot and my go-to. Just wished they were open beyond 7pm. read more

This Starbucks has really gone downhill from how it used to be. The staff isn't rude at all, but not friendly either. Their remodel eliminated a lot of seating (although lots of outdoor seating is available on their patio). All the garbage cans in the lobby were overflowing, there was garbage all over the condiment bar, and the restrooms were trashed. Drinks tasted great and were made right but everyone was waiting a very long time, like over 10 ,minutes without many people waiting, and they seemed to keep forgetting about people's food also. I guess since this is one of the last few Starbucks in the area without a drive thru I just expected a better experience inside, but I'd rather go down the street a bit more to the Shaw & West location. read more

Recently when was here I got confused because I knew this one existed, but I thought the other one was still across the parking lot for some odd reason! I rarely come to this location and now I remember why. Placed an order via mobile app. Arrived at the location about 2/3 minutes from when I had placed my order. Not ready yet. Ok fine. 10 minutes pass and I'm seeing folks who walked in and placed an order after I had arrived get their drinks right away. Last straw for me was a customer went up to the register and placed an order and he received his right away. Asked the gal where is my order cause I had placed it on the app 15 minutes ago and she mentioned that it was there but there's others ahead of me. I understand this but what I do not understand is why others who placed orders after me were getting their orders before I received mine. It was a small peppermint mocha btw. She also went on to mention "that's the thing there's other people ahead of you even if you do a mobile order". Again, I understood this. I just do not get why others were grabbing their orders before I was. I ended up getting a refund cause my daughter had to be in school. Btw, this was suppose to be her drink. Never again will I go to this location. I felt so outcasted and was given such an ugly Un welcomed attitude. Starbucks has been in Fig Garden Village forever. It was their first place to land when they came to Fresno. They have moved, once, across the parking lot, into a space once dominated by large restaurants that have come and gone. They sit on a very visible corner of the shopping center, and I'm sure they pay a premium rent for the space. I was unable to buy a half pound of ground coffee here, being told Starbucks no longer sold it that way. The clerk did offer to give it to me, free of charge, but I felt something was amiss, so declined, and said I would go to our regular Starbucks. For one my order doesn't exist in the menu and all the other employees told me they couldn't make it. She on the other hand knew there was a way! Starting to contemplate my citizenship due to the fact that it doesn't seem like I speak English considering they can NEVER get my order correct. A cup of dry coffee grounds mixed with water would taste 100 times better than a simple iced latte they can make. Or should I say cannot make. I have visited every Starbucks in the Fresno area and I have no complaints. This is by far the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced in my sorry life. This place , usually, has the nicest workers. Today a new girl forgot about my sandwich and left it burning in the oven. I don't blame the new girl but the seasoned girl actually brought me the sandwich in it's paper container. I didn't need to look , because the whole place could smell the sandwich , but I did. It's amazing that the primary product sold here is coffee! Yet they continually run or it's cold. I'm not sure if it's just the store manager that is incompetent or just the employees who spend to much time talking and not focusing more n what they are paid to perform. Came in during the morning hustle and bustle of the fake garden village area and I was very surprised to see that the line was moving extremely quickly I got my coffee the order and everybody seem to be happy with their service . There was an assortment of cups to buy wish I looked at while I waited there they had the more newer options for the new cups and one that is also heat regulated.There was also an assortment of pastries you can buy chips cookies and a warm food selections. Although it was quite busy it was also enough room to sit. The barista's were having positive conversations that were appropriate for the workplace everybody was dressed professionally I got my double espresso and I was able to get in and out for about two dollars and50 Cent gave me. I definitely will come again I noticed that everybody around has a smile and seems to be happy there is some music playing but it's not too loud. read more

This area is (at least on Friday mornings) usually occupied by older gentlemen "holding court." Plenty of seats outdoors, moderate amount of seating indoors but the choice seats indoors are usually taken. There is stool seating but because these face the parking lot/parked cars, be prepared for a lot of light/car window glare in your eyes if you sit at the stools. Servers are nice. read more

I come here often in the mornings on the way to work. Nice, helpful employees. I do have an issue with the cynical and hateful old men who sit at the tables and loudly cuss about America going to hell. If you ask them to keep it down in front of kids, they just get louder and cuss more. I suggest getting there after 10am or sitting near the restrooms away from the haters. read more
