First time at this Dutch Bros. Quite an interesting layout I will say nonetheless! Anyways I stopped here with a friend Wednesday at 7:30pm and ordered a Poppin' Boba Vanilla Freeze. It was one of their new items on the menu and looked pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised as it was definitely something I would order again! The lady taking our order in the Drive-Thru could have been a little nicer when my friend asked about what flavors they had to offer with their Rebels. She responded with "You know, the regular ones" which we thought wasn't very helpful.. Sorry we are not regulars! I usually don't take things to heart and chalk that up to someone having a bad day. It just sucks because the only interaction you have with Dutch Bros staff is very brief, so be careful, we build our thought about this location based on that! I came to Dutch Bros on 04/13/19 with my dude. I have been to this Dutch Bro location and it was a bad experience years ago. Wanting to try out the inside we parked and scurried inside to order our drinks. I am a huge fan of Banana Chocolate so it was a no brainer to get the "Ba-Nay-Nay" which is heaven on earth. He got the Pitch Perfect which looked good. The inside is SO pretty and you can so tell it is a youngster hang out or hipsters hang out. It was very clean and they have a TV. Finally our drinks were ready and I Happy sipped mine and spit it out as it REEKED coffee. I double checked my order to make sure the Ba-Nay-Nay was there and it was correct. So I went back to the counter drink in tow as if you know me I HATE coffee yuk. I explained what happened and he informed me he will make the milkshake version for me instant which Gee Jolly it was bomb! I was happily sipping on my drink the time we were there. We stayed for a few hours and saw this place get empty to pack to empty. I already know in the summer time this place will be poppin. I will probably come back another time. I like the atmosphere and my drink so I am a happy camper. Staff is amazing and with no hesitation made sure my drink was to its satisfaction. Good Job Dutch Bros! COVID-19 phase: Drive-thru taken. Worker came up to the car masked. My mother ordered the Americana coffee w/ cream and a nonfat sugar free latte for me. Also 2 PB&J oatmeals w/ nonfat milk. Best service EVER!! This location is (I think) the only location with indoor sitting and not just drive through. Came inside and was welcomed and greeted. I asked the cashier what she recommended, which was the Golden Eagle freeze and it wasn't bad. The order was ready literally a minute after the order was taken. Location itself is fun, clean, and a nice place. After leaving, they made sure to say good bye with all smiles. 2/28/20 still the best service ever. Nice customer service. The line was really long and it took awhile to get drinks.. but there was a staff member in line at least, taking the order before we got to the window. And he was really nice. All the staff were cool on this particular Sunday, having a blast with their crew, singing at the top of their lungs. They earned their tip! We got a couple of iced coffees, good size for under $7 total. They saw our dog in the back seat and offered her treats with whipped cream! She was happy and so grateful for this! So I used to come here a lot for the white coffee cookie breve. As time went on the consistency of the drinks changed. Some times they would be too sweet. Other times not sweet at all. Even worse sometimes they would taste like a cup of milk and nothing else. Tonight I decided to cheat on my normal spot for my favorite pumpkin drink and grab a white coffee pumpkin breve from DB. I waited in the long line and ordered two in the drive thru. I should have tried them before I left. When I got home I tried them and yup you guessed it no pumpkin flavor. Just a cup of milk with ice. Both of them! Talk about a waste of $10. I should have just went to Starbucks. read more

Dutch Bros strikes out again. My husband and I went in store to be sure they could make my drink decaf due to me being pregnant. I asked if they could make a caramelizer freeze decaf and the woman assured me, yes. I said I would take that. My husband ordered a caramelizer freeze as well. This is what we were given. The darker drink is supposed to be the decaf caramelizer and it 100% tastes like a mocha. I asked the woman behind the counter about the darker color and if it was a caramelizer and she told me, yes. I mentioned the taste and she said it was a decaf caramelizer. Now I understand some drinks are made from a base that may contain caffeine but even so, it would be nice to be informed about this when PLACING the order. And when the drink is obviously darker and nothing like caramelizer in taste or texture?? Don't just brush it off. We live 45 minutes away from ANY Dutch Bro's so it's always a treat. And y'all made a pregnant woman cry from disappointment because the mocha has quite the bitter taste and the texture was like a milkshake. It didn't have any of the icy bits that make a caramelizer freeze so good. If I wanted a milkshake I would have gone anywhere else. So upset. read more

I always go to this location whenever I'm in Fresno! The drive thru line can get a bit long at times, but the workers are always really nice and have such great energy. I love that whenever they're still working on your order and you're at the window they always make conversation with you instead of just leaving you waiting till your drink is ready. I get the blended golden eagle which is always my go to when I'm craving coffee. I would definitely recommend it if your like your coffee with caramel. If the drive thru is too long you can always park and go inside to order. It definitely is a lot quicker to do that when the drive thru line is wrapped around. There was only about 4 cars ahead of us and they were quite fast expediting the orders. They are currently only taking cards as payment and they are also wearing mask. I finally got a chance to see what the hype is all about. First off don't get scared with the ling line, most I've driven by have one similar to a In N Out Burger. Trust me they move a lot quicker! As far a customer service they are pretty friendly and helpful when trying to pick something even if its your first time. There are quite a few baristas inside making drinks and at least one person outside taking orders and payments so it all moves swiftly. The coffee, well there are LOTS of choices and trust me you will probably not get your favorite right off the bat especially if you have never been here before As for the quality of the coffee, you can taste the fresh roast that they use and the subtle flavors from the beans and the flavors depending on what you order. I wasn't wowed, but I wasn't disappointed either. So I will definitely be back until I find the drink that's right for me. read more

Love this place so far! I heard there's only 4 establishments around Fresno area, though I also hear there's 7. I like the different flavors and the option to either have it iced or blended. You can also check out their website on the Menu section for more options. I've tasted the Dinosaur Egg Blended, Eclipse Soda, and the Dragon Slayer Blended which all tasted really good, my favorite being the Eclipse drink. Simple caffeinated (but also not-caffeinated) drinks place. Worth the visit if you're in town or want to take someone if you're hosting. In true Dutch Bros fashion, my experience at this location was great! This was my first time at a Dutch Bros with interior seating, and I was very impressed! It was stylishly decorated and very clean. The AC was running, it wasn't too loud and all around, it was a pleasant, refreshing experience. The service was fast and friendly, and my barrista knew exactly what drink I was talking about when the name of it escaped me. The barrista who served our drinks was considerate enough to wait for us at the counter and identify which drink was which. I'm very pleased with my experience here! I love this company so much and look forward to every visit. I'm happy to add this location to my list of favorite coffee spots. read more

Came by Sunday 3/26 around 10pm and was severely disappointed by the customer service I received. I'll start by saying I wasn't having a very good day and I was hoping that getting a drink and getting to talk to the peppy Dutch employees would cheer up my night. However, as soon as the girl took my order I could immediately tell how annoyed and angry she seemed to be working. I asked her a question about one of my drinks and her response was short and rude. The rest of my interaction with her went the same way. She even made a rude comment about me using my card on Apple Pay which was so weird and unnecessary. It's so disappointing because I have had great experiences here previously but this particular girl left such a bad taste in my mouth, I'm hesitant to return. read more

Went in earlier today around 3pm ish. The Caucasian guy working the inside counter had told me "hi Just a second please" ok sure no worries it's busy. Well after making drink after drink and then having 4 other people get behind me in line you would think you would take at least one of our orders right? Nope. He continued to make back to back drinks for the drive through and left the rest of us inside standing like line well over 15 minutes without even attempting to help us. Now I get it short staffed etc. but come on where's the customer service at? At least pretend you care and notice we're all standing waiting for you where as he just continued on like we didn't matter. On top of the two girls behind me got out of line and left. I truly love Dutch Bros and am waiting for the day they open one in the Bay Area. My all time favorite and go to every time is what they call "The Kicker". I always question what's added to this drink as it tastes like no other coffee out there and is just so delightful. It is so creamy with just the perfect amount of sweetness to it, it never disappoints. I've gone several times and each time is just like the last. Talk about consistency here! I recently was in the area last weekend and this was my first and last stop before driving home. It looks like they have seasonal flavors as well since their menu had some St. Patricks day themed options. You'll find that some of their locations are just drive thrus - you can't actually walk in to sit down. But this one does have a seating area! I visited twice in 1 day and both times there were at least 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru line. Service is great! If there's a long line (almost always) there's someone walking down to take your order so that by the time you get to the window, you just need to pay, and your drinks are ready for you. The workers are all smiles and friendly too. They have multiple locations in Fresno and Sacramento, so if you live in the Central Valley, I suggest you give this place a go! read more

The girl who handed us the drink looked at me with a rude look and paused, she rolled her eyes and said "ok i'll remake it" and when she gave the drink back, i said thank you, and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. I have seen people knock off stars simply due to slow lines, drive through, and constantly being busy. I'm not going to do that. Dutch Bros is very popular and has a huge cult like following where they are present--so obviously in the Fresno/Clovis area. Fresno is not small. In fact it is the 5th largest city in CA next to San Francisco and I'm not even including Clovis' population. So with Dutch Bros being the "chain" of choice when it comes to coffee here you better believe it is usually always busy--no matter which location--and there are SEVERAL locations in Fresno/Clovis. With that said, I like this location on Shaw because it actually has a walk in sit down space along with the dive-thru. I believe all the other dutch bros are just small kiosk type drive-thrus. I love the interior design that they did here even the outside facade. It's very bright with modern cool styling. Another thing I noticed since becoming a regular at Dutch Bros.... THE EMPLOYEES. OMG these are the best employees ever. Not just this location but it seems like all the Dutch Bros I've been to in the Fresno/Clovis area. They are so nice and energetic, and at the same time very sincere. It always seems like we've been friends for a long time. I don't know how Dutch Bros finds these great employees but it is unmatched. I've seen different rotation of employees and it has been constantly great customer service. Maybe employees are required to take a few espresso shots before each shift? lol. Seriously the employees are so great throughout all the Dutch Bros in the Fresno/Clovis area. Now the drinks. There are tons of different selections that it's actually overwhelming. Dutch Bros has an extensive secret menu--just google it. Along with a variety of different ways to order said menu flavor. They also have their rebel line of drinks that is an energy drink (red bull type) concoction. You can have something as simple as coffee, or one of their other many variations. I always try to have something different and probably why I keep coming back because they all have been so good. They also have drinks for kids without caffeine. If you have the time check out their website for their menu as it is pretty vast and you don't want to be next in line with a blank face not knowing what to order.
