Went for the 1st time this morning 11/1/2025 around 6 am. Guy was on his phone yelling and pretty much ignoring customers. I went inside to pay for my gas in cash, he saw me walk in, but continued staying outside on the phone. Came in a few minutes later and just looked at me while still talking on the phone. Filled my tank and needed change back. Again he saw me go in and I was standing by the door. I waited over 10 mins even though I signaled to him I needed help. He only came back in when a man walked into the store, then just stared at us annoyed we were interrupting his phone call. Won't be back. read more

i was harassed by a short middle eastern or Indian man possibly around 6am a few weeks ago and he was extremely rude and in a bad mood and mouthed me off and told me to leave for absolutely no reason. this man also claimed to be the owner. their phone number never works. this place needs to be shut down! this guy is an absolute catastrophe working a customer service job and needs to be fired or taught a serious lesson by corporate. this is completely unacceptable behavior and im considering seeking legal advice at this point if i dont receive a response to my multiple reviews on google and yelp and trip advisor within the week read more

The staff was not wearing his mask properly, so I felt unsafe purchasing anything here. Customers would place their items on the counter for him to scan, and he'd talk while scanning items.. this means that the items could have been contaminated.. I saw other workers wearing their masks on except the person photoed. Not going to come back again for sure. read more

PLEASE READ THIS. The cashier of this particular 7-11 was asking me to show a proof of legal presence in the US in order to sell the cigs. According to his words I can't buy cigs if I'm an illegal immigrant or fail to proof my legal presence at the gas station and he also said he can report me to police. Long story short, I presented my passport (which is governmental issued ID with my photo and DOB there) and the guy was looking for an American visa, at first I was thinking he got lost in my passport, so I asked if he has troubles to find. The respond was amazing, the cashier stated he wanted to make sure I have a valid visa and that I'm legally present otherwise he can't sell me anything. He also threatened to call the police, after I said that he has no right to check my immigration status. read more

I've been here many times as I can walk here from where I live. There's not a whole lot to say about a convenience store... but I've never encountered a problem and the staff has always been nice to me. The store itself is pretty clean. This 7-11 has gas pumps also, but parking here is tight. They used to have a deal where you get a free big gulp when you spend $10+ in gas, which isn't a bad deal as the gas is the exact same price as the Shell right across the street. It's nice that they threw in a free drink with you gas... however, that deal is no longer valid. The signs were taken down. They do participate in the 7-11 deals and app deals. I always scan my 7-11 app when I go here. Use the app and your 7th self serve drink is free, any type, any size. The also participated in the bring your own cup day for $1.50 slurpees that just passed. I brought a container that barely fit into the size restrictions, filled it up, paid my buck and fifty cents and the workers laughed at me because I giggled like a kid in a candy store with my giant slurpee! Absolutely disgraceful. There's a reason none of the pumps accept the cards. They want you to go inside so they can add fraud charges to your cards. This has happened twice. The first time it was a $50 charge 8 minutes after I left the station. Went back directly while on the phone with my bank, they denied and denied until finally I threatened to call the police to view the cctv cameras of me only authorizing the original $30 gas purchase.. only then did they magically Refund the $50.. Today.. I reluctantly stopped to get gas and I have to pay inside and my $20 gas charge goes through without a hitch. All of a sudden, still pumping gas, I get a notification of a $100 charge at 7/11. I immediately call my bank and they say my card numbers were just ran and authorized for $100, I tell them no, I'm not even inside the store. So I speak to a man who referees to me as a barking dog because I'm trying to explain this is not the first time they have tried to use cards without cardholder authorization and he tells me to get out of his business. I have bank statements and receipts. Two police reports have been filed. If you must shop here only use cash!!! read more

This is a really convenient pace and the people here are friendly. Sometimes they run out of the stuff that I really use on a regular basis so it's kind of annoying. But ultimately the people are nice so therefore I have to give it an average rating. read more

Went to buy gas at this location today. The pump stopped at $.22 and they could not get it operating again. In fact, they didn't seem to have any interest in even trying. After I left, I saw that my credit card is showing a one dollar charge! Shame on them for stealing my money. read more

This 7 11 is a absolute joke I swear. Here is my story as to why. The 1 star is not for the food or etc.. but for the 2 clerks I dealt with on this specific day. Bio: I am 27 years old, I have a full on beard, wearing a 500 dollar suit and a 450 dollar watch. (not a baller but sometimes I like to treat my self to nice things) Story of what happened: I go to this 7 11 because it was close to my work and I would always go on my lunch to buy snacks and the pack of marlboro lights I used to smoke (trying to quit now) I WOULD always get carded for buying cigarettes I understand they have to follow policy but you have to also make a fine judgment with it. meaning you are not going to ask a 90 year old for ID when he/she is buying alcohol. When someone in the middle of the day who has a full on beard and is dressed the way I am dressed, you should always make a sound judgment and not ASK for ID. I HATE being asked for my ID for stupid reasons. Anyways the two clerks took my ID and tried to swipe it and my ID was not swiping and instead of them trying to SCAN the ID the lady told me they couldn't sell me my pack of cigarettes. HAHA but here is the funny thing, I ALSO asked for a $5 dollar mega million ticket!! they SOLD me that but not my cigarettes.. AGE RESTRICTION ITEM PEOPLE! you have to be 18 right? These clerks that work there really need to get trained properly on making a fair judgment with people. So after all the back and fourth the franchisee came out and he spoke to me and apologized and etc... and gave me 2 free super lotto's BTW 7 11 corporate still has not addressed my complaint. read more

was attacked in this store by a very drunk guy not wearing a mask. I had asked him to not crowd me if he wasn't going to wear a mask and he attacked me. When I asked the clerk to call the police after the guy hit me, the clerk instead called his manager. The situation escalated involving three more people as the drunk man threw the 12 pack I bought at me. The clerk wouldn't give me my money back or replace the broken beer and started yelling at me to leave. I wasn't going to leave without getting my money back or the stuff I paid for. The manager then showed up (he was also drunk) and yelled at me. Why they would call the manager and not the police when a good regular customer is being attacked I will never know. No one is safe here, the store attracts the dumbest rudest people on the planet and is run by complete morons with no regard for customer safety. I had a terrible run-in with one of the workers there. He (and in fact his co-worker) wasn't wearing a mask. I asked them why they don't wear masks and one of them said, "I can't. I work hard all day." Really? I am a high school teacher and MUST wear a mask the entire time I am on campus. I told them that they have to wear masks and it escalated from there. I'll just say that he ended up calling me crazy and told me to get out. I find this incredibly disrespectful, especially since he and his co-worker are both in the wrong. I am the customer and was just trying to get them to wear their masks. Well, this is the last time I will be going to this 7/11. Unfortunately, I make sure to have low expectations. 1) 95% of the time the coke flavor slushie machine is "not ready" or out of service. 2) The food selection isn't as vast as the Shell across the street. 3) The clerks are always grumpy and can't even fake a smile. What a lousy customer service! No consideration for disabled on wheelchair at all!My family always get their gas here but not anymore. My wheelchair ran out of battery and I couldn't even cross the street to get it charged. I talked with the manager if I could charge, even if I had to pay. I was told he could give me 10 minutes or why don't I call Lyft. Like it's gonna cost them billions or it's too much to use their outlet. Went in at 11 am to get coffee they were out of regular coffee I asked the cashier he said wait 5 minutes he told the other attendant to make a great batch and the attendant refused and told me there is decade and hazelnut which I could have. This is a terrible place with no customer service. The managers would not even honor a free slurpie coupon that the school gave out as a reward. The coupon had no expiration date whatsoever. I never write reviews actually this is my first one but I just had to give these guys 1 star because they are A-Holes!!! Especially the POS worker that's always there. My iced coffee literally spilled 3 minutes after I bought it while I was filling up gas and i went in nicely to ask for a refill. ( 3/4 if it was only spilled). And the employee tells me that "I need to pay for a refill".. then I hear the other employee let him know that I got this coffee with my free points that I've built up with 7/11. Well let me tell you... no my coffee wasn't FREE, because I spent over $20 building up those points and the employee should understand when to give a customer the upper hand especially when I walk in there almost everyday.
