Come here at least once a week because it's so close to work and overall it's a great location, inside is clean and the staff are all friendly and great. I go there so often that they now know me by name. This location can get pretty busy in the mornings but they are usually fast so you don't have to wait too long. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because on a few occasions now, my order keeps getting taken by someone else. The staff is amazing enough to remake my order but they should have something put in place to keep others from taking other people's orders. This is one of the Starbucks locations that I go to whenever I'm in Glendale visiting. There is a small parking lot that goes around at the building but there's only a handful of spots. Usually, I don't have too much of an issue finding a spot, but there are also some street parking available if necessary. There aren't too many tables available if you are planning on coming here to study or doing anything elaborate that needs table space. The team members here are great and there was nothing out of the ordinary that was bad nor good. Everything is what I expected it to be and that's all you can ask for in the consistency from store to store. Be sure to utilize your Starbucks app so you're able to place a mobile order first so you can come in and pick up your drink right away. I hate waiting for mobile orders are ideal for me. read more

There is no hope for this Starbucks. This is the second time I've had a bad experience. I went in yesterday and asked the barista for a longshot espresso. Then she said "ristretto"? And I said, no, "a longshot," which is different from ristretto. So she proceeded to make a ristretto. Smh. So of course I had to change it cuz it's absolutely not the same, in fact, they are the complete opposite of each other. This Starbucks needs to retrain their workers. read more

I frequent this location Starbucks for its convenience. I've always had a great experience with them. I order through the app and it's done usually within a few min! They're always nice, greet me properly and I'm out quick. They have been consistently making my drinks well and as desired for at least five years now! Don't go before 6PM. The workers there lack so much as compared to their evening shift coworkers. I usually order the chestnut praline latte. Sweet, coffee taste and just right. The cup isn't always full but I'm not too bothered. But then I go around 4PM to get my usual drink. The lady who took my order spelled my name horribly wrong. I waited around 10 extra minutes not knowing my drink was already made because I was under the assumption that the drink was for someone else. The name she put started with T, had two syllables and ended with an I. My name starts with a C, is one syllable, and ends in M. The drink itself was terrible. She didn't ask me if I wanted whip cream or not. There was none, which is ok I don't mind. But the drink didn't taste like how it usually does. It was insanely, oddly bitter and had no sweetness to it. And worse, (or maybe better since it was not as good) it was only filled 3/4 of the way. I might as well have gotten a tall. Or no drink at all. TLDR: name was spelt horribly wrong, drink was unpleasant, and drink content itself was not sufficient enough. Waste of my money. read more

Starbucks on Pacific in Glendale's always packed, but there's rarely any parking for this tiny strip mall. If I ever get parking, it's usually the 20-minute deal. I got through the Starbucks line with my order and was back at my car in 13-minutes. That wasn't quick but fast enough. I had a $3 VerizonWireless Reward but it didn't upload to the Starbucks app. I don't like the app because you have to upload money to collect points and rewards. It should gather information from every visit like regardless of payment situation. It seemed like an unfair app. That made me a little upset. They didn't charge tax. My drink order was $5.25 like the poster. That made me happy. The Starbucks S'mores Frappuccino made me ecstatically happy. That was a fantastic drink. I wish it wasn't 490-calories. Ordered a grande decaf americano espresso roast. I received a tall instead . Horrible experience here. I think the girl by the name of Kai or Kei was new and had no idea what she was doing. I had a $5 gift card that I asked her to add to my gold card and she couldn't do it and she asked me if I'm doing it to get my points, it doesn't matter if it's for points or not I'm just asking you to add my gift card to my gold card. At the end she didn't know how to do it so i gave up and i said I'll go to another location to do it. When I placed my order she kept on nodding her head as if she's memorizing my order instead of entering it on the computer and when I get my coffee it was completely wrong and they had to redo it. I wish they had better service so things would be a bit easier. Even though they are very close to my house I drive 15 minutes to my favorite Starbucks almost everyday to get my coffee cause they are fast and efficient. I will share this wasn't my favorite Starbucks when I lived close by years ago. We moved near them again and I knew this was going to be our new Starbucks. The staff they have are fantastic! I do mobile orders and only once did I have to wait. This time I want to share how on point they are. I did a last minute order of 3 travelers. Now if you've ever preordered any travelers, then you might've experienced a wait, because they didn't see the order and it wasn't ready when you arrived. Not here... I placed my order on Saturday for an early Sunday morning pick up. When I arrived Dustin handed me all 3 travelers with everything I requested. They are always nice even when you have to wait, they'll say your name and say they are working on your drink. I am very happy to say this is most definitely our neighborhood Starbucks. The drinks are made well and if you're not happy with the taste, the bartenders are always kind enough to remake your drink. This location has plenty of seating available and the noise level is usually minimal on week nights, making it a great study spot. The bartenders are very friendly. One complaint I have is sometimes how slow the line at this location moves; especially, when a lot of the Hoover High School kids head on over there after school. This is when bartenders should not be standing around and socializing. Needs to be more efficient and have the right amount of staff working for this time of day. Getting coffee should not take 20 minutes and those who know their order should be allowed to go first. read more
