By the time I headed over for a drink though, there wasn't much pastries left so I had to head home with one hand empty. Bummer. What made the situation even worse was how your employees handled it. Nobody made any effort to help clean up the mess or assist us. I had to repeatedly ask just to get a towel, and when one was finally brought over, the employee simply handed it to me instead of helping in any way. When I asked why the seal wasn't secured properly, I was told that the machine has been having issues sealing drinks correctly. That is not the customer's problem. If your equipment is malfunctioning, products should not be handed out in that condition. Customers expect their orders to be prepared correctly and safely. More importantly, employees should be trained on how to properly handle situations like this -- by helping the customer, showing concern, and taking accountability. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and based on how this situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location. I would not recommend this store to others.
