I am extremely disappointed with the service here. There was an issue when the employee tried to process my payment, so a man who appeared to be the owner stepped in to help. The total was supposed to be $5.49, but they didn't even give me a receipt. After returning home, I checked my bank statement and noticed that I was overcharged by an extra $20. The owner had arbitrarily added $20 to my total. I immediately called the store to ask for a refund, but they refused to process it over the phone and insisted that we had to come back to the store in person. We can't just drive 15 minutes back there. I demanded a refund because they added a tip without my permission, but they just kept repeating that we had to return to the shop. If I were a tourist or didn't live around here, I would have just lost my money for something I never spent. Please, everyone, make sure to get your receipt and double-check your statement. You never know how they might sneak in extra charges. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. read more

This location is in a plaza with lots of parking and has several tables inside if you decide you'd like to sit as you indulge. The interior is kept quite clean. Although I didn't count, I'm certain they have many more than 31 flavors. I ordered a two scoop sundae. For my flavors I chose two that were similar - Coffee Shop Cold Brew and Oreo & Cold Brew - and topped with caramel sauce and whipped cream. The coffee flavor in both scoops was surprisingly good, prevalent but not too strong. The Coffee Shop scoop had some hints of cinnamon and the Oreo one had plenty of pieces of the cookie. I think the cold brew flavors are ones that are not always available. The stoic fellow who did the scooping pleased me by being generous with the caramel topping. I had a terrible experience at this Baskin Robbins. I went to the store with a code for a free ice cream scoop and asked the person who seemed to be the store owner if I could place my order and get the ice cream immediately, even though the app only allowed a pick-up time 30 minutes later. He agreed, so I spent 15 frustrating minutes dealing with your buggy app to finally place my order. When I was ready to pick up the ice cream, he insisted on waiting for a receipt to print, even though I showed him the receipt on my phone. He then told me I should've chosen an earlier pick-up time, despite him agreeing earlier that I could get it right away. This ridiculous back-and-forth happened multiple times, and I eventually left empty-handed. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. The male employee working today was incredibly rude. There was supposed to be a free scoop promotion using the code MELT. According to the website, "Simply order a Single Scoop in the BR App with promo code MELT at checkout & pick up your order in as little as 15 minutes. Meltdown avoided." I came in and placed my order, but the employee told me he couldn't give me my ice cream until the receipt printed. Even though I showed him the receipt on my phone, he refused to help. He insisted that we wait 30 minutes to see if the receipt would print before we could get our orders. What happens if the receipt machine doesn't work after 30 minutes? Are we all just supposed to waste our time waiting? I ended up leaving the store without my order. I'm extremely frustrated. read more

They were very nice yesterday at Baskin-Robbins, I keep wanting to call it 31 Baskin-Robbins, my daughter really likes the cotton candy ice cream and this is the only place you can basically find it I think. So we always get a pint. They still have some very interesting unique flavors, and they gave out samples. I had a gift card and I was not sure of the balance, so I asked the employee if she could check the balance... her answer was no they do not do that. I ordered a small mint chip shake ($5.99) and the shake was so runny! This is my go-to item here and ice cream is a food group in my book. There's a new girl staff, she just packs ice cream sooooooo much. I have never seen a long line at any BR but recently at here, line does exist!!!
