You should not have to pay good money for incorrect orders followed by rude, dismissive treatment from management. I contacted DoorDash and received a full refund, but that doesn't change the fact that this place has terrible quality control and even worse customer service. The lady at the front counter was delightful. Her name was Heidi and she was super helpful and tried her best to figure it out. She also got her manager involved. The manager seemed less concerned about the issue and trying to solve it, and even though we were there for another 15-20 minutes, never addressed it again. I am not the type of person to get upset or angry, so I just placed an in-person order (the two salads) and used the coupon for that. That took longer than it should have to accomplish due to their technology (certainly appears to be an ongoing theme). So, I spent $25 more than I expected to spend to use my $20 birthday gift...LOL! Once we got all the way back home, I made the drive out from East Boynton Beach - 35 minutes away, we discovered that both of our meals were missing their sides. It was the biggest bagel that I have ever seen. David got two large pancakes along with warmed syrup! Who could ask for anything more. Megan said the bagels were baked right there! The price was a modest $9.99! A bargain considering we usually pay over $3.00 a cup of coffee here. It makes me sad that I left my home there 12 years ago!
