The fresh mango matcha was light, refreshing, and made with almond milk. It wasn't overly sweet, which I actually enjoyed it had a clean, airy flavor that felt perfect for a hot day. The poke bowl was absolutely amazing! I always stick with the white cilantro rice because it's so good, but I'm sure the quinoa or sweet potato base would be just as delicious. The only downside is the price. A drink and a poke bowl came out to about $40, so it's definitely something to keep in mind. That said... it does have "Miami" in the name, and they practically charge you for breathing over there , so I can't say I was too surprised. New year, cleaner eating choices. I was in the area and wanted to grab something healthy but filling. Pura Vida is all over south Florida and I was excited to finally try it. There was a good amount of people there around lunchtime yesterday. The aesthetic of this place is modern and clean and very Florida-seque. I went with the tuna poke wrap and loved that the server ask if you have any food allegories, something I got accustomed to being over in Europe. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order, and when I received it I was very surprised. It was this huge wrap with a side of baked pita chips. The pita chips were kinda burnt, so they were a no for me. However, the wrap was on a whole wheat wrap with raw tuna, rice, avocado, veggies, and a side of a spicy aioli. It was like eating a poke bowl in a wrap form. The ponzu yuzu sauce made the fresh raw tuna standout. They filled the wrap with so many ingredients, I could only eat a half of the wrap. I wasn't a fan of the spicy aioli, only because it wasn't spicy. It did leave me wanting to sprinkle some sriracha on it. This place did exceed my expectations and I get the hype. I loved the croissant. it was so delicious and looks so perfect I got the kale chicken caesar wrap and it was perfect, but definitely ask for extra caesar if you like yours saucy, as it was way too dry for me. We also got the BLT wrap and the dressing/sauce it came with was very good. My partner liked the banana/coffee drink, but I wasn't a fan. I'm very happy with my first visit to Pura Vida. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and inviting. It definitely has a Miami feel to it. There are lots of great options on the menu for just about any palate. The salmon bowl is delicious. It's enough food for two servings or to share with a friend. The latte I got was also very good. The offerings are definitely on the pricier side ($25 for a bowl), so be prepared for a little sticker shock. But overall, great food and great atmosphere. I'll be back! read more

Also, I love how they have a lot of staff, so rare these days.
