Public Review / Complaint This location is the reason I rarely stop here. The store is often dirty, the environment feels unprofessional, and unfortunately the staff behavior today confirmed why I normally avoid it. This morning I stopped to get gas before heading into a 12-hour shift working in the ER. When I walked in, a very tall employee behind the register (not in a company uniform) immediately said to me, "What do you want?" I replied politely that I needed gas. His response was, "You need to step your ass over to this cash register. I don't ring up over there." There is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer like that. It was unnecessarily aggressive and completely unprofessional. While I was there, another customer came in and asked if he could use the restroom. He explained he was a bus driver and really needed to go. The employee responded, "We don't give a shit who you are. No one uses our bathroom." Again, the issue isn't even the policy -- it's the disrespectful and hostile way it was communicated. Everything that happened is on video, and I will be sending it to corporate. I will also be posting reviews so people know what kind of customer service to expect here. Businesses succeed or fail based on how they treat people. Right now this location reflects extremely poorly on the brand. Clean it up. Train your staff. Customers should never be treated like this. I do not recommend this location unless you want to be spoken to disrespectfully by employees. read more

This is super close to my work, and it was under construction for a while. It looks like they're still trying to organize a lot of things, but I'm just glad it's open again. I like coming here in the morning and getting a French vanilla cappuccino. It's better than the Starbucks next door. Plus, it's cheaper. The workers are so nice here too. I'm a firm believer that you need to report the good with the bad, and unfortunately this is going to be the latter. If I can give them 0 or negative stars and still leave this review, I certainly wood. Yes, it was that bad of an experience. :( Prior to last night, I'd been a little bit of a fan of their touch-less car wash for the last couple of years, but after my experience last night, I'm not likely to come back. The wash is completely automated and you purchase your wash (which can range from $9-$14), and follow the prompts. Well I did just that, and kept pulling forward, but it never told me to stop and then eventually just shut down and told me to exit. I went inside to explain the situation and the comments from the cashier were disbelief and that it's been working all day. I was asked if I did something wrong to make it break. In the end the cashier gave me a replacement code and as I headed out the door I notice it was for a $12 wash and not the $14 that I paid for, so I waited in line again and then she gave me a hard time saying that it stopped in the middle of the wash so this is what you get. She eventually gave me another code for the $14 wash, but said if I gave any more trouble, I need to come back in the morning as she's not willing to deal with it anymore then she already has. Anyway, the wash the second time went fine and I pulled up after to use the vacuums only to find that the nozzles on three of the five hoses were missing, and one had no suction at all. Thankfully the one remaining one was working good enough, but in the process of using it the nozzle came off the hose and I had to fight to put it back on. Goodness gracious, it really can't get any worse at this point. I don't know what's going on at that place management wise, but whomever was working the register last night (05/26) around 730-8PM needs some remedial training in customer service! There is an old white lady that works there and she ALWAYS has a bitch face whenever is ee her, never smiles and is always rude to me, not greeting or acknowledging me when I give her my money. And today there was a man and for the first time I saw her smiling and flirting with him asking about how the day was and everything but when he leaves and I go up there to buy a slurpy she literally checks me out with a nasty look, mind you i just got off work and i am tired as heck, and didn't even say hello or nothing. Everyone else has always been nice to me, ive lived in the apartments by it for a year now and I always go there but it literally ruins my day seen her bi*** face every time. Since this is Summerlin, I thought this would be a good 7- eleven to put gas and use the restroom. I was totally wrong ,walked in to use the rest room and the doors need a code, so I go to the counter and ask a girl for the code and she said I got to wait for her to finish with the food, I ask why? The employees at this location are the rudest and least helpful people I have ever dealt with. They obviously have never been trained in customer service. I havè lived in this neighborhood for many years and it has always been a pleasure doing buisness with all of the other vendors in the area, So I was quite shocked at the attitude in this store. read more

I'm not sure when it happened but the card reader at the pump will no longer accept a regular credit card. It asks for a PIN. The cashier inside told me I have to come inside to use regular credit cards. read more

Don't come here horrible service associates are clueless, carwash is THE WORST in vegas. Does not clean car well as it is automated and I even paid for the top one. Don't waste your time or money here, had another car wash receipt that expired two days ago and asked associate if they can still redeem as the only give you about 2 weeks from purchase. I wish I could have kept my four-star review, but unfortunately my praise for the car wash is short lived. It has not been well maintained and it seems none of the vacuums work. You can still get a good price for a touch-free automatic wash, but I am always in need of a good vacuum and unfortunately other locations just have better amenities in that regard. read more

Bad idea to come here for a car wash . I thought it was convenient since I work across but You get what you pay for here at least with the Sinclair car wash service! $14 friggin bucks and they have all the different stages of the wash like washing, rinsing polish and protective coat etc, for a good 5 mins I believe ,and my ride just got the top half washed SMH ! Bottom half was how it looked going in haha. Never again. And let me add that the vacuum never gets cleaned so it doesn't suck well. Mind you, I came when the 7-11 manager was talking to its employees about that in front of me while I was wiping down my ride!! I so wanted to talk to her for a refund but oh wells . Nevermind. Just came in for coffee about 8AM on a Saturday. Coffee was hot and tasted fresh. Store was clean and well stocked, and looked fairly updated in fixtures. Wait was short, card reader worked flaelessly and I was on my way. read more

Overall - a decent store but the tall, 20-something, dark-haired, bearded employee with glasses has now tried to overcharge me 3 times. I go often enough so I picked up on this. My bill was $13 but he automatically added $6. He pretended not to hear me when I questioned him. He finally gave in and charged me the actual price when I wouldn't pay. He pretended he couldn't read the register. All other employees are fine but he stands out completely. Keep note of the price of your items and you'll be ok but I wouldn't trust him with a dime. read more

Located in the heart of Summerlin is the worst gas/service station I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Over the past 10 years, I have watched this gas station deteriorate into a complete mess despite its complete renovation. 3 registers, yet only 1 is ever used. Employees are so rude that it's beyond comprehension, and no matter the time of day, YOU WILL WAIT in line forever because the staff is more concerned with filling Uber Eats orders than helping you get checked out. Let me just start off by saying we've been to this 7-11 a variety of times as my sister goes to the high school right around the corner. We typically come in the morning on our way there and have NO problem with the morning staff and their service and we usually go restroom first then pick out what we'd like and it's NEVER a problem. Well this time we're leaving her school after an event where we had to sit for over an hour in a half and after the restroom were crowded. We were going to get some stuff to drink right after anyways but I really needed to use the restroom. As we've been here plenty of times and gone to the restroom first and then paid for our stuff we thought this time would be no different. Well it was. This lady's demeanor and manners were off from the second we step foot in front of her. We politely asked for the code to the restroom and snapped back with a no I don't give out the pin and they're for paying customers only. And I said well we're going to be paying customers we just have to use the restroom first and she kept forcing we purchase something beforehand. Well my sister grabbed a chocolate bar and I tapped my card and she asked if I could go to the restroom while she finishes up the payment. The lady said no the pin has to go through and the receipt has to come out first. I stepped to the side because at this point is pissing me off that she's being so rude and making it so complicated to simply go use the restroom and had i peed on myself or worse I doubt she would've gladly cleaned it up. The payment goes through she walks around the counter can't even say excuse me and passes right by me to the restroom. Puts in the code we walk inside and it's the biggest mess. Dirty, not stocked there was no toilet paper, no more seat covers the floor is a mess and that's what she made all that fuss for ??? If you're going to be that way about letting people go into the restroom that at least make sure they're in proper condition. I leave and walk back to the counter and ask if they had more seat covers and toilet paper she's unresponsive but walks towards the restrooms again, unlocks the other one and doesn't let me in, but rather grabs the things the other one needed and hands them to me to stock. Me a customer to stock WOW the laziness. I'm done and I wanted to go back up and tell her about the cleanliness. She looks at me, looks away acts like I'm not there, keeps letting people come up to the counter and continues to ignore me, so now I'm pissed. I ask for the general managers name and number and she says I am a manager and I can clearly see that so I say well you're not acting like one so I need her information she then says we'll just call the store but that gives me no assurance that I'll actually reach the general manager. Then I asked for an email to reach if I can't reach her that way she says no you call the store in the morning and that's it. And then I told her she was being weird the situation grew to be more than it should've ever been simply because they promote people with terrible face and customer service to higher positions simply because they're the oldest on the team and are available at night or so it seems. Me and my boyfriend were trying to buy something and she came over and snatched it out of his hands and loudly accused him of trying to put it in his pocket. you can clearly see he did not in the cameras. i left and realized i didn't grab a straw for my drink so i went back to grab it and she gave me a dirty look while staring at the cameras of me grabbing a straw. completely unnecessary, i come here almost every day and i'll never be coming back. read more

As a long term 7 eleven customer I have never felt more disrespected or insulted in a retail environment. My daughters (age 5 and 10) came to store 39600 for a slurpee treat and some snacks. We happen to have our small French Bulldog with us. I had my daughters pick their treats and to get out of the customers way I asked my girls to go to the door or just outside so I can pay without the dog or kids being in the way. In the most vial and disgusting and condescending manner the associate Autumn starts shaming me in public. Starts accusing my kids of walking out and stealing. I explained I am about to pay and just wanted them out of the way. She belittled me telling me no products Can leave without paying. I explain they had 2 small slurpees and a $1.99 slice of pepperoni pizza and the 2 taquito special along with the items I had. I told her we have never stolen and she said I am a shame. She said I was horrible and need to be a better example to my kids for not stealing. I explained again I was trying to be out of the way and was gladly explaining my order and never once was I stealing. Her disgusting demeanor and rough attitude was unnecessary. I said how is it stealing if I'm telling you what I'm paying for. She continued to i silt me and said she didn't know if I was telling her the truth of what "we took". Are you kidding me? We went back and forth debating how silly and ridiculous this scenario was. Kept insisting I should be a better parent. Your company should be ashamed to be represented by people like this. I simply tried to get the kids and dog out of the way and I do not appreciate being reprimanded as a criminal. My kids are now scared to go back to this shop. My wife and I have just moved to Summerlin and we come in the store frequently the people have been quite cordial and nice . But on August 10 my wife went into the store by herself a black cashier was at the counter and was very rude to her after holding her receipt Highup in the air for her to take turned to a white gentleman and was very nice I think the store has a problem with Chinese people I am white and have not experienced this only my wife who is Chinese! read more

This 7-Eleven used to be a City Stop. I love that we now have Slurpees nearby! The major plus is that there is a sink and the employees can wash their hands before getting you a Big Bite to snack on :) Today I enjoyed a yummy hot chocolate. I love how chocolaty they are :) The gas changed to Sinclair. I used to not like all the pumps out of order before the store changed and now it is easier to snatch up a pump in the morning. Since it is 7-Eleven the one downside is the Donut prices! 99 cents for the same ringed Donut I can get for 50 cents at Rebel wont cut it for me! The post office is still open on the inside and Capriotti's is still attached next door. One cool thing is most of the employees carried over with the change so I get to still see the cashiers I have gotten to know. I just would have more of a variety for slim jims here! Be advices. Had incident happened 7/10/15 during routine car wash. Metal bar came crashing down on my car. Called facility and business/district manger 20 times, was promised a call back. NOT one single returned call, but was promised they will take care of it. The staff informed me this is 3rd time it had happened at the car wash. Finally got word from my insurance that the manager informed them they are not responsible. this is the worst store I've ever been to, extremely unprepared and most of them don't know how to do their jobs, I went to their store three days in a row trying to buy an Xbox gift card, Saturday-Monday, on Saturday they told me they only sell them 6am to 2pm and I was at the store around 11pm so I decided I could just walk back to the store tomorrow morning , the next day I go to the store at 7am and they tell me they only sell them Monday-Friday. By that point I was a little irritated because they already waisted my time and energy but I understood so I decided to come back the next day on Monday, this time the workers tell me they "don't know how to upload money on the the card and that the store manager is the only person who knew how" I was at the store at 12:45 so I was in time there should be no reason I have to wait more time just to buy a single card, if I could put the review as less than just one star it most definitely would be read more

I'm here A LOT. I go to Fabulous Freddy's for certain things because of the rewards program they have but I like 7-eleven for certain things too. The parking lot is spacious allowing for plenty a parking and they have a good a mount of gas pumps, but on weekday mornings a lot of people get gas before work and it can get crowded. There is a post office inside where you can drop off packages at any hour and they also supply flat rate shipping boxes. Capriotti's is right next door if you are hungry for something other then a big bite but the drinks are pricey over there so get your drink here at 7-eleven first. I suppose this store is new because there's still a banner out front that says "Grand Opening" on it. Every time I go in they are OUT of all the specialty coffees, no matter what time of day I visit. They don't have a lot of things I see in other stores and it's pretty bare bones as far as variety and selection. On the plus side, there is a USPS sub station in back and a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop attached to the store. I only shop there for convenience. The clerks are always nice, they have at least 5 or 6 different ones. A few of them are clueless about pricing though. There's definitely a price to be paid for convenience sake. read more

I went inside to pay for my gas because it is cheaper to pay in cash. I walked in & the 2nd register opened right where I was standing. She announced that she could help the next customer. I put my $20 out & said "$20 on #4 please". She replied, "The line is over there." pointing to the far side of the counter where there were 4 other people on line. Perhaps I wasn't literally next, but I was literally standing in front of her. I could see if I had a handful of items to buy, but it takes 10 seconds to click buttons to put $20 on gas pump #4. Came here for a slurpee and felt extremely nauseous and light headed only a few hours later. I think the staff might've forgot to clean the machines. Although they were nice and I had quick service, I would not recommend. Both my girlfriend and I are in physical pain. read more

Just down the street from home and conveniently located on the correct side of the street allowing for two rights en route from my house to the Highway the only issue with this location is the constant Lola's construction that seems to be making zero progress. While I really have no idea how the whole "Sinclair" branding works as their awning, signage, and cute green brontosaurus are seen at any number of Shell, BP, or 7-Eleven stations given their willingness to accept credit cards without an upcharge plus the overall cleanliness of their facilities I will continue to seek them out for my gasoline needs until I can afford a Tesla...or until they invent teleportation, whichever comes first. read more

Stuck in car wash - nightmare experience!!!! STAY AWAY! Went in for a refund, greeted Incredibly RUDE staff 11:30AM on 4/26/19 Instead of just refunding my $6 both the manager + the rude register woman decided to lecture me 6 or 7 times how they have made hundreds of dollars that morning, and it was MY FAULT their amazing car wash machine broke. I walked in and was heading to the back for a soda and this punk AUSTIN nearly ran into me & then proceeded to act as if I was in his way. Then I had the misfortune to have the same guy ring me up.
