A few weeks ago this would have been a 5 star review. My wife and I were excited to see Coffee Class coming to the west side! Their ambiance is great and the staff were very attentive despite how busy they were. We went a few times and had a great experience each time. Unfortunately in the past few weeks they decided to remove most of their Vegan breakfast options. They had some really great items like the JUST egg + cheese crescent and the biscuit and gravy that would have kept us coming back every weekend. I don't understand why Las Vegas restaurants keep introducing great vegan menu items only to take them off shortly after. Yes, they do have some vegan items still (for now), but it's disheartening to see this trend. Not sure we'll come back... maybe for a pastry sometime. read more

Some small pastries also around $10. And also because the vegan items are lacking. The best options are no longer on the menu and the vegan egg bfast is not worth it in my opinion. No flavor. If I could give 100 stars for the scone I would. Unfortunately the customer service takes this place down about 97 stars. The coffee is tasty but the way we were treated left a bitter taste in my mouth. There were several employees working on our first visit and they were busy... talking to each other. There was no reason for us to be rushed through the ordering process. I only went back a second time to get a scone. I probably will go back reluctantly but only for the scone. They had three vegan options and so I ordered the vegan breakfast plate and it was just not good. At least keep one really awesome vegan option please like your vegan biscuits and gravy! Super cute hidden gem tucked into a small business plaza, you'd never guess how spacious it is from the outside. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was lively, but not overly packed. There was a great mix of people eating, socializing, and getting some work done. Service was friendly and helpful when it came to deciding what to order. I stuck with my usual sugar-free vanilla latte with oat milk, simple and solid. My boyfriend went with the cookies & cream latte; the server mentioned it wasn't overly sweet, and he loved it. I've been to Coffee Class twice now, and it's such a great spot. The decor feels elevated with its clean white aesthetic, but still cozy and inviting like a high-end space you actually want to relax in. The pastries are a standout. The pop tart was huge and just one easily fed three adults! The the Biscoff pastry was sweet and delicious, though I wish it had a bit more fruit or jam to balance it out. The only real downside for me is the pricing. The food looks amazing, but most plates are close to $20, and it's not a full-service sit-down experience. You order at the counter and find your own table, though they will bring your food out if you're seated. But Because of that, I haven't tried the full menu yet. After seeing this place all over my social media, I knew I had to try it out. As we were walking in, the employees immediately greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. It was very busy inside, but we were able to snag a table before they all filled up. The cashier let us know about their popular items and she also gave us some of her favorite recommendations as well. We decided to order their Iced Matcha Latte, Iced Blueberry Cobbler Latte, and a Strawberry Croissant. It did take quite a while for us to receive everything, but it was to be expected with how hectic it was during their brunch time. All of our items were beautifully presented, so it definitely fit the whole "Coffee Class" experience! My husband ordered the matcha latte and he really enjoyed it. He said, "It was perfectly balanced between the strong flavors of the matcha, the rich creaminess of the milk and the sweetness of the sugar." I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler Latte, but it was absolutely delicious. All of the flavors mingled so well together and it tasted exactly how it was described. As for the croissant, the fresh strawberries and the cream balanced very well together, but the texture of the croissant wasn't my favorite. I used to manage a coffee shop years back, and one thing we always focused on was making people feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of. Ruby and Genesis absolutely delivered that kind of experience. Ruby asked all the right questions, gave great suggestions, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and honestly made the entire interaction fun. She also remembered that I'm from out of state working construction and even wished me a safe trip back home for the weekend, which genuinely meant a lot. I was so excited to try this place at the recommendation of my friend. We met in the morning for coffee and breakfast. The very friendly tall guy behind the counter handed me a menu to look over while I waited for my friend. I asked what he recommended for drinks and he said that he thought the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio latte was good, and for food, he liked the avocado toast. I took his suggestion and ordered those, my friend ordered a brown butter toffee latte and the strawberry croissant. ( she said both of her items were good) We paid and sat at a table. They brought the croissant about 10 minutes later, the drinks took a really long time ( maybe 20-25 minutes) and when they brought them mine was the wrong the wrong one ( they made a cinnamon dulce latte) . I had to take it back and ask for it to be remade. While my friend ate her croissant and drank her drink, my food finally came out about after 30 minutes. The avocado toast was supposed to come with poached eggs on top, however when I cut into the egg it was well done - and not poached, I would have overlooked this, except the toast on the bottom was so burned that I couldn't even cut through it with a knife and fork. Again, I had to take it to the counter to ask for it to be remade. My drink finally got remade and came out, it wasn't very good, it tasted like bitter chocolate and burned coffee ... not Dubai Chocolate, and definitely no pistachio flavor. Once the remade avocado toast finally made its way to me, I ate a couple of bites and it was ok. My friend had already finished and we had been there for over an hour. The place isn't too loud, it's not overly decorated inside, and it's very much like any other coffee shop. The first guy I talked to was the only one that seemed nice and personable, the other staff seemed annoyed that I asked for the correct drink and for edible food, they never apologized. First time. Kudos to the inKind app for turning me on to this place! 12:30 Saturday afternoon - easy to find on Sahara Ave. Plenty of parking. Windows are tinted so I couldn't see how large it was until opening the door. Place was packed. Great to come solo, but especially fun with 2 or more. Ample high-top counter space with a dozen comfortably padded seats facing outside. 14 or so round and square tables for 2-4 people. Several large rectangular ones with a long couch-style seating on one side. And a couple communal tables they just now created and plopped Reserved signs on - anticipating a larger group or two. Gorgeous fresh pastries on display in the case in front of me. Inspired - not just the standard fare. Large monitor behind the counter displaying the logo. Only 2 people in front of me to order. William was great! Told him it was my first time. He plucked up a small menu and pointed to the Brown Butter Toffee Latte, saying it was his favorite. The butter is actually browned there (what? You mean not just a pump of some syrup?). He started to go on but I stopped him and said that would be perfect. Whole milk? Yes. Two or three espresso shots? Two. He offered to point out things on the rest of the menu but I told him I knew the pastries I wanted. DOH! I was naive. Did not realize all of the food items they have until I sat down. I was told the items would be brought to me. Real service! How novel! Ordered the Bacon & Egg Strudel, which alone would have been enough. Asked if it could be warmed: absolutely. So I cautiously asked the gentleman behind the counter if those were water cups. Yes, they were. Wow. Perfect way to stay hydrated. Grabbed a spot at the counter and waited. Maybe 5 min later the latte arrived in a stoneware cup. Perfect temperature. So very delicious. Savored each sip. William was right. And now it will be hard to break away to try others. A few minutes later and the pastries arrived, along with a napkin rolled up and holding actual gold-toned flatware. No plastic utensils here. The dough of the Strudel was fresh and flakey. Had to take extra care because the outside shattered and flew about when I cut it. Apologies to whomever had to sweep the floor, though I did sweep onto my plate what was scattered on the counter Strudel was great. Nice mound in the center contained scrambled egg, bacon, and spinach. Almond Croissant had a nice crispness to the outside, on which was drizzled almond paste holding a (yep - gotta use the word) plethora of almonds, sprinkled with powdered sugar. The honey truffle roast beef sandwich is a MUST, and the brown butter toffee latte too. Honestly, I was surprised at how flavorful and yummy they make their coffees. Once you try the coffee here, you may never want to go to Starbucks again. I'm definitely not a coffee snob, but I always thought coffee had this burnt aftertaste, which is why I usually get something very sweet to cover up the coffee taste. However, every time I get coffee here there is no aftertaste! It's flavorful, smooth, and actually tastes really good! I also love that they have vegan options from a breakfast entree to a few different pastries, it's worth checking out! My favorites are the poptarts, cinnamon roll and apple tart, paired with a vanilla iced late with oat milk and dulce de leche cold foam! Yes, they have vegan cold foam! They checked up on us multiple times and this is definitely a place that keeps the spirit of customer service alive! All the pastries looked so good so it was hard to make a choice. Here's what we had: 1. Cherry amaretto pop tart - Pop tarts are always a fun treat! The "crust" was a little too thick for my liking but still good nonetheless. 2. After a sub par previous experience here, I stopped in yesterday morning to pick up 10 pastries for dessert. The young lady helping me at the counter was super sweet and helped me choose an assortment of yumminess. I chose blueberry pop tarts and strawberry ones as well. Blueberry was outstanding. Strawberry just ok. Lavender donut was great but unfortunately the icing melted onto the paper because it was still warm when it was packed. Chocolate cookie with strawberry was super yummy. Raspberry oatmeal cookie was definitely high on the hit list. Final selection was the blueberry crumble scone. If it had more blueberry I would have rated it higher. We used to drive 45 minutes to the Henderson Coffee Class for their delectable selection of GF/V baked goods, so it's safe to say we were beyond excited when a location opened closer to home! Most recently, we ordered 24 mini GF/V pop-tarts for a baby shower, and the staff were beyond helpful with our custom order, despite their already busy schedule. New favorite coffee place in Las Vegas by a mile! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the baristas who all genuinely seem happy to be there. I somehow paid $47 for two small plain lattes, a chicken wrap, and a pop-tart (including a 15% tip) and I'm kinda hurting after that swipe if I'm honest but the coffee and wrap were amazing. Friend & I agreed that the crust on the pop-tart was underbaked and tasted kinda raw still, but hoping that once I heat it up at home it gets rid of the weird raw flour taste. The food is consistently amazing, full of flavor, and always beautifully prepared. It's one of the main reasons we keep coming back. There is one area, however, where things seem to fall short. There appears to be a breakdown in communication when it comes to providing basic cutlery and condiments with the meals. We frequently find ourselves having to ask three, four, sometimes even five times during a single visit for items that should come standard with the dish. My wife also noticed other customers getting up to retrieve their own utensils and condiments because they weren't brought out with their meals. We're sharing this as friendly feedback from loyal customers who genuinely love the food and the atmosphere. The Coffee Class, from Eastern to Sahara, finally one on the west side of town. I'm glad they finally opened a Coffee Class on the west side of town at Eastern and Sahara. I came when they first opened and visited again today and I definitely enjoy their coffee. Ambiance: (5/5) The space is open with about 12 to 15 tables. I really like the interior design from the backsplash to the flooring everything feels modern and tasteful. Service: (3/5) It's counter service here and food is dropped off at the table but that's where service ends. That's fine for a to go style spot but it feels odd that they expect full tipping like a sit down restaurant when there isn't much table service. Food and Drinks: (4/5) The coffee is consistently good. I especially like the Banana Nut Bread Latte (4/5) and the Dulce de Leche (4/5). The Dubai Chocolate however didn't really stand out. Food was a bit underwhelming. I wish entrées came with something more substantial like real potatoes or a small salad instead of just chips. The chicken wrap was solid (4/5) but the Hot Honey Chicken (3/5) was disappointing. The chicken was soggy and didn't hold up well. I'm a BIG fan of The Coffee Class and absolutely love their coffee and food, probably some of my all time favorite coffee shop food spots for sure. This location is much larger than the others and I'm so happy to see this local biz expanding across the valley! I came in on a weekday and it was pretty busy which was awesome to see. I got my usual tiramisu latte (it's literally the best, I can never stray from it) but to eat I wanted to try something different. I saw the sign for the street tacos they had outside and thought hmmm. The girl taking my order let me know that they didn't have the beef but they had the vegan ones, but she swore it still tasted just like meat and I wouldn't know the difference. I trusted her and I'm glad I did. They were SOOO good! Definitely has a little kick to it, but it was delightful. This location has a lot of seating. No outside patio or anything like that, but plenty of seating inside and it's a great place to come for breakfast or lunch or just to grab a cup of coffee and work. Jealous of this location. Literally my favorite coffee shop in town. They never disappoint. Well except today when I noticed the salmon toast was no longer on the menu. But they have other lovely items to try. Like the buffalo chicken wrap and Caesar salad. I also jumped on this trend and tried the Dubai chocolate pistachio latte (with oatmilk). Delish. Also, this locations tends to be pretty busy at 10AM lots of professionals, people working on laptops or meeting up with a small group. read more

I like the vibe here when it's not super busy! The drinks are always super tasty and you can easily customize how you want yours. Every experience is a unique one. I like the food options even though they are not healthy options. It's definitely a splurge! And that's ok! But highly recommend this place and just know if you come here the staff is always super welcoming which makes it feel like home. read more

Such a cute relaxing place to grab coffee with a friend or even study for your next test! I opted for the banana nut coffee, which is always my go-to. The avocado toast with poached egg was a killer in taste buds, but the portion was smaller than I had expected. They also have beautiful pastries to choose from and different types of seating The service was quick and friendly , and the noise level was average.
