This was a really nice little find. The space is clean, modern, and comfortable, and it feels like a good alternative when you want coffee and something to eat without defaulting to Starbucks. Ruby was very helpful throughout the visit. She answered questions, explained the different items, and made it easy to try a few things without ever making the experience feel rushed. We sampled quite a bit, including the Bacon & Egg Strudel, Fruit Tart, Double Shot Croissant Donut, Cinnamon Dulce Cookie, Biscoff Banana Latte, and Brown Butter Toffee Latte. Everything had its own personality, which is probably what I liked most about the menu. Nothing felt like the exact same thing you could get at every other coffee shop. The Fruit Tart was easily my favorite. The fruit was fresh, firm, and juicy, not soft or overly sweet, and the pastry underneath held up really well. That is probably the main thing I would come back specifically for. The Cinnamon Dulce Cookie was also interesting because it was a vegan and gluten-free option, which is not usually something I would order, but I appreciated getting to try something different. The lattes were enjoyable as well, especially with oat milk, and the pastry selection gave us a lot to explore. Overall, this was a solid four-star experience. Nothing felt over-the-top or life-changing, but the service was great, the food was interesting, the atmosphere was pleasant, and there were enough unique items on the menu to make me want to come back and try more. Definitely a cute little coffee-shop alternative when you want something outside the usual chain routine.
While I enjoy this franchise's pastries and desserts I was reminded why I tend not to order their beverages. I got the Mango Shiso Elixir. Nothing of it's namesake or listed ingredients was present taste-wise in the beverage. No mango, no grapefruit. The shiso aspect was only with the decorative leaf. The flavor ended up reminding me of a bunch of flat sodas mixed with whatever they use to give the texture that Hawaiian Punch has. I'll stick to their pop-tarts.

It satisfied my cravings for food, but it was also basic for $18. One downside, I noticed that myself and the person who ordered after me waited 15 minutes for our drinks to be made. I thought they were just backed up (fine, I came to work anyways), but then I noticed she finally had her coffee handed to her (which looked basic since it was served in a mug) after waiting for awhile. I still did not get my drink, so I went up to the register to check on my drink. They said they called my name but then someone else claimed it? This was extremely frustrating. If they give you a number for food so that your food can be delivered to your table (if you order for here), but why is it that your drink order is not attached to that number, especially when you order the items together at the register... Something about this whole system just does not seem logical to me. I really like the vibes of this place but their system is just extremely flawed, especially for dining in. I am not sure if I will come back. I felt like for the service I got and for the price I paid it just did not add up. If I come back, it will be because I wanted a cute brunch with friends.

The Pico Bowl was delicious, I just wish it was a bigger serving for the price! The coffee was delicious, not overly sweet which I love, but I could still taste the yummy Biscoff cookies! The staff was kind and we had no issues. I'd be excited to come back and try some traditional options like the espresso or cappuccino!

I completely understand that Coffee Class gets busy, especially on weekends, but I wish there had been better communication. If we had known the wait would be close to an hour, we would have gone somewhere else instead of waiting. The drinks were also inconsistent. We ordered two Mango Elixirs, and one came with the mint shiso garnish while the other didn't. We also ordered two Guava Elixirs, and you can clearly see in the photo that they were made differently. One had more milk than the other, which changed the color and made them look like completely different drinks. I know this place has a good reputation, but to me it's very average. The menu is unique, but consistency and communication are just as important as quality. I hope this was just an off day because I'd like to give them another chance.
I keep getting texts from them and today I was able to stop in for their 7 yr anniversary. The line wasn't very long and the cashier was very nice. The free affogato was lovely & fun. The pastry was ok honestly the pop tart was like a handheld cherry pie not bad just not amazing either. It was free so I'm not complaining. They are great with free gifts & great customer service. So important for me. The vibe was pretty chill, I really felt good when I was there, comfortable and would've stayed. I love that they asked if it was to go or here. I prefer to sit with a ceramic mug but it was iced and I was on the move. Next time!
If I could give 100 stars for the scone I would. Unfortunately the customer service takes this place down about 97 stars. The coffee is tasty but the way we were treated left a bitter taste in my mouth. There were several employees working on our first visit and they were busy... talking to each other. There was no reason for us to be rushed through the ordering process. I only went back a second time to get a scone. I probably will go back reluctantly but only for the scone. A positive: the store is beautiful and spacious.
My main rating is due to the coffee. I got the Biscoff banana coffee. It taste like straight up milf and I did get oat milk. I just had zero flavoring to be honest with you. It just tastes like a milky coffee. I couldn't finish it because I'm not a fan of any type of milk so I did toss it the pastry I did get it was quite pretty. They have very minimal amount of vegan pastries which you know I understand, but I feel like they used to have more. I do get it though you gotta go through selling points overall I think I would stick to the brown butter latte and maybe try something else later. I did go with friends that do you enjoy this place I just wish there's more flavoring to the coffee.

I am definitely bummed. We came today and we were expecting the same food options and coffee and they changed to a limited menu. They had three vegan options and so I ordered the vegan breakfast plate and it was just not good. At least keep one really awesome vegan option please like your vegan biscuits and gravy! To say that I was disappointed was an understatement. The brown toffee latte was delicious and I tried a small piece of my daughter's churro pop tart which was good too. Anyway, come for the coffee and pastries.
Absolutely love the esthetics of this place. Drinks are almost always delicious and love that you can vegan-ize a few. Losing a star because this place is super pricey. $10 for most large drinks. Some small pastries also around $10. And also because the vegan items are lacking. The best options are no longer on the menu and the vegan egg bfast is not worth it in my opinion. No flavor. But pastries are always yummy and past menu items were on point. Hopefully they bring some back. Overall very nice place with great drinks. I always stop in when I'm by!

You're greeted immediately when you walk in and the staff are always eager to help you make the best selection! I love their poptart selections and how they always have a gluten free/vegan option. From what I know as a foodie, The Coffee Class is a favorite among locals! I've actually been to this location a few times and am just getting around to writing this review. The best aspects of this location is definitely friendly service and ample seating areas. I came in to do a little bit of work and was happy with my environment. As for the coffee, I liked my drink but it wasn't anything truly exceptional in my opinion especially at the price point.

I discovered The Coffee Class for my morning coffee and I think I'm hooked. This is a fantastic coffee spot with outstanding coffee. I had a large dark roast and they bring it to your table in a small pot. It had fantastic flavor, though it could have been a bit hotter. They have an entire assortment of hot and cold drinks that should appeal to any coffee lovers. But the star of the show in my opinion, are their baked goods. I purchased a homemade Mango Raspberry Pop Tart and it was a 200 on a scale of 1 to 10. I can't tell you how good it was, and it was large, too. There are plenty of tables, wall power in more than a few spots and excellent free WiFi. I was very very impressed and will be returing. Staff was quite awesome, too. read more

All the things Met up with a friend that had gone here and I wanted the experience. The address online states in Village Square..no it's not. I called for directions, informed the person that answered where I was. She said, Nest is above, not that they were on Sahara, she said near. ...then wished me good luck finding it...... I arrived. Met up with my friend, ordered 3 drinks and enjoyed them. I was looking for a flight of lattes but not yet. I will put it in the suggestion box. Pastry, coffee and tea are available. I have tried two locations of the Coffee Class and both locations have been fantastic. This specific location is larger and has ample space for dining in. The servers were kind and patient with my group as we browsed the menu and made our choices. We ordered the crab Benedict & the breakfast bowl, both were tasty and the perfect breakfast. Super cute hidden gem tucked into a small business plaza, you'd never guess how spacious it is from the outside. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was lively, but not overly packed. There was a great mix of people eating, socializing, and getting some work done. Service was friendly and helpful when it came to deciding what to order. I've been to Coffee Class twice now, and it's such a great spot. The decor feels elevated with its clean white aesthetic, but still cozy and inviting like a high-end space you actually want to relax in. The pastries are a standout. The pop tart was huge and just one easily fed three adults! The the Biscoff pastry was sweet and delicious, though I wish it had a bit more fruit or jam to balance it out. The only real downside for me is the pricing. The food looks amazing, but most plates are close to $20, and it's not a full-service sit-down experience. You order at the counter and find your own table, though they will bring your food out if you're seated. But Because of that, I haven't tried the full menu yet. That said, kind staff, great vibe, amazing coffee, and solid pastries. Definitely a place I keep coming back to for coffee. read more

After seeing this place all over my social media, I knew I had to try it out. As we were walking in, the employees immediately greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. It was very busy inside, but we were able to snag a table before they all filled up. The cashier let us know about their popular items and she also gave us some of her favorite recommendations as well. Their menu offered an array of handcrafted drinks, freshly baked goods, and a few breakfast items. We decided to order their Iced Matcha Latte, Iced Blueberry Cobbler Latte, and a Strawberry Croissant. It did take quite a while for us to receive everything, but it was to be expected with how hectic it was during their brunch time. All of our items were beautifully presented, so it definitely fit the whole "Coffee Class" experience! My husband ordered the matcha latte and he really enjoyed it. He said, "It was perfectly balanced between the strong flavors of the matcha, the rich creaminess of the milk and the sweetness of the sugar." I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the Blueberry Cobbler Latte, but it was absolutely delicious. All of the flavors mingled so well together and it tasted exactly how it was described. As for the croissant, the fresh strawberries and the cream balanced very well together, but the texture of the croissant wasn't my favorite. It was a bit chewy and not as flaky as I was hoping it to be. We're definitely coming back for more of their hand-crafted beverages and to try out their viral homemade pop tarts. read more

Coffee Class is consistently delicious and such a vibe. Their pastries are dangerously good, especially the Pop-Tarts, which are hands-down my favorite and totally worth the splurge. The coffee options feel endless, and I love that they offer milk alternatives like almond and oat milk. The staff is always friendly, the environment is chic and inviting, and it's definitely my go-to "cheat" spot. That said... in a dream world, I'd love to see a few cleaner ingredient options in the future, think almond flour or coconut flour pastries, and sweeteners like monk fruit or allulose. I would happily pay an upcharge for that. Same goes for coffee: organic canned coconut milk would be amazing. Hint hint If that ever happens, this would 100% become my daily spot. Unexpectedly large and very clean. This is a Nice coffee shop with a good concept. I like how they describe the coffee like fine wine. The food was good too. I got the poblano bowl and it looked a tad small when delivered. But it was completely filling. Perfect amount of food actually. My only feedback is.... I wish they delivered the coffee faster. That was a bit inconsistent with people three or four behind me in line getting coffee before me. Also but got full and all the tables were used up. The restaurant itself is really pretty. My boyfriend has been itching to come here. Since we came the first time, we have been back to bring others here with us because we liked it so much. The coffees are really good. They are a bit on the pricier side but honestly you're paying for the quality of it. They do take a while to get done as well, but I don't think this is necessarily a spot that you come when you're in a hurry or you need something quick it's more so like a lounge sit down while take a breather place. The barista are all really nice and friendly. One thing I do notice is that they seem to chitchat for a while in the back and it could be frustrating when you're first there because since it's so slow, you kinda just see them just talking and you're like where's my coffee but honestly, this place is so pretty and if you just go in knowing that ahead of time then you'll be fine: I definitely think we'll be back but like I said, I recommend on like your days off or when you really don't have anything to do because you're gonna be there for a little bit lol read more

I was so excited to try this place at the recommendation of my friend. We met in the morning for coffee and breakfast. The very friendly tall guy behind the counter handed me a menu to look over while I waited for my friend. I asked what he recommended for drinks and he said that he thought the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio latte was good, and for food, he liked the avocado toast. I took his suggestion and ordered those, my friend ordered a brown butter toffee latte and the strawberry croissant. ( she said both of her items were good) We paid and sat at a table. They brought the croissant about 10 minutes later, the drinks took a really long time ( maybe 20-25 minutes) and when they brought them mine was the wrong the wrong one ( they made a cinnamon dulce latte) . I had to take it back and ask for it to be remade. While my friend ate her croissant and drank her drink, my food finally came out about after 30 minutes. The avocado toast was supposed to come with poached eggs on top, however when I cut into the egg it was well done - and not poached, I would have overlooked this, except the toast on the bottom was so burned that I couldn't even cut through it with a knife and fork. Again, I had to take it to the counter to ask for it to be remade. My drink finally got remade and came out, it wasn't very good, it tasted like bitter chocolate and burned coffee ... not Dubai Chocolate, and definitely no pistachio flavor. Once the remade avocado toast finally made its way to me, I ate a couple of bites and it was ok. My friend had already finished and we had been there for over an hour. The place isn't too loud, it's not overly decorated inside, and it's very much like any other coffee shop. The first guy I talked to was the only one that seemed nice and personable, the other staff seemed annoyed that I asked for the correct drink and for edible food, they never apologized. Maybe it was a bad day for them... ( or my bad luck) I'm not sure I'll be going back as there are so many other options in the area. At this time, it's not a place I would recommend. read more

Once you try the coffee here, you may never want to go to Starbucks again. I'm definitely not a coffee snob, but I always thought coffee had this burnt aftertaste, which is why I usually get something very sweet to cover up the coffee taste. However, every time I get coffee here there is no aftertaste! It's flavorful, smooth, and actually tastes really good! I also love that they have vegan options from a breakfast entree to a few different pastries, it's worth checking out! My favorites are the poptarts, cinnamon roll and apple tart, paired with a vanilla iced late with oat milk and dulce de leche cold foam! Yes, they have vegan cold foam! Never had it before, but it's amazing! Thank you to Sarah who gave excellent recommendations and is very careful to ensure the drink is made vegan. All of the staff is so friendly and the ambiance is very chill inside. I can understand why there is usually a crowd. It's really great that this spot opens at 6:30am for the early birds. It was so lively on a Saturday morning. The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Latte was great, on the sweeter side but delicious. The avocado toast with the poached egg was the way to go. Also got the croissant and it's huge. Plenty of seating. The space was bright. A great place to get work done. Let's celebrate together, raise those hearts and glasses to share that's what we are doing! Normally I'm a girl that needs her caffeine but sometimes we all need it fancy . How about your caffeinated drink as a blueberry pie over a latte . Wow! It's incredible. Then they offer beauty through roses with a tea latte vibe . It tastes like roses . It's great iced or warm . You choose . Now for those that just enjoy the joys of black coffee, try the pour over. It's not your average cup of black coffee. It's truly better, so smooth. After you order the staff here needs the spot light was fabulous. They even bring your drinks to the table . It's sort of informal dining experience but feels really fancy . The little cafe is so cute and inviting. The color scheme is just perfect. The lobby here is bigger than their other locals too . Back to our existing experience. We talked among new friends and made forever memories and family. What an incredible experience we shared . Now sometimes we need some food . If you want something special they offer a glass window to enjoy the reflection back . They are seasonal favorites too . We enjoyed the Apple turn over hot . And a pumpkin cake . Coffee Class is in a class of its own!! This was my first time to this newer location and it was absolutely lovely!! The interior is so bright and airy, and the employees were amazing!! They checked up on us multiple times and this is definitely a place that keeps the spirit of customer service alive! All the pastries looked so good so it was hard to make a choice. Here's what we had: 1. Cherry amaretto pop tart - Pop tarts are always a fun treat! The "crust" was a little too thick for my liking but still good nonetheless. 2. Brown butter oatmeal cookie - Delicious!!! So good warmed up too! 3. Bacon and egg strudel - A MUST GET!!! The outside strudel is crispy and buttery, and the pillow of eggs and bacon inside makes this a win in my book! Came in to grab some pastries for a meeting and was blown away by the amazing selection. The restaurant is very open with plenty of tables. The employee was very sweet and provided great suggestions. There were so many delicious options to choose from! Everything is made fresh daily. All the items were a hit with the team. I tried the blueberry scone myself, and it was absolutely delightful. UPDATE/EDIT: I provided the feedback & within a few hours I was notified of a refund. Thank you for the quick resolution & turnaround on the issue. Excited to give this place a try.. Ordered pick-up through the online ordering system. Didn't realize the $16 of the "Chicken Cesar Salad" item I ordered would come with no chicken or croutons for that matter. Maybe an updated online system would be better? Don't name the item "Chicken Cesar" if it doesn't come with chicken. "Cesar salad" would make more sense. Online modifiers make it look like you're asking for "extra" items not making this salad $22+ dollars after having to select for chicken & croutons to be added to the item named "CHICKEN Cesar salad" not paying $16 for simply dressing & a couple of lettuce pieces. 2 stars since I ordered a coffee that was decent. I would expect that salad scam from somewhere on the strip, pretty disappointing coming across it here simply trying to find a new spot. read more
