Awesome place to work or gather with friends. I've been coming to this location for many years now, from when I was a student to now as a mom and they've been reliable since the get go. The coffee is always explained with education behind it and it makes it truly special. I love the cranberry orange muffin, it's so buttery but still balanced sweetness with a touch of tart, so well paired with a medium roast coffee. Choose the second level for more privacy or sit out at the patio to people watch. They is plenty of seating and lots of power outlets to handle the hours you wish to spend there. As always it's Boca park next to Cheesecake Factory so parking is a mess no matter the date or time. Don't let it ruin your day, grab a coffee instead

Cute little coffee shop/cafe in the north side of the Boca Park shopping area. Music is good, lots of open space, seating is communal. Good variety of breakfast and some lunch options. Tons of drink options. We did our Spring Break reunion brunch here with my former students and the kids enjoyed their sandwiches and drinks. Overall, it's cute and the food is decent. Service was ok, but the cashier was very easily distracted as we were ordering.

Come here to sip, savor and socialize, this is the Sambalatte motto and they invite you to do all of the above in their beautiful store. I wish was more of a coffee connoisseur like so many of my friends but I was here specifically to try out their Golden Latte. I absolutely adore this latte but it is so very hard to find as most people are looking for the ultimate coffee. I arrived on a weekday morning and this place was bustling. I was helped kindly by the barista. I love their large coffee cups and mugs which makes the experience so much better than drinking your special drink from a paper or plastic cup. Their offerings for drinks is vast and their coffee comes from Brazil and all around the globe. My Golden Latte arrived and it was good. The barista made a point to walk over and asked if I was enjoying my drink. I found this gesture very kind and helpful. I let her know I should have added a sweetener like honey but my fault for not requesting at the time of my order. In addition to the many drink offerings, they also offer breakfast and lunch to enhance your visit. You may also decide you want to sign up for their coffee club which is a subscription program that delivers a unique selection of coffee beans right to your door each month. Earth tones adorn the walls through out the room inviting warmth and comfort. Plenty of tables inside and outside to sit and enjoy. Upstairs offers another area to study, work or socialize. Parking can be a challenge as they are located inside a large strip mall with many businesses. Because my Golden Latte's are so hard to find at other coffee houses, I will return here from time to time.

Tried Sambalatte and it honestly wasn't what I was expecting. The outside seating was probably my favorite part, nice shady patio and a good spot to sit for a meeting. I originally wanted to order while we were outside, but it's more of a walk in and order at the counter type of café. Before leaving, we finally went inside and it was actually really packed. There was only one barista working when we ordered a pistachio roll and a Nutella latte with light ice. The latte was really good and definitely the highlight for me. Unfortunately, the pistachio roll tasted very old and hard to the point it was unappetizing, and we ended up throwing it away. I was really hoping to enjoy this coffee spot more because the patio and atmosphere had so much potential.

I really like the environment in here. It has really good music, and I like that they have upper and lower seating. It's in a really convenient place, so if you're hungry you can go to one of the many restaurants around. The staff wasn't friendly, but not rude. I got a chai tea latte, it was good, nothing special. This is a nice spot for what it is. I'd prefer other places for coffee, but to come study, this is a nice calm, chill place

My wife and I visited after hearing positive feedback about the interior and coffee. The space is attractive and offers a fair amount of seating, though several customers were taking up multiple tables at once, one for sitting, others for bags and laptops, which made seating feel tighter than expected. The baristas were genuinely friendly, efficient, and made excellent drinks in a timely manner. The coffee was easily the highlight of our visit. Food and pastries were less impressive. Items appeared to be reheated rather than made on site, and my croissant came out overly crispy, which is typical of reheating. Overall, it's a solid spot for good coffee and casual meet-ups, just don't expect much from the food.

Stopped in for a matcha latte and a sweet treat around lunchtime. The matcha latte was fantastic and not sweetened. The pistachio roll did not have pistachio flavor at all and I don't even think pistachios in it. The green looked like food coloring and the flavor was just chocolate and powered sugar. Great place to work or study inside

Every morning, I need myself some latte to stay awake, especially in Las Vegas. I happened to find a nice coffee shop called Sambalatte in Summerlin (Las Vegas). Based on how many yelp reviews they got, I can tell right away it's a very popular place to get some coffee. My recent visit (July 3rd, 2025)..... right before starting my fun time in Vegas, I came here to get me a nice delicious ice white mocha. I must say it's a very delicious drink to have on a daily basis. Keep me cool and awake. For indoor seating, I actually had a chance to hang out inside during my 1st visit which was last month. It was soooo relaxing. Plenty of space. I don't have much else to say.... but if you're in Summerlin or even anywhere in Las Vegas, this is your best bet for coffee. 5 stars.

Sambalatte offers a casual and desirable cafe experience seemingly fit for coffee connoisseurs & newbies alike. They offer a fairly diverse menu of food items and beverages. You should be able to fine the perfect java, matcha, tea, pastry, or light eat that you'd enjoy. I always seem to opt for a matcha when here. The staff is never rude but at times bewildered. No worries, I'm rarely in a rush on my visits. The atmosphere is very welcoming and whimsical. The decor has splashes of nuance flavors with vintage appeal. I love to sit with a warm cup as I work on my laptop or get cozy with a good book.

Solid iced latte. The cafe has some interesting special lattes like the red rocks! My friend got that which was good. If you like cinnamon, you'd like it. Very spacious inside and ample outdoor seating too!

I always go next door, but usually in a rush. Today, that wasn't the case and I am grateful. I finally got to give this place a try! I ordered what one of the baristas recommended! The name of the drink has "Red Rock" in it! Has cinnamon, and hazel nut in it I know that much! Nonetheless it was very tasty and I will be returning to try more of their coffees. They also have rewards which I always appreciate at coffee shops! The service was amazing, and my coffee came out quick! It was very clean and cozy! I even ran into a friend there-- so it must be a reputable spot!

Coffee was very good along with the choc chip banana bread pudding. Wow. Super moist and delicious with my coffee. We got the red rock latte and iced latte with Carmel. Both very good. And so was the almond croissant. Cute inside. And very nice friendly staff. And looks like they are setting up for live singer. Would definitely recommend

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict with arugula and roasted tomato salad, and I'd give it an 8/10. The Benedict was a little salty for my taste, but thankfully, it didn't overpower the other flavors. The seasoning and hollandaise sauce complemented the dish really well. My father ordered the exact same thing and absolutely loved it. My mother went with the Mexican Avocado Toast, which she rated a 7.8/10. She also found it slightly salty, and the dish was a little cheesier and oilier than she preferred. Since she isn't a big fan of cheese, that affected her overall rating. However, she still enjoyed it enough to finish her meal. My wife ordered the Chicken & Waffle Mac, which was definitely an interesting and creative take on the classic chicken and waffles. Having macaroni incorporated into the waffle made the dish unique. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and she gave it an 8/10. Thinking there wasn't any macaroni with her entrée, my wife also ordered a side of Cheesy Macaroni. She was pleasantly surprised by it and gave it a 9/10. It ended up being one of her favorite parts of the meal. Overall, Parlour Brunch and Late Night Burger Bar was a solid family dining experience with a comfortable atmosphere, creative dishes, and plenty of flavor.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The Mexican rice and refried beans were great too (they make their refried beans from scratch...not too salty - hooray!). Our waitress Emily was wonderful as well. Very attentive and great personality. I believe the manager stopped by a couple of times to check on us as well. My friend got the meat lover's skillet, and enjoyed it. His only negative comment was he thinks it should come with toast. The regular coffee was excellent as well. Honestly, while visiting Vegas (I'm from LA), I'd like to get breakfast here every morning.
