Awesome place to work or gather with friends. I've been coming to this location for many years now, from when I was a student to now as a mom and they've been reliable since the get go. The coffee is always explained with education behind it and it makes it truly special. I love the cranberry orange muffin, it's so buttery but still balanced sweetness with a touch of tart, so well paired with a medium roast coffee. Choose the second level for more privacy or sit out at the patio to people watch. They is plenty of seating and lots of power outlets to handle the hours you wish to spend there. As always it's Boca park next to Cheesecake Factory so parking is a mess no matter the date or time. Don't let it ruin your day, grab a coffee instead

Cute little coffee shop/cafe in the north side of the Boca Park shopping area. Music is good, lots of open space, seating is communal. Good variety of breakfast and some lunch options. Tons of drink options. We did our Spring Break reunion brunch here with my former students and the kids enjoyed their sandwiches and drinks. Overall, it's cute and the food is decent. Service was ok, but the cashier was very easily distracted as we were ordering.

Come here to sip, savor and socialize, this is the Sambalatte motto and they invite you to do all of the above in their beautiful store. I wish was more of a coffee connoisseur like so many of my friends but I was here specifically to try out their Golden Latte. I absolutely adore this latte but it is so very hard to find as most people are looking for the ultimate coffee. I arrived on a weekday morning and this place was bustling. I was helped kindly by the barista. I love their large coffee cups and mugs which makes the experience so much better than drinking your special drink from a paper or plastic cup. Their offerings for drinks is vast and their coffee comes from Brazil and all around the globe. My Golden Latte arrived and it was good. The barista made a point to walk over and asked if I was enjoying my drink. I found this gesture very kind and helpful. I let her know I should have added a sweetener like honey but my fault for not requesting at the time of my order. In addition to the many drink offerings, they also offer breakfast and lunch to enhance your visit. You may also decide you want to sign up for their coffee club which is a subscription program that delivers a unique selection of coffee beans right to your door each month. Earth tones adorn the walls through out the room inviting warmth and comfort. Plenty of tables inside and outside to sit and enjoy. Upstairs offers another area to study, work or socialize. Parking can be a challenge as they are located inside a large strip mall with many businesses. Because my Golden Latte's are so hard to find at other coffee houses, I will return here from time to time.

Tried Sambalatte and it honestly wasn't what I was expecting. The outside seating was probably my favorite part, nice shady patio and a good spot to sit for a meeting. I originally wanted to order while we were outside, but it's more of a walk in and order at the counter type of café. Before leaving, we finally went inside and it was actually really packed. There was only one barista working when we ordered a pistachio roll and a Nutella latte with light ice. The latte was really good and definitely the highlight for me. Unfortunately, the pistachio roll tasted very old and hard to the point it was unappetizing, and we ended up throwing it away. I was really hoping to enjoy this coffee spot more because the patio and atmosphere had so much potential.

I really like the environment in here. It has really good music, and I like that they have upper and lower seating. It's in a really convenient place, so if you're hungry you can go to one of the many restaurants around. The staff wasn't friendly, but not rude. I got a chai tea latte, it was good, nothing special. This is a nice spot for what it is. I'd prefer other places for coffee, but to come study, this is a nice calm, chill place

My wife and I visited after hearing positive feedback about the interior and coffee. The space is attractive and offers a fair amount of seating, though several customers were taking up multiple tables at once, one for sitting, others for bags and laptops, which made seating feel tighter than expected. The baristas were genuinely friendly, efficient, and made excellent drinks in a timely manner. The coffee was easily the highlight of our visit. Food and pastries were less impressive. Items appeared to be reheated rather than made on site, and my croissant came out overly crispy, which is typical of reheating. Overall, it's a solid spot for good coffee and casual meet-ups, just don't expect much from the food.

Stopped in for a matcha latte and a sweet treat around lunchtime. The matcha latte was fantastic and not sweetened. The pistachio roll did not have pistachio flavor at all and I don't even think pistachios in it. The green looked like food coloring and the flavor was just chocolate and powered sugar. Great place to work or study inside

Every morning, I need myself some latte to stay awake, especially in Las Vegas. I happened to find a nice coffee shop called Sambalatte in Summerlin (Las Vegas). Based on how many yelp reviews they got, I can tell right away it's a very popular place to get some coffee. My recent visit (July 3rd, 2025)..... right before starting my fun time in Vegas, I came here to get me a nice delicious ice white mocha. I must say it's a very delicious drink to have on a daily basis. Keep me cool and awake. For indoor seating, I actually had a chance to hang out inside during my 1st visit which was last month. It was soooo relaxing. Plenty of space. I don't have much else to say.... but if you're in Summerlin or even anywhere in Las Vegas, this is your best bet for coffee. 5 stars.

Sambalatte offers a casual and desirable cafe experience seemingly fit for coffee connoisseurs & newbies alike. They offer a fairly diverse menu of food items and beverages. You should be able to fine the perfect java, matcha, tea, pastry, or light eat that you'd enjoy. I always seem to opt for a matcha when here. The staff is never rude but at times bewildered. No worries, I'm rarely in a rush on my visits. The atmosphere is very welcoming and whimsical. The decor has splashes of nuance flavors with vintage appeal. I love to sit with a warm cup as I work on my laptop or get cozy with a good book.

Solid iced latte. The cafe has some interesting special lattes like the red rocks! My friend got that which was good. If you like cinnamon, you'd like it. Very spacious inside and ample outdoor seating too!

I always go next door, but usually in a rush. Today, that wasn't the case and I am grateful. I finally got to give this place a try! I ordered what one of the baristas recommended! The name of the drink has "Red Rock" in it! Has cinnamon, and hazel nut in it I know that much! Nonetheless it was very tasty and I will be returning to try more of their coffees. They also have rewards which I always appreciate at coffee shops! The service was amazing, and my coffee came out quick! It was very clean and cozy! I even ran into a friend there-- so it must be a reputable spot!

Coffee was very good along with the choc chip banana bread pudding. Wow. Super moist and delicious with my coffee. We got the red rock latte and iced latte with Carmel. Both very good. And so was the almond croissant. Cute inside. And very nice friendly staff. And looks like they are setting up for live singer. Would definitely recommend

I love the colors and antique furniture mixed with modern design. The inside is nice and comfortable and they even have little pocket booths with tables. I enjoy eating in their patio area. It has misting fans that made even a Las Vegas August afternoon comfortable. It's in the corner of the lot and amazingly enough, the foliage keeps most of the busy street noise at bay. Maybe one time I noticed a loud car and a siren but for the ambience, I'd still choose to sit outside. Service all three times were great. I like to have my tea refilled often and every time, the waitstaff was very accommodating. I was even able to get an iced tea to go. One of my friends gets a matcha every time we go. She loves them. I got the Landwer's famous iced tea and even recommended it to another friend the next time. Both of us enjoyed it. It's very refreshing with a perfect blend of tart and sweet with a hint of cinnamon. Next time I'll have to try an espresso or macchiato. The highlight of it all are the entrees, as they should be. I was really impressed though. My first entree was the Wagyu Beef & Lamb Kabob Skewers with the herb salad. Wow! The skewers are delicious and the perfect complement mix of beef and lamb. The side of tahini to dip it in along with the grilled onion and tomato are very nice. The salad though is the reason I will continue to come back. I can't tell you everything that is in there but as a guess for most of the ingredients; parsley, cucumber, tomato, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, and pomegranate. Again....i say WOW! Delicious! I loved herbs and this salad has all the Mediterranean flavors that transport me to my favorite destination. Again I bragged so much about it, now my friend gets this salad every time also. The Short Rib Shakshuka was good but not my favorite. The short rib was large and incredibly tender. The poached eggs were good but the tomato pepper stew was a bit too chunky for me. The challah bread that came with it was perfect for the shakshuka though. You could pull a piece of bread off and the crunchy outside and soft interior made the perfect dipping piece. The presentation along with the other dishes was fabulous. The other meal I had here was Landwer's Famous Breakfast with two eggs & small dishes of the best tzatziki I've ever had, incredible guacamole, skordalia (which seems more like a hummus), plain yogurt with a touch of granola and berries, cream cheese and honey with bread. Once they served with the challah and this time with the Jewish bagel. I prefer the Jewish bagel (I think). They are both delicious! I was able to grab 3 Jewish bagels to go for $10. I had to bring some of their fresh bread home. On Fridays you can stop by and get some also. My newest bread addiction. Cafe Landwer is pretty fabulous and I am happy we finally tried them. Oh....download the app and you can accrue points for freebies later. Trust me, you'll be back.

I got an assortment of all of the pastries they were offering that day and also purchased a loaf of their sourdough. The star was definitely the cinnamon roll that came with a side of delicious cream cheese frosting. The various croissants were also good but not remarkable. I was very confused about the sourdough when I got home. I do bake sourdough at home myself so I am very familiar with the process and taste profile. My husband and I both thought this bread tasted like regular yeast bread as it didn't have the tang nor the consistency of sourdough. I would not have opted to pay $10 for a loaf of regular country bread. All in all, the bakery is solid but i did not understand the hype reviews. If I had to choose one item here, I'd go for the cinnamon roll.
