I have seen a couple Starbucks do this, but the writing on the cups is absolutely the nicest thing that I've seen. Just a small little note does means so much to people.

I was in between appointments and needed to find a place to work for a bit. Starbucks is my go-to if I don't have any meetings as they tend to be a bit too loud. This Starbucks actually was pretty quiet, which was a nice change. I was greeted when I walked in and when I went to pick up my mobile order, the barista informed me that they were out of the cold foam I ordered. She offered to make any other flavor of cold foam, so I opted for the gingerbread flavor and it was delicious! I try and go dairy free as often as possible and it was great to have that option with the cold brew. I applaud Starbucks for FINALLY doing the right thing by no longer charging for non-dairy options and for expanding their offering of flavors. While working at this spot for over an hour, it was consistently busy but the house was never bad and the employees were friendly to everyone.

I visited on 14 February 2024 and received Excellent Service. I ordered the : Chocolate Hazlenut Cookie Coldbrew w/ 3 LC's via the App , When I arrived my order was ready in the Pickup Area. I loved the way my drink tasted and it was exactly the way I ordered it. I will definitely be a returning visitor again!!

6/12/23 7:09pm Located off Lake Mead & Buffalo. Friendly staff Accurate orders Clean store with plenty of merchandise. Espresso's always good. Your usual Starbies with one exception....They have some Star Wars art. Love it!!! *hardly ever cheat but today I got a birthday cake pop...yumm. Def treat yourself once in a while.

As you can see, there was no extra charge for the flavor or the creamer!!

The most horrible customer service I've experienced. I had bad experiences here before but didn't really want to write reviews, but last night was the last straw. I went in for the free coffee and the girl on the drive thru was very condescending in her voice almost laughing in a way. She told me I had to pay extra for the flavor and the creamer when I had five family members that went to get their coffee at other locations and sent me their orders and they did not get charge for the basic flavor and creamer. It was ridiculous because why in the world would I want a BLACK COFFEE WITH NO FLAVOR OR CREAMER???? it was ridiculous. It definitely turned me off to return to this location and to starbucks in general, I have cut starbucks out of my routine and decided to go to Dutch bros instead. I obviously left because what the heck!! You want to give me a black iced coffee plain, I understand you have to pay for the other expresso beverages and other fancy flavors but I know MANY MANY people that got their 3 pumps of flavor and creamer at no extra charge. Why do we know this information because many people made sure to post it on their social media to let others know. See pictures attached for details.

The price at Palace Station is rediculous. I guess it's because it's at a hotel. I believe I paid $20+ for just 2 drinks

Not a huge deal though. This location looks great, clean and new, lots of space to park. Staff members were very friendly and outgoing. I like that they close later than other boba places in the area. Cashier was more than happy to help when I asked for his advice on sweetness level and whether which drinks would still be good if refrigerated at home for the next day. Taro ice blended with pudding - super sweet but good ice consistency - I got 80% sweet but will get 50% sweet or less next time. Honey lemonade - pretty sour and tastes just like a lemonade. Also for the Hokkaido milk tea, not bad, and the mango passion fruit tea we got 50% sweet but next time if we get it again, we'll try 30%. Even though we got 4 drinks, we do still plan to try other drinks off the menu until we find a favorite. With staff members providing great service and with the closer location, we look forward to becoming regulars here.

I used to go everyday, even got my mom and husband hooked on the coffee here. I'd rave about the quality of it to all of my coworkers and friends too. The coffee is not the issue at all. Quickly, it seemed like the owner was bothered by our presence? Many times, I tried to just give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he was just having a tough day but I realized that wasn't really the case as he seemed to be fairly friendly with other customers versus us. Many of the times he would just put my coffee in my general direction without saying anything, I was left to assume that it was mine very awkwardly. I do admit that sometimes I could come in late to the shop (5-10 mins before they close) but I work from home and the only time that I can make my way to anywhere is during my lunch break. Yaw is almost 30 mins from me and I literally spend my only lunch break on a trip to Yaw. I assume that maybe that's what caused the animosity? The late trips to the shop? Regardless, I stopped going to Yaw for a while because I started to feel that I was walking on eggshells around Ian (the owner) and I would get really nervous when I would walk in, but we happened to be in the area yesterday and I stopped by about 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. I ordered my drinks and then a gentleman still came in after me to place an order. Ian then asked me if he knew that they closed at 2 PM and I said yes. It made me a bit uncomfortable because I felt like a bother. This confirmed that he was bothered that I (and other customers) that came in late, but I'm wondering that if he's so bothered by people coming in at that time why doesn't he close earlier than 2 PM? I understand that it can be a bit annoying but I'm a paying customer. I try to be respectful and nice to everyone there. Even when I go in with my daughter, i try to stay out of their way and not let her touch anything to avoid conflict. At some point during the holidays I even tipped $50 because I felt so strongly about the quality/service. I'm so disappointed to say this, but that will be the last time I'm going to Yaw. I'm even tearing up as a say this because it was part of my day to day routine but I'm just so saddened by the treatment, I truly cannot ignore it.
