Been in drive through over 15 minutes. Not a single employee is coming out to say anything. We ordered Frappuccinos and it has taken too long . Is supposed to be ready at 11:48am and it is now 12:10pm Got to window and they said they are making it right now. Absolutely Love this SB Spot. I'm a regular when it comes to daily coffee/refresher intake and have frequent numerous establishments. This one Western/Sepulveda (in particular) seems Special, the drinks came quick, food was fresh, and the Service and Staff was Best-In-Class, especially our Friendly Barista LUKE. He was extremely welcoming and attentive, made sure our order was accurate and exactly how we wanted it, knowledgeable and fast service. Never had I ever been denied a cup of water, until today, and it all happened at the place I once considered my go-to Starbucks location, and on Mother's Day out of all days. I am a mom of five, and as much as I would have loved to stay indoors with all five of my babies, and just be pampered by them, I went out to work to put food on our table, it's tough for us, specially right now, bc every dollar counts. It was a scorching hot day, but Uber requests kept coming and so I rushed out of my home and forgot both of my water bottles. I thought to myself, not to worry the Starbucks I love to go to, is just right there and I'll get a cup of water there. I won't deviate from my delivery route at all. Problem solved. Oh man, was I wrong! Daniel, the name of the man behind the speaker denied me the water, which according to him was contingent on me making a purchase, so he shared, if I wasn't going to be doing any other purchase, I couldn't get water. What!!?? I immediately thought I heard him wrong. Nope! At this point, I was at a loss for words. It didn't matter what I said, or the fact that my husband had just been there an hour ago buying me a coffee or even that I was a regular. I was just so thirsty! I thanked him (never did I yell, insult him or cause a scene) I just started reversing out of the drive thru until I couldn't anymore because another car started approaching. And so then I thought, the manager could make things right, and asked to speak to her. She came to the drive thru window and I then found out her name is Mariana. But instead of helping me and making things right, as I was so certain she would, she and Daniel only reminded me of how cruel this world can be. It doesn't cost anything to be kind to others. Yet, I guess there are some who just simply cannot afford it. I could never, ever deny a person water. No matter the circumstances. Specially not in this weather. My jaw dropped, when to my surprise instead of de-escalating this awful situation and just doing the right thing, and really just being a kind human being, she also denied me a cup of water. Mariana and David, I truly hope that neither one of you ever gets to experience what you put me through today. You could've both done the right thing, but instead you chose to make me go thirsty. Please know that you made me cry. The main reason being I couldn't believe people like you are really out there. It's all okay, because I'm still teaching my children to be kind to others above all else, so thank you for reminding me I'm doing the right thing. Whether I go inside or am in the drive through, every barista is always very friendly and very helpful! I don't often have odd requests and am usually a hot coffee drinker--black; no sweetener; no creamer. However during the fall/winter, I'm usually looking for color changing cups. Want to recognize Alex & Isaac. I originally ordered 2 drinks & 2 sandwiches, wasn't given the receipt & the sandwiches were really tough. 1 of 2 drinks was made correctly. I am from Inland Empire so the drive out here was for work & when I was in my way back to the empire from Harbor City I realized the mistake and called immediately to let them know the problem. Alex answered the phone & she without problems let me know she would write it down, so that I may be refunded & helped when I came back out for work again. Extremely disappointing experience. When I arrived to pick up my order, the employee Daniel was incredibly rude and didn't acknowledge me at all. If he's so miserable, he should quit! Ordered a cold brew with cold foam and cinnamon and a strawberry refresher with no lemonade and with extra strawberries. No cinnamon or extra strawberries and actually seems like they only put half in and it had lemonade in it. Went through the drive thru , took about 15 minutes to get through the first time. Relatively new starbucks location located on Western Ave and Sepulveda Blvd. I always drive down sepulveda to hop on the 110-freeway and it is super convenient to grab a drink on the go. They open really early even during the pandemic. I came around 4:30am today and the drive thru was open. They ask you to wear a mask even during the drive thru. Mask is mandatory inside as well. Inside, they have acrylic panels to help prevent the employees from getting sick. Very friendly people and I think they remember me since I come like 3 times a week around 5:30am and order the same drink lol. Had no complaints here and drive thru goes by pretty quick. read more

I've been meaning to leave a great review for this Starbucks location. They've never disappointed me since the very first time ive ever came here. The drive thru line is always so quick no matter what. I always tend to come to this Starbucks even though there are closer ones next to me because I know they won't ever disappoint. Whenever I want to try a new drink I always ask the workers what's there favorite iced drink at the moment since I mostly drink cold drinks regardless of the weather. Never seem to fail me! Ordered through the app and pulled up to find out the lobby was closed. I missed it by a few minutes and I had to wait in a long ass line in the drive-through. Tried to call the store to see if I could cancel the order but I guess they don't answer. Plenty of heads in there too. By the time I got my already made mobile order, it was watered down, drink consisted of 90%ice in a size tall & the sweet cream cold foam wasn't all thick, by that time it had mixed in and settled into the drink. Newly opened location on Sepulveda near Mulligans. Although there were other locations that I usually go to I decided to check out this Starbucks since I was nearby and since the other locations were crowded already. My order was taken without any issues and the employees were friendly. Overall, this location had a small amount of parking about (4-5) right in the front of the entrance which did get busy during the mid-morning/noon hours and there is a drive thru available. The rest of the parking was shared with other stores in the plaza but shouldn't be too bad depending on the time you go. The inside was pretty spacious. The downside besides the parking was the fact that there weren't many outlets. I recall one of the customers saying there were only 3 or 4 outlets and when I was sitting there, I only saw 1 outlet available within 8 feet circumference around me. Overall this is a good location to study and it doesn't get as busy or distracting inside so just come early. I just wish there were more outlets. So if you do plan to study here, hopefully you find an outlet nearby to get most of your work done. read more

Came by to get a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and decided to stop by this Starbucks location that I've never been to. They're very fast here, or at least the time I was here.
