I have been going to this 7-11 for a for 5 months now to purchase puffs, and I have bought around 10. Back in late September I bought one that tasted off and leaker. I though nothing of it until a friend told me there are fake ones in the market. Today I went to but one again and it tasted off, so I looked into it and you can verify the serial number on Puffbar.com, the one I bought sats to authenticate at puffsalt.com, gives me the wrong link. The cool mint puff was completely fake and made me sick. The box for the most part looked fine but I noticed something was off when the plastic package that it comes in inside the box was not the typical color for puff bars. The puff works, but tastes unbelievably strange not like the cool mint. My throat now is starting to feel weird and trying out the product has giving me anxiety and stomach pain. I should've known better but I trusted 7-11 was a professional chain, I thought smoke shops sell fake products at times but this neighborhood 7-11 in a good community is selling fake buff bars and over retail price: I even scratched off the code, the code failed 10 times. Also, the website doesn't match the actual website. This 7-11 is selling fake nicotine products causing very harmful damages to lots of people in the community. This is really really bad. This used to be one of the best 7-Eleven stores in LA. I stopped by this morning for a cup of coffee. None of the staff were wearing a face mask and even some of the customers were holding full blown conversations without a face mask. Thousands of people visit this 7-Eleven store, including transients. Clearly these people are not concerned about spreading disease or their customers. ***********SAFER THAN FORT KNOX*********** Have you ever had a late night junk food craving but was too scare to go to the liquor store or convenience store for fear of being assaulted, stab, shot or killed??? (I watch too much news) Well, fear no more!! This 7-11 no matter what time of day, day of the week, time of month has by far the best security ever. And by best security I mean cops are here all the time, which in the world of convenience store is not a bad thing at all. At any given time you can see LAPD, CHP, Sheriff's and other local law enforcement personnel here, so protected you are! Though you do see the occasional "Rover, wanderer, nomad, vagabond" (yup that was a Metallica reference) bum or transient they don't tend to be very pushy for they too know the police are near by. The store has a good selection of practically everything so take your pick. It's all clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and you know who the regulars are as they are greeted by first name. The store has also produce a few lucky lotto winners, nothing in the ridiculously high zillion dollar amounts but hey there is always a first time for everything, hopefully it will be me! The coffee is always hot and a good selection of flavors and flavored creamers are available....how needs the $5.00 Starbucks coffee when this place has just as many selections for a fraction of the price. On the down side, if you come during rush hours which is everything between 8am-midnight you may have trouble finding parking. The lot is small and there are other business that effect the traffic at least during the day. At night it's practically all 7-11 customers. Just a word of advised if you are not handicap don't park in the handicap spot, remember police are everywhere and you will get a ticket in which case your $1.00 coffee trip will turn into a $300+ adventure....(grimacing) read more

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon a very large dilemma that every millennial couple has probably run into once in their life at 2 AM: We ran out of cat food for our cat. We called up this 7-eleven since it was the only place open at 2 AM that would probably have cat food. A nice man answered saying he did. My boyfriend and I zoomed to this 7-eleven like our cat's life depended on it. We walked in and low-and-behold there it was in all it's glory. Some cat food... not only cat food but MULTIPLE SELECTIONS of cat food. I was shook to my core that a 7-eleven had this many options of cat food. Not only that, but the cat food was only $3!! Amazing. The cashier was very fun to talk to and very nice. He had recognized us from the phone earlier, because who else wouldn't recognize a call from two guys looking for cat food at 2 AM? This location is no exception, but the service is fast and the coffee is decent in a pinch. You could do a lot worse. So lately..my boyfriend and I have been obsessing over the mega crossword puzzle scratchies. Ever since he bought the first one, I have been obsessing over them and wanting to play every second of my life. I think he actually wants to win the $75,000, but for me, I just enjoy scratching the letters and the excitement from scratching. ANYWAY...so we have been visiting 7-Eleven almost every single day. I usually go to this 7-11 daily but today will be my last day. I watched as a particular worker bullied a young teen boy who was simply waiting outside for his mother to pick him up. The teen had school books and his iPad in his hand so it was clear he was not a threat. Very safe 7/11 based on theirs always cops talking and hanging out in the parking lot. Parking is always well lighted and the homeless most of the time are pretty calm. Usually go in and come out in less than 5 minutes especially when I'm on the go in a rush to catch the freeway before traffic hour. read more

So this was my first time going to this 7/11 and it was really busy but the staff greeted me. The Line had like 5 ppl in it and when I got up to the register I didn't have the right card so I had to go back and get in line again. I got to the register to buy the giftcard and the one I got wouldn't work for what I needed $600 so she helped me get the best one that could be refilled. They were really friendly and the store was clean. But when I got home I couldn't find the gift cards and called the store to see if I left it there and they said they would check the cameras for me.
