After dinner last night, we were discussing where to go for a second round, and one of my friends recommended this place. So we decided to come here for coffee or tea and ended up having a really nice time. I used to come here quite often about four years ago. Back then, I really liked their Einspänner and ordered it several times. But the last time I came, I thought it was way too sweet, so I hadn't been back since. It had actually been a REALLY long time since I last visited. And when I used to come here four years ago, I always came in the morning or around lunchtime. Last night was my first time ever coming here at night. My friend told us that they are open until midnight, so that's why we decided to come here after dinner. I had heard that parking here can be a nightmare because there aren't enough parking spaces and people have a hard time finding a spot. But once again, my parking luck was AMAZING! A car pulled out right in front of me just as I arrived, so I was able to park very easily. Another friend arrived later than I did, and she said she couldn't find a parking spot at all. She drove around for quite a while looking for one before finally finding street parking. Last night, we also had some tiramisu, and since I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine, I decided to have a caffeine-free ade instead of coffee or tea. It was a little sweet for my taste, but it was ok. We sat outside on the outdoor patio and talked and talked and talked. We had such a fun time together! However, it was actually pretty cold outside last night. I remember thinking that it felt surprisingly chilly. But what was even crazier was how FREEZING cold it was inside the café! They had the air conditioning turned up so high that both my friends and I felt like we were going to freeze to death. The restroom is inside, and I also went inside to get some water, so I mentioned to one of the male employees that it was freezing inside. He told me that they didn't feel cold at all because they were working, and that THEY were actually feeling really hot. I went back to our table and told my friends what he had said, and they were like, "WHAT?! We're freezing to death over here!" The parking lot here is actually pretty large, so I was wondering why it was so difficult to find a parking spot. Apparently, at night, the left side is the café, while on the right side there is a bar where people can drink and also play games. There was a huge line of people waiting outside the bar last night, so I'm guessing that's probably why the parking lot gets so crowded and it's hard to find a spot. It was also pretty chilly outside last night because of the low temperature, so one thing I wished they had on the outdoor patio was heaters. That would have made sitting outside much more comfortable on a cold night.
Happened to be in the area and was so glad we found this spot while ins watch for some good coffee! First impressions, cute spot that was clean. You can't beat a giant lot with free parking in the middle of LA AND they had outdoor seating?! Obsessed. We came around 10:30 on a Sunday morning and was surprised to be one of the few people there. Got some einspanners which were delish. The strawberry donut was the perfect treat to share and omg....the wraps!! When coffee shops have food to order...that's perfection in my book. I had to try the kimchi fried rice wrap and it was definitely a delicious treat. We got the breakfast sausage wrap for the kids and it was just absolutely delish. No plain Jane wraps over here. Very pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this spot!
This Memorylook cafe is the original location, located in Koreatown. The ambience is modern and minimalist. I love that they have free Tesla charging and free Parking with its own large parking lot, which is like finding gold in busy K town! I got the iced Vienna Einspanner and it was solid stumptown coffee. I loved it. I also got the kimchi fried rice wrap and it was delicious and filling : enough for two meals. This is a good place to work, study and to catch up with friends. There's also a bathroom inside. There's ample seating both inside and outside. All in all, I was very happy with the experience and service was good!
My friend and I wanted to check out memory look for good coffee and a chance to get pictures at their photo booth! I got their Vanilla Einspanner Latte and friend got their Caramel Einspanner Latte. Both were great but the caramel was much better in my opinion! Also we got hungry but didn't want to eat a whole meal so we split their breakfast wrap and we're pleasantly surprised at how good it was! They also sell glasses at the shop and they were all so cute!!
We were looking for a place with good iced coffee and enough room to spread out and get some work done. Yelp led us to MEMORYLOOK in K-Town, and it ended up being exactly what we wanted. The pictures don't lie. It's got that clean, modern coffee shop aesthetic, but a few quirky touches keep it from feeling like every other minimalist café. There's a photo booth in the back (which I assume explains the name) and a display of sunglasses that I never quite figured out. Also, no bathroom code. Always appreciated. Neither of us usually orders einspanners, but my wife got the vanilla and I ordered the mocha, both iced with oat milk. They were excellent. Creamy and rich and the coffee underneath was tasty even before mixing in the cream. The pastries looked beautiful and artful, although I was hoping for something simple like an almond croissant. The vibe outside on the patio was great. Lots of people working on laptops, plenty of room to settle in, and it felt more like a co-working space than a typical coffee shop. It's also super dog-friendly, has ample parking in its own lot and we even found easy street parking out front. Everything about this place just worked. We'll gladly make the 25-minute drive again.
I am so disappointed... Memorylook used to be good, but what they served me today was honestly an embarrassment. I ordered a matcha einspanner with oat milk (free, yay), but what I received was an incredibly grainy drink with low quality matcha. I have had this drink multiple times over the years (over delivery too, so I totally expected quality to be better when ordering in person), and I did notice the quality dropping with each order, but I would chalk it up to delivery taking a while. After today's visit, however, I've come to the conclusion that the quality has just dropped significantly, and it's not worth coming here to try their matcha. If you're just looking for a nice space to chill or get some work done, however, this might be the place for you - it seems like a cool place with a bit of seating, plus a photobooth in the back. Service is also fine. Since I only see myself coming for the matcha, I won't be coming back. There are countless better options in K-Town, many of which are just down the street. Adios Memorylook

So delicious I could have this every morning if I may 5/5 This coffee experience here is outstanding, the taste is just right on point ! Great matcha and coffee! It's a cute location in ktown, with a parking lot. Which if you live here, you know that's RARE! Service is great, there's a lot of seating but more of the time it's full so you may have to wait a little bit for something to open up. A lot of people like to work and study here, so keep that in mind! Other than that, it's a great location and will definitely be back.
First time here! We ordered the golden matcha and I really enjoyed the coconut milk top! I'm usually not a coconut person but this drink was refreshing and light after a dinner nearby! The space is also super cute and I would love to return and use the photo booth!

Parking:5/5 Easy free lot parking out back Ordered : Matcha einspanner 4/5: this was delish, it tasted more of a dessert rather than a matcha bevy. The cream top works nicely with the matcha, the matcha flavor is pretty light Blood Orangeade 1/5: this was honestly not my fav. I didn't end up finishing it, it tasted like syrup+sparkling water. The drinks weren't spectacular, but given the easy parking and tables, I'd prob come back to study
I had a day to spend in LA, and my local friend insisted that I try Memorylook's hojicha einspanner. She let me know that Memorylook is known for einspanners and they have their own parking lot. When there's a parking lot on-site, say less.. Parking wasn't too difficult to come by, and there are even a few electric charging spots if you need it. I stopped by around noontime and there were people inside/outside chatting, working, taking pics in the photobooth, etc. The line went by quickly and I had my hojicha einspanner in no time! It was so tasty!! The cream top was light and not too sweet. The hojicha was smooth. I really enjoyed it, and the latte definitely helped me keep cool while driving around LA on such a hot day. If I lived in LA, I could see myself coming here to do work on my laptop or to meet a friend. Such a cute, spacious spot!
MATCHA: my daughter and I came for the matcha and left with the memories . This is a hidden spot and you can easily drive past it if you're not paying attention . They have a patio where a lot of students were studying as well and the music vibes were really good . Service is quick and the Einspanner matcha was really delicious and fresh with the best foam . We also got the churros with caramel and they were fresh and tasty . Highly recommend and will be back !!
If you're looking for a place with good drinks and A LOT of seating this place is for you! They have a wide range of drinks from matcha to coffee and tea! They even have a photobooth inside and a small glasses store . The vibes were very aesthetic, clean, and minimal. Prices for the drinks are a bit on the higher end about $7-9. They also have free dog treats so they are dog friendly!!

So MemoryLook is a little expensive, BUT honestly the prices offset the cost of parking which is so helpful in K Town. And they are so sweet and do not rush anyone, you can stay here as long as you want. My friends and I WFH so we decided to Work From MemoryLook (WFML) one day together. I'm glad we did! Great pastries in the morning, i had the cremme brûlée donut which had tons of filling, and the pea foam matcha latte which was fantastic. And I had an EXCELLENT chicken Chipotle wrap at lunch that was recommended to me by the gentleman working at memory look. I'm not certain where these wraps are made. Another gentleman would bring them from the building in the same complex. I LOVED my wrap. They have a ton of seating outside too but there aren't any outlets out there so it's harder to WFH out there unless you're fully charged. But was great for separate meetings we all had to attend. The photobooth was fun but we were so thrown off by it taking 8 photos, we had no idea how many poses we would have to come up with hahaha. I would definitely come back here anytime! read more

Came on a Friday afternoon, and there weren't too many people. I like the outdoor and indoor seating options, and the interior of the cafe is really cute! I got the Matcha Einspanner, and it was pretty good. It tasted a bit grainy I will say. When I mixed the cream top with the matcha, the flavor was better, but I wouldn't say it's the best matcha I've had before. I would try one of their other drinks if I'm ever in the area again! read more
Came here cause I had been here before and liked it, wanted to come back. The space is updated, they also sell eyewear! They also have a photobooth I'd say I'm a matcha connoisseur.. I make my own matcha at home for 2.5 years and go to specialty matcha cafes and can judge a great matcha from a bad one... So I was very disappointed with the matcha here :/ I ordered a matcha latte oat milk.. It was so grainy..gritty..and omg so bitter....acidic as well? the drink came out so quick before I was even done paying!!!!!! So I assume it was premade...and thats why it tasted so bad...? Maybe everyone is getting it with the cream so they don't taste the bitterness and the horrible texture Either way..I was very disappointed..i literally tossed the whole thing. I do not recommend. Maybe their coffees are better ? or they are trying to just sell eyeware? idk. read more

We found this spot as we were driving back home and so glad we did. Large parking area so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The inside is simple, nothing too fancy but it works. Even on a Sunday evening, all the tables were taken, luckily we were just there to take our drinks to go. I got the matcha einspanner and it was Rick, creamy and just the way I like it. The matcha flavor was prominent, strong and earthy. Next time I go, ai would love to try other items. read more
This place is super aesthetic and cute, and it even has a photobooth inside which is such a fun touch. I was really hungry coming straight from class, so I decided to stop by. Since I was in a time crunch, I ordered online and it was so convenient. I got there in about 5 minutes and my order was already ready, so they're definitely quick. Even though the line was long, it moved pretty fast. I ordered the French fries, which were so good, especially with this white sauce that came with them it was amazing. The latte (with almond milk) was just okay, and the chocolate cake was decent not my favorite, but it had nice layers and a good presentation with powdered sugar. Overall, I'd come back, especially to try more of their drinks. read more

The service was very quick. We ordered our drinks and about a minute later our drinks were done. The matcha latte tasted very much like grass to me. Maybe today was an off day but it tasted like powder and matcha you get from Costco. Every time I took a sip, my throat was hit with powder. I would not come back for their matcha. The einspanner latte was just average. Nothing to write home about. I would come back to give them another chance because today could have been an off day but I think there are better matcha lattes and lattes in LA. read more
Found out about this cafe because my partner showed it to me. I was quite intrigued in the drinks after seeing the menu, and also in the fact that they sell stylish eyewear. I had the Brown Sugar Hojicha Einspanner, which tasted pretty good. The flavor was rich, creamy, nutty, and subtly sweet all at once. The cream on top tasted very nice. I would revisit this cafe specifically for this drink. As for the Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea, it was mid. The drink consisted of mostly matcha milk tea with very minimal strawberry. On top of that, the portion size of this was tiny. Would not get this again. read more
inally tried this viral TikTok coffee shop and got the Einspanner mocha latte--it was really good!!! The line was pretty long when we went, but it moved fairly quickly. They also have some pastries that looked really good, but I didn't get a chance to try them because I was still too full from lunch... maybe next time! The place itself is really cute. They have a pretty big outdoor patio, which makes it a great spot to hang out and catch up with friends. read more

Loved my hojicha, even with half sweet it was still a strong hojicha flavor. The matcha however was bitter, a bit grainy, and not very sweet, even though it wasn't modified. The outdoor seating option looked promising for a study spot and they offer iced water for customers! Also has pastries, photobooths, and their own line of sunglasses for sale inside. For the price of the drinks however, there are better quality matcha lattes all over Ktown for the same price. read more

Memorylook delivers on the typical LA coffee vibe. I was in the area for a quick caffeine boost and it was an easy in and out. A few things worth noting: - The patio is huge and ideal for hanging out with friends and/or your pooch (they even have complimentary dog treats!) - Plenty of free parking right in the back, which is a total rarity in K-Town, several EV charging stations too. - There's a fun photobooth inside that makes for great spontaneous pics with your group. I ordered a Hojicha Einspanner, smooth with a strong hojicha flavor with a balanced creamy richness. It was exactly the kind of cozy, flavorful drink I was craving on a chill afternoon. If you're into very creamy matcha einspanners, this place is the cafe for you. It was delicious, and definitely more of a dessert drink that makes for a pretty picture. Service and line were both pretty quick. The cafe itself randomly sells eyewear and the inside is quite modern and minimal decor. Not made to be comfy at all. Not really a good place to work or study inside but they have a beautiful outdoor patio with a ton of seating if you want to go when the weather is perfect. Large parking lot too! read more
25/10! PERFECTION! I'll be dreaming about this latte until I can have it again. We ordered the matcha Einspanner and the Einspanner latte and when I tell you divine perfection I meant it! I only wish there was less ice so I could have more coffee. The balance of flavors and the richness of the coffee with the sweetness of cream top was everything I wanted and more. It was my first time visiting this cafe after seeing so many posts about it on social media. I tried their Americano with the creme on top and it was really good. I also got their Injeolmi dubai chewy cookie. The taste was flavorful and had a slight artificial taste but it wasn't worth the $8 price point. They also sell tiramisu donuts and other pastries that look delicious! This cafe also has sunglasses for sale and a photobooth! There's a big enough seating area outside and some seating inside. Restroom is inside too. The parking is decently sized but there's also not enough due to how popular this cafe is. Overall I had a good experience here and I'll def be back! read more
I was honestly soooo excited to try this place after seeing all the good reviews but the matcha was really powdery and weak unfortunately. The cream top saved the drink but sadly not my first choice for matcha in Ktown. Good thing is that there's lots of free parking and large outdoor patio. read more
A long overdue review, was pretty excited to show my partner this spot as it was pretty hyped for awhile. This cafe is almost packed all the time and for good reason. They have a sizeable outdoor area with tables and few tables inside for dining. Most people that dine here are people who are busy with any type of work or hanging out with friends. Very beautiful and modern style cafe, clean and simple look. Pretty cool that they're now a eyebrand store as well, with plenty of products displayed. Plus points for having a photobooth for the experience. One thing I can appreciate about Memorylook is their free parking lot thats not big and can fill fast but there's plenty of people going in and out of the lot. Staff here is friendly and quick, our drinks didn't take that long to come out despite peak hours. I had the new strawberry matcha milk tea and my partner had the hojicha einspanner with alternate milk. While there's no size options, the strawberry matcha milk tea was a bit underwhelming. Cup size is a bit smaller than your usual "small" cups, matcha was a bit gushy/mushy type feeling drinking. Not a encouraging taste but it was average at best. A bit disappointed but willing to give it another try as it was presented very prettily. Perhaps next time I should give it even more of a good swirl. The hojicha einspanner on the other hand was very tasty. As a non coffee drinker, this off course was a non coffee drink but it brought that feeling of coffee consumption. Memorylook has been on my bookmarks for a while and I finally got the chance to give them a try since I was in town. They have their own private parking lot, so you don't need to worry at all about parking. There is also a large outdoor seating area. We came here around 9 am for some morning coffee and I decided to get the Vienna Einspanner since I had plenty of matcha throughout the trip already. The drink was tasty and satisfying. Small cafe/ coffee shop located in the slightly less busy part of Ktown. I said small, but once inside the space feels pretty spacious. I think it might have a little to do with the simple, minimalist design inside. They have some pastries, but I think they are known mostly for the beverages? I came here looking for a pick me up before meeting up with some friends for dinner in the area. I ended up ordering a matcha einspanner. It was delicious and it hit the spot. Very aesthetically pleasing as well, haha. The space itself has a good amount of tables and it seems like people come here to get some work done and/or write scripts, etc. Lots of space to hang as well. The shop was busy and unfortunately the service felt a little bit chaotic. There were about 7 employees behind the counter, all which seemed to be preoccupied with their own conversations and not very friendly or welcoming during my interaction with them. I thought the cashier was a little bit rude & impatient when I needed just a little bit more time to look at the menu. We came at 2PM and they were completely all out of donuts. I was reading off my phone for my family's order to which I was screamed at that there were no donuts as I didn't know that what I was reading off were donut flavors. The wait was a little bit more than average but we kept ourselves busy with their photo booth, which was probably the highlight of our visit. There was a lot of seating outside and the shop itself was spacious but with minimal seating inside. I appreciated their matcha and coffee options. Their cocoa forest matcha sounded really interesting and unique but I ended up getting their matcha einspanner and I'd give it at 7/10. Their matcha quality was not bad but not the best. Overall I thought my visit wasn't too memorable especially because the service did not add to my experience. I am happy we were able to at least create a memory with the photo booth picture to take home. read more
Spacious cafe with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. We came on a Monday afternoon, at around 3pm. The cafe was moderately packed. There was only one person ahead of us, so we didn't have to wait long to place our order. I ordered a Matcha Einspanner. It was creamy and delicious. The sweetness and amount of matcha were perfect for me. I really enjoyed this drink. They have a parking lot, so we didn't have any issues finding parking. They also have a photobooth inside, and they sell their own sunglasses. read more

Memory Look is a spacious and really nice coffee spot. They offer a good variety of drinks and pastries, which makes it easy to find something you'll enjoy. My friend and I found out about this place through Instagram, and after seeing the photos and reviews, we were really tempted to try it. It's a bit of a drive for us, but it was totally worth it. We tried the matcha einspanner and the einspanner latte, and both were high quality and very well balanced. I always recommend letting the baristas know how you like your drink, and they're happy to adjust it for you. The staff was friendly, there's plenty of parking, lots of seating, and even outdoor seating available. Overall, a great coffee spot and one I'd definitely come back to. read more
When you walk in through the front, you see the counter but once you keep walking in the back, there's a photo booth. I think that's super cute. I definitely think that's what made the inside. Really cute. Honestly, the drink tho to me was kind of basic even though it looks really nice it's just very creamy. I couldn't taste the vanilla that I asked for in the latte. I also got the donut and that donut was delicious, but it was also my first time trying a creme brûlée donut so can't say if it was the greatest. Over all, would like to come back and try other drinks. Hopefully they have a better flavor. Yes!! There were a lot of tables with outlets next to them.

It depends on how busy they are. They run out of things at different times. I would say 10am they probably still do.
Is memory look temp closed right now (may 12)?
It was closed but opened two days ago!
If you order the einspanner with oat milk is the cream on top dairy free as well?
No, it is not. Their einspanner signature drinks carry the cream based dollop on top and is not vegan.
Do you have an alternative milks? Oatmilk, Almonds and SoyMilk?
When I went they had oat milk.
