It did take us a very long time to get our food, which was understandable as a new trainee was the only person running the shop. We had gone outside to the picnic table and were met by glaring eyes by the lawn company that was there to do the grass.... At 11:30am on a Saturday. It was also a bit breezy so we came inside. There were other families that came in after us that received their items before us that tried to go outside and eat at the picnic tables only to be dissuaded by the lawn company to go and eat in their vehicles. We ended up being there for over an hour and a half, I didn't even get my cinnamon roll bubble waffle until we were well ready to leave, and it was burned and broken into 3 pieces with a tablespoon of frosting I suppose I needed to add my self? Spoiler alert, it was inedible. The worker kept thanking us for our patience, and she was so so nice to us. That is literally the only reason I am rating it 3 stars. Management should never have left a brand new trainee in charge of this whole place alone. This was our first time here and it will definitely be our last.

The shop has a set of handcrafted items by young artist as well as teas by an organization called Skirted Soldier - which is a female Veteran Owned company. It takes days to fill prescriptions. They act like they have no clue what's going on and as though the customer is a nuisance. They fail to understand that after a procedure, people cannot wait 48 hours for their medication. Availability of medications is an issue here as well. The icing on the cake is when online, the estimated time for the medication to be ready is 8:36PM.. but they close at 6PM. I'm gonna go try out the new independent pharmacy that opened up a block away.. forget these guys.

I went there the next day and they at first said the prescription they didn't fill wasn't in stock (again wasn't told this at the time the prescriptions were filled) was then told that my insurance didn't cover it (again something that wasn't told to us).
