I try not to write bad reviews bc it's hard times we're all living in and everyone's doing their best but this dunkin needs a lot of work. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I went inside with my 3 year old and made my order of 3 items. The first item, a vanilla frosted with sprinkles with donut was wrong-- I was Given a vanilla frosted one. No problem, gave it back and got the right one. Second item a vanilla latte came out right away. Third item, a sandwich....5 minutes pass no sandwich..10 minutes pass no sandwich...12 minutes later still no sandwich, so I asked for my money back. I don't know what the issue is... staffing? A computer issue? But when someone waits 10 minutes for their order and never gets it, something needs to be done. I won't be back. read more

Not exactly where to start. For some reason this location assumed every drink ordered should be iced. I have to repeat myself a minimum of 3 times when going through the drive through and their employees sound high as a kite half of the time. Drinks are half full, taste disgusting majority of the time, or are incorrect. Now dont get me wrong, I love DD... but this location is a joke. PS: DD, clean your coffee machines. I've heard your own employees talk about how dirty they are and how the coffee doesnt taste good. ... and fix your shitty drive through sign or at least turn it on. Often dirty when I come. Had to wipe off my table 2:3x that I've patronized this location Staff look at you, but only greet you if you do so 1st. They don't have attitudes, just not personal and poorly trained. Appear to be HS aged. They joke with each other, but poor customer service. The WAWA 1 block away does a better job I've come after 7pm and its empty...yet no one is cleaning the tables, floors, etc. read more

Don't order curbside unless U have 20-30 mins to wait! Second time doing curbside (opted for curbside since the line is wrapped around the building and moves like a turtle) and both times waited 20 mins. Had to end up walking in to a melted drink, cold hash browns and wrong donuts That was just sitting there. Never again...they're the worse! read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Some of the workers are great, but others have absolutely no common sense. If you do a mobile order and the espresso machine is broken they don't tell you. You just stand there for 20 minutes getting more and more angry wondering where in the heck your drinks are until you finally lose it. This has happened here not once, but twice. Then for some reason they must believe that toasting bread will somehow result in their death because it doesn't happen. The workers are so happy and friendly here. I love my sweet tea and sandwich in the morning. This Dunkin' always charges me the correct amount where other dunking over charge me for some reason then i have to ask why I'm charged more than menu. Weird i know, but it happens a lot. Bad customer service and wait time. I was at the drive thur but had to go inside to pay, employee at the window saw me sitting there and was told by another employee I was there but continued to not help me. No manager was there to speak to and she said whatever. I am a regular customer. read more

Drive Thru is slow but they are improving. If you're updating your menu like other locations then you should probably take the old menu down. Also, there have been several times when I order something and then I get to the window and find out you're out of it and have to pick something different. read more

Just stopped by to get coffee, open sign on and drive through worker at door talking to friends. He informs us they are closed on the inside. He went back in and locked door and left open sign on. The place has to have the worst customer service ever. Did a online order had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. When I arrived it was empty so I didn't understand what the hold up was. Upon receiving my latè it was full of foam with virtually no coffee. I sent it back and just asked for a refund it was an additional 10 minutes for a refund. I definitely won't be back to this location it has really gone down. read more

This place has the best coffee around, the cashiers are always very friendly when they greet you with a smile. managers are always very helpful if somethings going wrong and will fix your order to make sure that the customer is happy. the place is always clean when I come in and extremely busy which is a very good thing. They decorate their store for every holiday, which makes it feel like home. read more

Worst dunkin I've ever been too and I love dunkin!! It was busy and the employees were not handling it well. Only one cashier working, who was nice. A blonde girl who was working on making food started freaking out because there were no more croissants and I guess the cashier was unaware and kept ringing them in. She was screaming "out of croissants" so the whole place could hear. She yelled out to a customer we're out of croissants what do you want then handling food with her bare hands. Yuck. On top they got my order wrong, which is common because getting the concept of only 1 pump of caramel vs the normal 3 that goes in a medium is a hard concept to grasp. But I would never recommend this place they always say they can't make food and they are always out of donuts my coffee was iced but I got it and it was warm and this morning they told me that the donut there advertising they don't carry so why have signs saying try this if you don't have it service is shoty at best the manager or owner really has no idea what there doing read more

Donuts are soft and fresh every morning. Some mornings they look a little messy but taste fantastic. Morning coffee is always good. Afternoon and evening leaves much to be desired. I am not a fan of any DD sandwich, so I cannot really comment. Taters are the same as the other stores.Morning staff is quick and very friendly. They remember their morning crowd. Sometimes it is rather busy but worth the wait. Call ahead and they will have large orders ready when you arrive. read more

Terrible. I live around the corner and I like to go in the mornings. I'm not sure why I go. More often then not they mess up my order. Either they give me some body else's, or they just give me something wrong. Like a caramel latte with out caramel. Or a Boston cream instead of a chocolate glazed. It's not worth the connivence of having it so close compared to Waldorf. Just wait and go to the Waldorf ones. And some how the coffee is alway burnt, even in the morning!!! read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I used to love Dunkin and would go there all the time. I know a lot of people were excited when one came to Charlotte Hall. Now I wouldn't care if that Dunkin closed, I never go anymore. I sure it's a franchise issue, but at least this store needs to be shut down. As a corporate thing, they have gotten rid of everything that a lot of people liked and ate, I know they want to be known for coffee and snacks, but ever thought that people are allergic to eggs and can't really eat anything on the menu. But for this store the donuts are never fresh and the food always taste bad. I had a good friends that used to work there, and this store doesn't care if you have a fever or have been throwing up, you better be at work. Also the donuts taste so bad because they're baked the night before, makes sense why they're always so dry and stale. I'd rather drive 25 minutes to Waldorf to krispy creme, because at least you will get solid, decent food. Safe your money and don't go here. The staff seems to be all high school students, who don't know what they're doing. I've never seen anyone clean the store. They always mess up the drink, even when it's a simple iced coffee, I don't know how they manage to make it taste so bad. This DD use to be great. Lately it is slow and always out of things. I waited in line for 20 minutes a few mornings ago and when I got to the window he had to ask what I ordered and make it. They're not capable of keeping up with the large crowds. From now on I will go to the upper Marlboro DD on my way to work. They are fast and friends. I have been 10 cars back in line and still only waited 5 mins. read more

This place over the past few months has gotten HORRIBLE!!! Always order the same coffee and it seems the night crew can never get it right. Coffee tastes like crap in the evening. Went there tonight hoping for a nice cup of coffee and a sandwich at 9:00 and was informed that they turn the ovens off at 8:30. Then I tried to order a strawberry smoothie and was informed that the smoothie machine was down. LOL. As I sat in the drive thru waiting on my coffee the 2 men working inside did nothing but complain about customer that came up to order in line behind me. I received my coffee and of course it tasted HORRIBLE. I made them remake it and still tasted terrible. I watched a mother and 2 kids try to enter the store and they told them the inside was closed go to drive thru but they had personal friends inside the store. These individuals SHOULD NOT HAVE JOBS. They obviously don't care about the customers and didn't want to be there so they shouldn't be. Place needs a new manager and needs to inform their employees how to make a plain coffee.
