This place charges a $0.25 credit card fee and yet they don't tell you about it. I only noticed the…read morefee after the transaction had occured. I asked the employee why he did not tell me about the fee and he said "they don't pay me enough to tell you that." I was the only customer at the time and he was not busy in any way. This was the first time I had ever been in this market but it will not be my last. Of course next time when I go in there I'll make sure and buy a fountain drink and accidentally spill it.

Came in to look for a bottled beer from Stone Brewing. They had two from that brewery which was…read moremore than the grocery store had. Grabbed one and we were on our way to the register to pay when the guy behind the tap counter stopped us. "Can I get you guys a sample?" He asked us as we were staring at the three electronic screens full of beer choices on tap. We weren't going to get any, but then he told us about the new Growler Cans. You can buy a can for $.99 and fill it for the price of a 32 oz growler. (The can is 32 oz). The guy that helped us was super friendly, he recommended several beers and let us sample as many as we wanted. We ended up walking out with two growler cans. I love the cans! They are a convenient way to get beer from the tap to go without having to spend money on a growler if you didn't bring one of your own. This is the second time I've been, and they've been great both times. It is, however, in a convenience store, so there's kids hanging outside. But if you don't mind people, it's a great place to run in for some great beer selections from local breweries. The downside was the price as many others stated. But I considered this a "treat" which I don't indulge in very often. Buying 64 oz is definitely a price break and a better value.

They will not answer the phone to take food orders and are blatantly rude to yiur face when you go into order. This has been going on for months. I have been a regular customer for over 20 years and I will be going to 711 or anywhere else from now on. They must know the girls that work the weekend are sub-par but dont care enough about there customers to do something about it. The prices are already outrageous. I wonder how they'll do during summer when they dont have all the high-school kids with their parents money to take advantage of. It's a shame that place used to feel like home idk why they let these girls keep chasing off business.

The drying machine here does not dry your clothing after one full hour of drying on high heat. Making drivers pay several times to dry their clothing is not okay. Also there is no seating in the laundry room (unlike most truck stops) so you have to stand the entire time. There are only two washing machines so if another driver is cleaning their clothing and you walk up then you're likely going to have to wait for them to get done. I had a bad laundry day here and now I have less time to sleep before driving my semi truck hundreds of miles. Not a great experience and could for sure be improved if they bothered to pay attention to their laundry room.
