Solid 7-11 with a good selection of items. Like most convenience stores you are paying about 50-75% more on regular food/drink items than you would at a supermarket. A lot of that can be fixed if you buy the items here in bulk (for example, 2 gatorades for $4, etc.) The hot items looked delicious but did not get to try them. They will fill you up, if you are in a fix. Energy drinks have some good deals if you need a little "umph" in your day. read more

I want to add so much for this location but they really don't give you that much to brag or hype. The selection of items is good and the store is clean. Parking can be a mess depending on when you visit. The staff is just there...they don't really talk much and when they do it's like mumbling. Get movie snacks here!!! read more

The worker overnight seems to be always mad and rude. What's even worse is apparently the worker is unable to read English so he can't pick out the item I ask for from behind the counter. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a 7-11. Would never go there again read more

It's a 7-Eleven. I come here very occasionally for lottery tickets and that's about it. The staff here are brusque and not super friendly but do I really need them to be super friendly? The area is next to Google so you may see a lot of Googlers around the area. read more

Ive been customer at this 7-Eleven since I was a little girl. I live a few blocks away and I've had a-lot of memories growing up coming to this 7-Eleven. I have never had such a bad experience here til now as a 27 year old and it has lead to the point where I felt like I needed to write a review. The gentleman that works here after late hours has been double charging me for items and I never noticed until I actually needed my receipt one time. I assume he has been doing it because I never ask for my receipt and he knows this. The one time I did ask for it, he thought I was playing and he walked away so I grabbed it myself and when I got into my car and noticed, I came right back inside and asked him about it, he only give me a portion of my money back. He was at least .60cents short and because it was a long line and I was running late, I just left. Tonight, I walked up to the register and asked the same man if I can have 6 wings, any flavor. He replied "Okay. I give you good ones my friend." He went to the warmer and put my food into a plate. I got home and gave the plate of wings to my boyfriend and he couldn't believe what I had gave him. I was so upset for not checking the food at the store before leaving. They were so hard and burnt that the chicken literally just crumbles. I will learn this man's name and contact a higher authority about the service they are providing because this store is way too close and convenient for me to stop shopping here so something else is going to have to change and it's not going to be me! read more

Not much to say... It's cleaner than most 7-elevens I've seen... but take that it is right where all the google people bicycle around at. It is very well lit compared again to other 7-elevens :) The employee is friendly, I never remember to see her name tag, skinnier girl, long wavy brunette hair? Haha, knows that I want quick picks for my lottery and often calls me out when I stare at the scratcher tickets... it must be the asian side of me... because when I see it I want it, but there's none in sight, I don't want one.... So I had her pick it out for me, and luckily she did, I won me $20. muahahaha. Good call employee girl!! I'd come here for that tub of hagen daaz coffee ice cream before work on a bad day :) and pick up the triple x hot cheetohs for a co-worker and maybe decide if I want to over pay on a can of soup when I probably won't be to hungry to eat at work. I also grab a handful of over priced string cheese to get my cheese craving fixes, and feed the co-workers who knows I got the cheese :D Parking here is a bitch... it's a small parking lot for so many little shops/restaurants in this little plaza. But, everyone coming and going are usually polite, and not honking at one another. Even when it sometimes take 5+ minutes until it's your turn to turn out of the plaza. read more

This parking lot is a tough place to navigate during parts of the day, so I would suggest looking for street parking. Nice store, its usually kept very clean with the occasional concert weekend deviance. Great stock of portable ice cream and all the usual snack foods, Slurpees, beer/wine, and hot foods. Pizzas are really inexpensive, with specials around $6. Multi pack discount for American Spirit is a plus. Amazon Locker Pick Up is available at this location, convenient for Prime customers who work nearby. This store also shares the Plaza with Starbucks and Quiznos. read more

I came in here last week late morning for a quick snack. The Hispanic girl behind the counter was looking down at her phone and would not acknowledge me waiting to order a cheeseburger in the warmer. She told me not asked me to come to the register before I could order the cheeseburger. She was mean not friendly at all. I'm wondering if its because I'm white that I received such ruder behavior. This holiday evening I really and truly discovered the reason 7-Eleven exists--for poor saps like me who didn't get out for the holiday and need a break from the cabin fever that had been building throughout the day. Not a staple of store stops for me, the once-in-a-long while aspect of visits to this convenience store made a good break for tonight. Really nothing special for me to report as far as items gotten here, but I have to say it's one of the nicest looking 7-Elevens I've come across in a really long time. Most of my previous stops usually involved picking up chewing gum or energy drinks. This location happens to be one that I heard was transformed into Kwik-e-Mart at some point not too long ago (I however, missed out on the spectacle). The one miss for tonight was the pay point (no-touch RFD in many credit cards such as various MasterCard, Visa, and especially the newer Amex) terminal was non-functional. Meh, I got out just fine. So who knows what other opportunities to visit this 7-Eleven will come up in the future. Whatever and whenever they may happen, glad this convenience store's close to my place. read more

I always go into this store and usually love it. But last night I went in after I got off work at 1:51 am. I purchased 2 items. I noticed that the clerk double charged me for one of the items. So I mentioned it to him as I handed him my money. He didn't fix it and gave me the change for wrong amount. I again mentioned that I only bought 2 items and asked for the receipt so I could show him and or be able to complain today about it. At that point the clerk took my receipt and crumbled it up and laughed as he tossed it behind him. I looked at the woman behind me and she shook her head in disbelief. I left the store and plan to inform management about the behavior of the clerk. He basically just stole from me. I can't help but wonder how often when I am not paying attention or someone else isn't. read more

The third star is for the middle aged guy on the night shift; and for the general cleanliness of the store. But the reason it's not 4stars is because of the little shit of an employee on the late night shift. He's a straight biatch with a funky attitude and should be fired for his attitude or be a janitor so he won't deal with people. read more

Many 7-Elevens have ATMs that let you withdraw from your credit union for free. This isn't one of them. A $3 fee to get cash? I think not.

The ATM machine sucks! I tried to withdraw $380 from the ATM, but it did not dispense the cash. I checked my balance, it was withdrawn! Tried to call/contact the ATM owner, never found a live agent to talk to. FXXK, I am still struggling to get my $$ back! read more

It's an ok 7 eleven, but the staff ruins it for me. There is a girl who works here that if your not friends with her she is just strait rude. She takes her time chatting it up with the regulars when she has a line of 6 people waiting. Then when you get up to check out she doesn't even make eye contact. This place is off in the cut, but with that said the coffee is the bomb. Better than the bucks. I usually go to this store to cash in my lottery tickets and purchase some more. The ladies who work in the store are very nice. Smile at them when you are there, they usually smile back. Only three stars because Parking lot is always full. read more
