We visited Cloud Bistro inside the Computer History Museum. After finishing the tour, we decided to have lunch here. The menu prices are pretty good for a museum café, and honestly quite impressive.

Iced mocha, raspberry limeade, tuna salad sandwich

We stopped by this cafe while visiting the Computer History Museum this past weekend. Service and wait time was standard. The iced mocha was made just the way I like it, sweet and chocolatey. The raspberry limeade was delicious and refreshing. The tuna salad sandwich was tasty and satisfying, with fresh tomato and lettuce, and the 7-grain slices toasted perfectly. There's both indoor and outdoor seating available. Tables were a bit messy on a Saturday afternoon, but we wiped one down ourselves in order to enjoy our refreshments before heading back into the museum. I liked this little cafe and wouldn't hesitate to return, even if not visiting the museum.

Very nice place! Especially outside! Clean, quiet and convenient Only one staff who is very busy and friendly

    Warmed tuna sandwich

Pizza was decent, tuna sandwich was okay it was warmed which was not good because the lettuce was hot and so was the tuna, it seemed like the just put the whole thing in the toaster oven. The raspberry limeade was fizzy and gross and do not recommend.

    Latte ($4)

This is a super-affordable spot that turns out great food in a great location - right in the Computer History Museum! Excellent natural light both in- and outside makes this a chic spot to grab a latte and a waffle and give your brain a chance to mellow out mid-way through your historical journey of abacuses, transistors, and supercomputers. We had a late breakfast here, and were surprised with the great quality of the food. I had the PB&J ($3.50), which was grilled in a panini press and served with a side of fruit. He had the steel cut oatmeal, which was hearty and also had fruit in it ($4). My latte ($4) was like drinking a cloud - excellent! With prices comparable (and in most cases, better) than Starbucks, there's no reason not to swing by on your next visit to the area. If you have trouble finding the place, just Google it! ;-)

    Standard menu.

New cafe and great alternative to Starbucks located inside Computer History Museum. Pour over Four Barrel coffee, soup, and vegetarian chili for less than $15! Free wifi and a nice and quiet place to work while charging. My food was a bit cool - but I'll give this place benefit of the doubt as the food was actually very good. I might come for the veg chili alone - $5 for a giant bowl.

This was the perfect amount of food and prices for our tired brains after all the computer history knowledge. The Tuna melt with pickled onions was AHmayzing!! Great options for kids too. Inspiring and quiet workplace with WiFi as well.

Coffee was kind of burnt for my taste but i had a pleasant experience Sunday afternoon post Mountain View farmers market when i was looking for a more isolated coffee shop but still in the area. The patio is very pleasant and the white interior has pretty much the look and feel you can expect from a museum café. Very quiet, mellow and they give you discount coupons for the food. Pastries were old looking so did not even try. Plenty of parking.

Small cafe in open floor space. Tables for ~16 and window bar seating for another 10 or so.

Three stars because the food was pretty decent, I had the monte cristo sandwich with a small side salad. Unlikely I'll ever go back though. Minus one big star because my soup never arrived, despite having paid for it (plus tip) in advance. When I was almost done with my meal, the runner asked if I was still waiting for the soup, I said yes and at that point I no longer wanted it. No refund offered. Minus another star because the open area is super loud and the screaming children don't make for a pleasant cafe experience.

The customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and created a great atmosphere. I ordered the tuna sandwich, and my husband ordered the tuna combo. Unfortunately, neither of us was overly impressed with the taste. It may be because we were comparing it to a tuna sandwich we usually get from another deli, and this one just didn't quite live up to our expectations. We also tried the lemon pie and apple pie, which were both decent and made for a nice treat after our meal. Even though the food wasn't exactly what we were hoping for, I would definitely come back and try something different because the customer service and overall energy of the place were outstanding. Sometimes a great atmosphere and friendly staff are enough to make you want to give a place another chance.

The sourdough was definitely the highlight. It had that perfect texture with a soft inside, a little chew, and just enough tangy flavor to make the whole sandwich taste even better. The pastrami brought a rich, savory kick while the turkey kept everything light enough that it did not feel overly filling. Everything tasted fresh and nicely balanced. I was halfway through before it even crossed my mind to snap a photo, which probably says enough on its own. It is the kind of straightforward comfort food that really satisfies when you are craving a good sandwich. Service was quick and efficient too, which makes this an easy choice for a fast lunch stop. Breads are baked fresh in house and the menu offerings consist of: handcrafted sandwiches, soup, salads, flatbreads, and even has a kid's menu. Purchases: * HAM & TURKEY [on honey wheat bread] * PASTRAMI REUBEN [on sourdough] Sandwiches are made on sourdough bread by default and includes house spread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard, & cheese. Customizations are welcome. Sandwiches were good and very filling. The only complaint on my end was the shredded lettuce that made for messy eating- I would have preferred whole leaves. Honey wheat isn't recommended if you plan on eating your sandwich later- this bread is softer and will become soggy quite quickly. 4 stars. The bread to protein ration is fair, food is tasty, and the staff was kind. I'd say this was a good first experience.

San Jose certainly has its share of local banh mi gems, but I jokingly told the staff at the front counter that I'm surprised they haven't opened a location in San Jose to serve the Vietnamese community there, too! Truthfully, I just want them closer to me so I don't have to make the drive. :P I got a large combo of SaiGon's Signature which was the classic cold cut sandwich with Peach Strawberry fruit tea. The first thing that immediately struck me upon first bite was the ASMR-worthy crunch of the baguette with a soft, pillowy chew for the interior. You can tell the bread is made with care, and for me, great banh mi always starts with great bread. The fillings were just as enjoyable. While I thought the protein could have used a touch more seasoning, it didn't take away from the overall quality or experience. This is the flavor profile I still expect from a cold cut sandwich. There was a healthy slathering of pate with just the right amount of pickled vegetables to bring in that brightness to balance it out. I bought a large sandwich with the intention to bring the other half home, but that was a total failure. Both the hubby and I ended up eating our entire sandwiches there! Oh, and my fruit tea was yummy and refreshing! Can't make it to East San Jose? Saigon Breadfast is a great alternative. It's absolutely worth giving them a try!

They were still redoing the front of house so not sure when they will open fully but looking forward to trying more Azerbaijan food. Since I've never had Azerbaijan food before, I asked for a recommendation and he said all of the food is good but did say that the chicken shawarma was big and I was feeling a bit hungry so went with that. This location was much more peaceful compared to the Palo Alto location. I stopped by on a Saturday evening, and there were only a couple tables that were occupied. I will say I feel like the portion sizes here are noticeably smaller than those at the Palo Alto location. This might be because all of the orders are packed to-go, so maybe there's less space for food? For instance, the thali from the Palo Alto location includes a side salad, which was not included in my order here. The other sides (pickled salad and daal lentil), along with the entree, were also significantly smaller here. The prices are the same, so I do think the Palo Alto dishes are more worth it.
