For drinks I tried the Vienna Einspänner. It was good but the einspänner really had no flavor kinda tastes just like heavy cream and was not foamy/thick but very watery. Pastries I tried the cinnamon roll which was great very gooey and soft. The Pistachio raspberry croissant it had good flavor but it was very greasy so after a bite or 2 it was too much. I've been here a few times, and I have to say their matcha is really good quality. Last time I went they had some specialty drinks going so I decided to try the lavender and lemon iced matcha. I loved that it wasn't too too sweet, but the lemon wasn't also so strong that it overtook the whole drink. The one thing that I wasn't a big fan of was the lavender at the top. Don't get me wrong it was super aesthetic, but it wasn't something that I necessarily enjoyed drinking, as the lavender itself was really dry. Looking back after I took the picture I should've taken the lavender off the top. But either way this drink was so delicious and I LOVED how balanced it was. The staff was also really friendly considering they do have a line out the door every weekend, but I would say it's worth the wait. I am far from a coffee connoisseur and literally had to Google Einspänner prior to ordering. I was the second in line during my visit and after placing my order, the line suddenly grew and the cafe filled up. I was not sure what to expect, but I am familiar with my teas so that was what had caught my attention at Covour Coffee. I ordered the Earl Grey latte and the Hojicha einspanner and I really enjoyed the roasted, nutty and earthy taste of the Hojicha. The einspanner (sweetened whip cream) added a creaminess to the graininess of the Hojicha and the perfect amount sugar went with it. The Earl Grey also had a strong flavor with a good amount of sweetness. Although the flavors were strong, the only thing lacking was the temperature, was it normal for the drinks to be lukewarm even though I picked it up immediately? I also ordered the Pandan and Ube mochi muffins and it was undercooked. The center should be soft and chewy, but it was gooey and wet. The drinks were great and the pastries were expensive and disappointing. Would definitely come back to try their matcha einspanner or other drinks. Considering how small their parking lot was, glad that the spots were mostly 20minute parking only so you would for sure find parking. read more

I have already been to Covour a handful of times, mostly on weekdays, where I'm usually planted there for a few hours to do some work or study. The space itself has a good number of tables to work or study from, along with great lighting. I really appreciate the selection of drinks they have, ranging from fun flavored lattes like tiramisu and burnt brown sugar to matchas, hojichas, and classic cafe staples like americanos and flat whites. Everything I've had here has been delicious and always hits the spot. They also have a range of food and toasts you can order. I recently got the ricotta and honey toast, which was delicious and light! Heads up, though, as expected, they do run low on stock later in the day. 3.5 stars I've been hearing about this place on and off for the last couple of months and my wife finally mentioned about it when we were looking for a new coffee spot to try. Figured we would give this a try since they have a tiramisu latte as well as an einspanner. Came here late Sunday morning and parking was a bit of a pain, but was finally able to snag a spot. It was fairly busy, but not too bad. I couldn't decide between the Vienna einspanner or tiramisu latte and went with the iced tiramisu. My wife got the iced burnt honey latte. From waiting in line till waiting for our coffee was about 35mins. Decent wait, but understandable given the crowd. We haven't had any of their pastries so this is just regarding the two coffees we've ordered. I would say the iced tiramisu latte surprisingly tasted like tiramisu unlike other places whose speciality drinks often don't taste how they're described as. A little sweet, however I found the coffee was a bit on the weak side. Good amount of cream/foam although the cococa powder was heavily concentrated on one side of the cup rather than evenly over it, but not a big deal. My wife's burnt honey was tasty as well and still the coffee appeared a bit weak as well. The two drinks were decent, but being from RWC, I'm not sure I would make the effort just to come out here just for this unless I'm around the area. Decent spot for coffee if you want something different from your other run of the mill spots. I like me some einspanner as well so maybe I'll give it another go. First time here and there's a line...when there is a line, it has to be good. I expected low because of the reviews. Some said this place was pricey for mid food. However, I would have to disagree. Where are you getting $5 dollar lattes nowadays? We spent about $50 bucks with all we got. Avocado toast without an egg was about $12. I don't typically get avocado toasts since anyone can make them but my husband was hungry. It was pretty big and seems filling. He said he really liked it- it was seasoned well. I had to ask them to warm up my pastries! This should be offered as service! No one likes a cold ass pastry. It all tastes differently remember that! The spinach feta danish tasted 10x better after being warmed up. It was something I'd come back for. Raspberry pistachio croissant was delish too but needed to be warmed up! I love how it had some filling in it as well. Pandan mochi muffin was soft in the middle! I didn't expect this because they look dry AF but they were pretty good!
