They can simply tell whoever it is an employee that day that there's a sign-up sheet you're assigned you get to go in every 30 minutes or so for five minutes and straighten up the bathroom. That'll keep it clean. It's one of the most simple things in the world that you can do.

Tuan, the owner knows his repeat customers by name always has great conversations with people when I'm popping in for my weekly lottery ticket or snack. He always has a smile on his face for everyone even when his business is impacted by the local economy, especially over the last few months. I was very disappointed to see a new ownership sign on his front window when I visited on 7/15/25. The property owner is looking to get more rent and is bringing in a different tenant to manage the liquor store. Tuan has no choice, but to leave the business he's worked so hard for these last few years being the sole employee and working endless hours. It's very sad that property owners are only in it for the extra buck in (my opinion) and don't seem to care about loyal small business. It's a tough economic climate right now for many. I like coffee and going to coffee shops so I would recommend trying this place out if you haven't been.
